About the role I'm growing a personal Instagram account in the running and fitness space — lifestyle-driven, authentic content rather than heavily produced videos. I'm looking for someone to help me research what's working in the niche and turn my raw footage into Reels at a consistent volume. This is two jobs in one, and I need both: Research — you stay close to what's performing in running and fitness Reels and document it. Editing — you take my footage and cut it into short-form Reels. If you're strong at one and weak at the other, this probably isn't the right fit. What you'll do Spend focused time daily inside running and fitness content on Instagram, tracking what's performing and why. Keep a shared research doc organized and current so we always have a running list of ideas to pull from. Edit short-form vertical Reels from an organized library of my raw footage. Write natural, native-sounding on-screen text. This matters a lot — a strong edit with a weak or stiff hook won't perform. Deliver consistently at volume. This isn't one polished video a week. Keep our tracker updated so we both know where every video stands. You'll send me work for review, I'll approve or give notes, and we'll keep a steady loop going. Async is fine — I don't need you online at set hours, but I do need you responsive and consistent with deadlines. What I'm looking for Real experience editing short-form vertical video for Instagram Reels or TikTok. Portfolio required. Fluent, natural written English — you'll be writing text that has to sound like a native speaker wrote it. Comfort in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro. After Effects is a bonus, not a requirement. A genuine feel for hooks, pacing, and retention. You can look at a Reel and explain why it held attention. Organized and self-directed. Trackers and docs stay current without me chasing you. Reliable communication. If something slips, you tell me before I have to ask. Bonus points: You run, or you're into fitness generally. You'll be watching this content daily — it helps if you actually enjoy it. Experience helping grow an account from a small starting point, personal or client. You already have a system for finding trending content and audio. Details: Pay based on experience. Tell me your rate. I'd rather pay well for someone genuinely good than hire cheap and redo the work. Long-term intent. I'm looking to build something with someone over time, not fill a one-off gig. Paid test project before any ongoing commitment, so we both know it's a fit. How to apply: Please include all of the following. Applications missing any of these won't be reviewed: Your portfolio. If you have short-form vertical edits, lead with those. One Instagram Reel from the running or fitness niche that you think performed well, and why. Two or three sentences. Your rate and weekly availability. Which editing software you use. Looking forward to seeing your work.

Join a Fast-Growing E-Commerce Brand Based in Singapore We’re a fast-growing Singapore-based Amazon FBA brand looking for a highly capable Amazon E-Commerce Director / Senior Project Manager to help us scale. This is not a coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture while being highly meticulous with the details. You should be comfortable managing people, analysing data, improving systems, identifying problems early, and taking ownership of execution. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll oversee a team of around 6 people across listings, design, and operations. You’ll manage product launches and Amazon projects from planning through execution. You’ll review sales, profitability, advertising, inventory, conversion, rankings, and other key data to identify opportunities and risks. You’ll coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agents, inventory planning, production, and shipping. You’ll review Amazon listings carefully, including keywords, images, backend data, attributes, variations, dimensions, weights, and size tiers. You’ll maintain accurate dashboards and reporting so management always has a clear view of the business. You’ll identify bottlenecks and recurring problems, then improve the systems behind them rather than repeatedly fixing the same issues. We Want Someone Data-Driven You should naturally ask questions like: Why did sales increase or decrease? Where are we losing margin? Which products are underperforming and why? Are we ordering too much or too little inventory? What are the biggest risks over the next 30, 60, or 90 days? We do not want someone who simply reports numbers. We want someone who can interpret the data, identify what matters, and recommend what we should do next. Attention to Detail Matters Amazon is a business where small mistakes can become expensive quickly. Wrong dimensions, incorrect listing data, inventory mistakes, inaccurate spreadsheets, or missed shipping timelines can directly affect profitability. You should be naturally careful, structured, meticulous, and willing to double-check important work before execution. Think Like a Director We want someone who can gradually operate at a director level. You should be able to understand where the business is going, what the team should prioritise, what risks management should know about, and which processes need improvement. You should not need to be told every single thing to do. If you see a problem, raise it. If you see an opportunity, propose it. If something does not make sense, question it. Managing People You’ll manage and coordinate a team of around 6 people. You should be able to set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and hold people accountable without simply chasing for updates. AI and Technology We actively use AI to improve research, listings, analysis, reporting, operations, and project management. AI is a tool, not a replacement for thinking. We expect you to use it to work faster and make better decisions while still applying your own judgment and checking the output carefully. Tools You’ll Use Amazon Seller Central Google Sheets and Docs Notion Helium 10 DataDive Zoom AI tools and internal systems What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations. Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and backend workflows. Experience with listings, inventory, product launches, and operational processes. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and dashboards. Excellent attention to detail. Experience managing people and multiple projects. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Commercial awareness and an understanding of how decisions affect revenue, profit, cash flow, and growth. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Proactive, open-minded, and comfortable challenging assumptions when something can be improved. Working Hours Monday to Friday 12 PM to 10 PM Singapore time 1-hour break Remote 44 hours per week How to Apply Please include: A short introduction and why you’re a good fit. Clear details of your Amazon FBA experience. Your most recent role and what you personally owned. Examples or references to Amazon brands or projects you have worked on. Examples of teams or projects you have managed. A short video introduction if possible. Please also tell us about one Amazon or e-commerce problem you identified through data, what you discovered, and what action you took. Important Only candidates with genuine Amazon FBA experience will be considered. This role is for someone who can already operate independently and contribute at a senior level. We’re looking for someone who can become a key operator in the business: someone we can trust with the numbers, the people, the details, and the bigger picture.
