YouTube Automation Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced YouTube Automation Specialist from the Philippines to help us build and manage a faceless YouTube channel focused on sleep, relaxation, baby sounds, rain sounds, fireplace sounds, white noise, and other calming audio content.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is motivated, creative, organized, and wants to grow together with a YouTube channel.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing most of the day-to-day YouTube workflow, including:

Researching new content ideas and trends

Creating long-form videos (1–10+ hours)

Editing and combining audio/video content

Creating attractive YouTube thumbnails

Writing SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags

Uploading and scheduling videos

Managing the YouTube content calendar

Monitoring YouTube Analytics and identifying opportunities for improvement

Researching competitors and successful channels

Improving existing videos when necessary

Keeping the channel organized and consistent

Suggesting new content ideas and strategies

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience managing or working on YouTube channels

Understands YouTube SEO and YouTube Analytics

Has experience with video editing

Can create professional thumbnails

Is comfortable working independently

Has strong attention to detail

Is reliable and communicates clearly

Can meet deadlines consistently

Is interested in a long-term working relationship

Has experience with faceless YouTube channels or YouTube automation (preferred)

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus.

We are not looking for someone who only follows instructions.

We want someone who can think along with us, come up with new ideas, identify what is working, and continuously improve the channel.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a large part of the YouTube workflow as the channel grows.

Location: Philippines

Position: Remote

Type: Part-time initially, with the possibility of becoming full-time

Long-term position

Flexible working hours, as long as deadlines are met and communication is consistent
