About the Role We are looking for a full-time Remote Operations Manager / Virtual Assistant who is excellent on the phone, strong with CRM systems, organized, reliable, and comfortable using AI tools. You will help manage leads, renters, follow-ups, payments, scheduling, documents, and day-to-day operations. You will also help us improve systems as the business grows.
