Social Media & E-Commerce Assistant - Fashion/Swimwear Brand 🌺

We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media & E-Commerce Assistant to join The Bikini Room, a swimwear and lifestyle brand based in Hanalei, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i. 🌺
This is a long-term, part-time position (approximately 15 hours/week) for someone who has a great visual eye and understands fashion, swimwear, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
You’ll help with Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, including creating/editing Reels, Stories, carousels and Pinterest Pins; Canva/CapCut design and video editing; scheduling posts; community engagement; and repurposing our existing photos and videos into fresh content.
You may also assist with Shopify updates and email marketing/Klaviyo, so experience with these platforms is a big plus.
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent visual taste and understands current social media trends
• Has experience with fashion, swimwear, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce brands
• Is confident with Canva and video/Reels editing
• Understands Instagram and Pinterest
• Has good written English and communicates reliably
• Can work independently and bring creative ideas
• Is interested in a long-term relationship, not just a short project

To apply, please include:
1. Your portfolio
2. 2–3 social media accounts you have personally worked on
3. Examples of Reels/content you created yourself
4. Your experience with Shopify, Pinterest and Klaviyo
5. Your hourly rate and weekly availability
6. Start your application with the word ALOHA so we know you read the entire post. 🌺
Selected applicants will be invited to complete a small paid creative test before we make our final decision.
