Creator Operations Specialist

About the Role
Serene Herbs is looking for a highly organized Creator Operations Virtual Assistant to support our growing creator marketing program.
You will help manage creator sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, onboarding, product samples, content tracking, and reporting.
This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and can manage a high volume of creators without letting follow-ups fall through the cracks.
Experience with influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, UGC, affiliate marketing, or ecommerce is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant creators across TikTok, Instagram, and creator platforms
Maintain and update the creator pipeline tracker
Prepare creator shortlists for internal approval
Send approved outreach and follow up with creators
Help onboard creators into our partnership platform
Coordinate product samples, shipping, and content deadlines
Track content submissions, permissions, and outstanding requirements
Flag blockers, unusual requests, or issues that require manager approval
Prepare weekly creator pipeline updates
Requirements
Excellent written English
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Comfortable using Google Sheets and Slack
Familiar with TikTok and Instagram
Able to follow SOPs and work independently after training
Comfortable managing multiple creator conversations at once
Preferred: Previous experience with influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, UGC, ecommerce, or creator management.
Compensation
$600 USD/month base
Plus up to $200 USD/month performance bonus tied to creator output, successful onboarding, pipeline execution, and overall campaign performance.
Total monthly compensation can reach $800 USD.
The role begins with a 30-day paid trial.
Schedule
Full-time
Monday through Friday
Approximately 40 hours per week
Fully remote
Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required
Philippines-based candidates are encouraged to apply.
