Part-Time Graphic Designer

Do you love turning a clear vision into polished, thoughtful design? I’m looking for a reliable graphic designer to help me deliver beautiful work for my clients—starting with immediate design support for a nonprofit client.

This is a part-time, hourly role with room to grow. You’ll work with a diverse roster of clients across different industries, get clear direction and feedback, and have opportunities to learn from the systems, tools, and training I’ve invested in over the years.

✨ What you’ll own

• Create on-brand graphics and layouts for social media, presentations, digital materials, and print
• Follow client brand guidelines and apply feedback carefully
• Turn creative direction and reference materials into polished designs
• Create and organize client work inside the client’s Canva account using access provided
• Communicate clearly about questions, progress, and timelines
• Keep files organized so clients and the team can find and use them

You won’t be expected to turn around every request immediately. For this first week, I have a few priority designs that need a 12-hour turnaround once we agree on the brief and deadline. After that, most requests will have a 24–72-hour turnaround, depending on the scope and agreed deadline.

✨ You’ll be a great fit if you

• Have a strong graphic design portfolio and a good eye for layout, typography, color, and detail
• Are comfortable working in Canva and following existing brand guidelines
• Can take direction while also asking smart questions when a brief needs clarification
• Are dependable, organized, and thoughtful about deadlines
• Communicate proactively if a timeline or request needs adjusting
• Are open to feedback and enjoy improving your work

BONUS: Experience with funnels, websites, automations, workflows, or other marketing systems is a bonus, but this role is primarily focused on graphic design.

✨ Hours, pay, and growth

• Starting schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week
• Pay range: $8 USD per hour (graphic design skill). Open to pay up to $10 USD per hour if the candidate has funnels, tech, and automation experience.
• Please include your expected hourly rate in your application.
• We’ll begin with a paid two-week trial. If it’s a good fit for both of us, we’ll continue with a 30-day evaluation period.
• Hours may increase to approximately 15 per week after that, based on workload, performance, and mutual fit.
• We’ll have a formal review around 90 days. There may also be an opportunity to review your rate after 12 months.

Any increase in hours or rate will be discussed and agreed on in advance.
