I am a physician in California building out my practice website, and I am looking for a skilled SEO specialist to help my site get found — by both traditional search and AI-driven search — on an ongoing basis. The website will continue to evolve over the coming months as I add pages and content, so I am looking for someone I can work with consistently, not for a one-time project. What I need: Traditional SEO: on-page optimization, metadata (titles, descriptions, URL structure), local SEO, and Google Business Profile setup and optimization. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): structuring my content and site so it is surfaced by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. This matters a great deal to me, as patients increasingly find providers through AI-driven search. Optimizing landing pages and blog content around specific, high-intent search terms in my field. Guidance on how to structure new content as I write it, so each new page is optimized from the start. Ongoing monitoring and adjustment as the site grows and as I add pages over the coming months. About the work: The site is built on Wix, so comfort working within Wix's SEO tools is important. This is a medical/professional-services site, so accuracy and credibility matter, and no exaggerated or false claims. I write the content myself; your role is the optimization strategy, the technical setup, the metadata, and structuring what I write to rank and to be surfaced by AI. Ongoing, part-time, as-needed, with more work as the site develops. To apply, please tell me: Your experience with SEO, and specifically with AEO/GEO and optimizing for AI Overviews and generative search. Whether you are comfortable working within Wix. Any relevant certifications (Google, SEMrush, etc.) and examples or client references. What you would concretely do in the first month for a site like mine. Your rate and availability for ongoing work. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

PLEASE READ TO THE END. Applications that do not start with the password word will not be read. ABOUT US Fitmo ( ---------- ) is a direct-to-consumer wellness brand: the Tetra smart bracelet, the Vitro smart band and the Soma smart scale. The store runs on Shopify and most of our customers are in the United States. THE PROJECT We are moving part of our US card payments from Shopify Payments to Slash Payments, the new payment processing product from Slash ( ---------- ). Slash does not provide a hosted checkout, a payment link or a Shopify app. It provides an API (payment intents, refunds, webhooks) and a React payment form (npm ---------- Payments runs on Whop's payment infrastructure. The product is new and in beta, so part of the job is to check with Slash's docs and support what our account supports before building. So we need a developer to build and connect a fully custom checkout from A to Z. When a US customer clicks the main "Checkout" button on our Shopify store, they land on our own checkout page at ---------- , pay through Slash, and the paid order is created in Shopify automatically, like any normal Shopify order. WHAT YOU WILL BUILD A checkout web app (React or Next.js, hosted on our Vercel account) at ---------- : contact, shipping address, shipping method, discount code, order summary, and payment through Slash by card, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay if Slash enables them on our account. A split cart for US visitors with a USD cart: one big main "Checkout" button that goes to the new Slash checkout, and right under it two smaller buttons, Shop Pay and PayPal, that open the native Shopify checkout express flows, so these customers keep their one-click payment and pay in 4. Every other visitor and currency stays on the normal Shopify checkout. The same rule on every checkout entry point of our theme (cart drawer, cart page, Buy it now buttons, checkout links in the theme). Server-side pricing from Shopify: products, discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, shipping rates and US sales tax. Prices sent by the browser are never trusted. Creation of the order in Shopify after a successful Slash payment, with idempotency (never a duplicate order) and a reconciliation job (never a lost paid order). Refunds: a refund made in the Shopify admin is executed in Slash. Tracking: Meta Pixel plus Conversions API with event_id deduplication (exactly one Purchase per order), a Klaviyo Started Checkout event, UTM parameters saved on every order, and which cart button was clicked (main, Shop Pay or PayPal). A confirmation page, an order bump before payment, and the standard Shopify order confirmation email . A rollback switch that sends every cart back to the Shopify checkout in one click, plus an A/B split to send only part of the traffic to the new checkout. Tests in every market (US, UK, Canada, Europe), on iPhone and desktop, and a short written handover: how to run it, how to roll back, how to replay an order. A full technical brief is ready and will be sent to shortlisted candidates. MUST HAVE You have already built an external checkout for a Shopify store that went live. A theme customization does not count. Shopify Admin GraphQL API: order creation, including draft orders (draftOrderCalculate, draftOrderComplete) and orderCreate. Integration of a payment API: payment intents, webhooks with signature checks, idempotency keys, refunds. Experience with Stripe, Whop, Adyen or NMI counts. Apple Pay and Google Pay domain verification on a subdomain. Meta Pixel plus Conversions API with event_id deduplication. React or Next.js, Node.js, a database (Postgres or similar), deployment on Vercel. Clear written English and a short progress update every working day. NICE TO HAVE Whop Elements, the Klaviyo API, Shopify Markets and multi-currency, Shopify accelerated checkout buttons, previous work with CrispCheckout, Lasso or Checkout Champ. HOW TO APPLY Write the word VITRO at the very top of your application. Then answer these 6 points: 1. Links to external checkouts you built for Shopify stores (live URL or a screen recording), and the payment processor each one used. 2. How would you create the Shopify order after payment, and how do you guarantee that no paid order is ever lost or created twice? 3. How do you make sure Meta counts exactly one Purchase per order when the Pixel and the Conversions API both send it? 4. How would you handle discount codes, automatic discounts, shipping rates and US sales tax outside the Shopify checkout? 5. Your fixed price for the whole scope, what it includes, and your timeline in days. 6. Your availability in hours per week and your usual working hours (we work on Paris time). BUDGET AND PAYMENT Fixed price for the whole project. Our budget is 200 to 600 USD. Quote your own price. If your quote is higher, explain what it covers. We pay per project, in two milestones (the split between them is agreed before the start): first when the checkout works end to end on the test setup with real orders created in Shopify, then after go-live and 7 days with every paid order present in Shopify. Bug fixes during the 14 days after go-live are included in the price. Later changes and new features are paid separately, per request, at a price agreed before the work starts. We are looking for a developer we can come back to. We own the code, the repository and every account used for the project.

Job Overview Australian CFO advisory firm (name disclosed to shortlisted candidates) that is building AI systems for two things: a pricing and estimating engine for a commercial construction client, and an AI finance team that runs bookkeeping review, month-end packs and workpapers across our clients' Xero files. We supply the domain — the supplier lists, the quoting SOPs, the accounting standards, the review rules. You supply the engineering. You will work directly with the Principal (a CPA/CGMA who uses Claude Code daily) and own the build end-to-end: architecture, agents, integrations, testing, documentation. This is not an n8n-only role. If you have not shipped Claude Code agents with subagents, skill files and MCP servers in production, this is not the role for you. Our working day is UTC+8 — the same time zone as the Philippines. What You Will Build Project 1 — Pricing & estimating engine: An agent system that takes a tender scope and drawings, issues RFQs to our supplier and subcontractor lists by email , collects and normalises the quotes into a comparison table, builds a cost plan from the pricing sheet, raises quotes and purchase orders in Xero, and reports budget vs committed cost per job. The supplier sheet, the quoting SOP and the Xero file already exist. Project 2 — AI finance team: Claude Code agents that review client bookkeeping in Xero (coding, reconciliations, GST), assemble month-end management packs to our Excel template, create referenced workpapers from source documents, and draft variance commentary — each with a human review gate before anything is sent. Across both: MCP servers connecting Claude to Xero, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) and our data stores; evaluation harnesses so we know when an agent's output is wrong; overnight unattended runs; written documentation good enough that the firm is not dependent on you to operate what you built. Requirements Shipped Claude Code work in production: subagents, CLAUDE.md / skill files, hooks, multi-agent orchestration. You can show it. Built or integrated at least one MCP server in production. Python or TypeScript to a professional standard; Git/GitHub daily. API integration with an accounting, CRM or ERP platform (Xero API is a strong plus); OAuth, webhooks, JSON, rate limits. Testing and evaluation discipline: you can explain how you measure whether an agent's output is correct, not just whether it ran. Excellent written English — you will document every system and write for a non-technical reader. Reliable internet with backup power; available during business hours (Mon–Fri, UTC+8). Nice to Have n8n, Make or Zapier for glue work; Supabase/Postgres; Microsoft Graph API Experience with structured-output extraction from PDFs (drawings, quotes, invoices) Any exposure to accounting, bookkeeping or construction estimating Open-model experience (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) for cost-sensitive workloads How We Work Weekly sprint with written goals; a working demo every Friday. Everything in Git with a README. Secrets in a vault, never in chat. All IP is assigned to the firm under a contractor agreement and NDA. Shortlisted candidates complete a paid four-hour test build; the successful candidate starts on a paid 30-day trial against Project 1 milestones.

Elva Labs (elvalabs.co) is a health and weight management brand. We are hiring a Payments & Merchant Accounts Coordinator to own the operational side of how we take money. We currently run payments across several processors at once, and that mix changes. In the last 90 days we took just over 234,000 GBP across four active payment routes. Keeping those accounts healthy, applying for new ones, and getting them live quickly is a real job, and right now it is being done in gaps between other work. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own our payment processor applications end to end: research candidates, complete the applications, assemble the KYC and underwriting packs, chase the provider and keep each one moving until it is live Maintain a single organised store of the documents these applications always ask for, so we are never rebuilding the same pack from scratch Monitor the health of each live processor: approval and decline rates, settlement timing, fees, any sudden change in behaviour Own chargebacks. Gather the evidence, submit representments before the deadline, and track win rate Keep a live comparison of what each processor actually costs us once fees, reserves and settlement delays are counted Flag risk early. If a processor starts declining more, holding funds longer, or goes quiet, we need to know that week, not next month WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Experience with payment processors, merchant accounts, chargebacks or fintech onboarding. This is the core requirement Extremely organised with documentation. These applications live or die on paperwork being complete, consistent and fast Strong written English. You will be corresponding directly with providers and underwriters on our behalf Persistent. A lot of this job is politely chasing people who are slow Discreet and trustworthy. You will handle company and financial documents NICE TO HAVE Experience in a high risk or regulated merchant category Understanding of MCC codes, reserves, rolling settlements and underwriting Experience preparing KYC or AML documentation COMPENSATION $1,000 to $1,400 per month depending on experience, reviewed after three months.
