Real Estate Cold Caller / Cold Texter

The job responsibilities include cold calling and texting homeowners to see if there is any interest in selling their house, having conversations with homeowners, gathering information, building rapport, and qualifying them as a potential prospect.

Skills required:
*Strong command of the English language
*Must have Real Estate Cold Calling experience minimum 1 year
*Great communication skills
Real Estate Cold Texting experience (Preferred, not required)

Work Hours: 12PM-8PM Pacific Time (PT) US
Full Time Employment
Starting Rate: $5.00 an hour
Earn commissions on every deal you bring in that closes
Opportunity to grow hourly pay based on performance and contribution to our team
