About the Role

Ready to turn your sales skills into consistent income + commission with a growing U.S. company?
100% Remote | $5 USD/hour + $10 per booked clean | Seattle (Pacific Time)

Close 30 cleans = $300 commission. Close 50 = $500 commission—on top of your hourly pay.

The Everyday Cleaners is hiring a confident Remote Sales Agent who knows how to turn inquiries into paying customers.

If you're strong on the phone, comfortable handling objections, consistent with follow-ups, and motivated by closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Cleaning company sales experience is strongly preferred.

About Us

The Everyday Cleaners is a growing residential cleaning company based in Seattle, Washington.

You'll work directly with John, the owner, and Beth, our Operations Manager. We're a small team, so your calls, follow-ups, and bookings will directly impact the growth of the company.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who takes ownership of the sales process—not someone who waits around for leads.

You should be able to:

  • Handle inbound leads and confidently close over the phone
  • Qualify customers, provide quotes, and handle price objections
  • Consistently follow up with unbooked and older leads
  • Generate opportunities through cold calls and outbound outreach
  • Upsell appropriate services and recurring cleans
  • Stay organized and keep the sales pipeline updated

Schedule & Compensation

Wednesday–Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Sunday:** 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Monday–Tuesday: Off

26 hours per week

Base Pay: $5 USD/hour
Commission: $10 for every closed and booked cleaning

30 booked cleans/month = $300 commission
50 booked cleans/month = $500 commission

As the company grows and you consistently produce results, there will be opportunities for additional hours, responsibility, and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and sales calls
  • Gather cleaning details, prepare quotes, and close bookings
  • Handle objections and follow up with unbooked prospects
  • Re-engage old leads and previous customers
  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate opportunities
  • Keep CRM, lead, booking, and KPI records updated
  • Coordinate completed bookings with our Operations Manager

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of professional sales experience
  • Cleaning company sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Confident closing and handling objections over the phone
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Experience using a CRM or managing a sales pipeline
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet calling environment

Experience with BookingKoala, Quo, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems is a plus.

How to Apply

Send your updated resume and answer these three questions:

1. Tell us about your previous sales experience. What were you selling, and approximately how many sales or bookings did you close in a typical month?

2. A potential customer says, “Your price is too expensive. Another company quoted me $100 less.” What would you say next?

3. You start your shift and there are no new inbound leads or calls waiting for you. What would you do during your shift to generate new sales opportunities?

Please be specific. We want to understand your actual sales experience and see how you communicate.

If you're confident on the phone, motivated by commission, and know how to turn opportunities into booked customers, we'd like to hear from you.

Best,
John
