Digital Sales Associate

We’re expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated individuals with strong written communication skills and a natural instinct for sales.

You’ll work with an established digital business, engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping convert customer interest into sales.

Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify sales opportunities and maximise conversions
• Communicate naturally and confidently with customers
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Follow established sales processes and performance targets
• Apply feedback and continuously improve your results

We’re looking for: • Excellent written English

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• A sales-driven mindset
• Creativity and quick thinking
• Reliability and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required
