We run review request campaigns, manage client accounts inside GoHighLevel, and handle everything from onboarding to reporting so business owners don't have to think about it. We're a small, fast-moving team and we treat clients like people, not tickets We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to become the engine room behind our client accounts someone who can run our systems, keep clients happy, and flag problems before we even notice them. =================================== PART 1: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING =================================== This role is largely work that follows clear SOPs (we'll give you written steps and Loom videos for almost everything) but it also needs someone who pays attention, not just someone who follows steps blindly Client Account Setup & Delivery: Create and configure new client sub-accounts in GoHighLevel (HighLevel) Set up and monitor regulatory bundles (A2P/10DLC-type compliance for SMS) Set up standard Zaps in Zapier for new clients Build and manage integrations with client CRMs, booking systems, and invoicing systems Track review request progress and results per client Chase up "non-integrated" clients who haven't sent over their data yet Client Onboarding: Pre-onboarding prep (getting accounts and data ready before a client goes live) Post-onboarding setup and first-week checks Client Communication & Support: Handle day-to-day client support via email and text Send monthly update email s to clients Flag and communicate "wins" (e.g. a client hits a certain number of new reviews) Reach out to clients for video testimonials Reach out to clients for Google reviews where needed Be the calm, clear point of contact when something needs fixing Reporting: Send an End of Day report Send a Weekly report Run weekly client check-ins and send clients their own progress reports Content & Creative: Edit and trim video testimonials in Kapwing Create simple graphics/social content in Canva Update content on the website, Google Business Profile, and social channels Problem-Solving: Recognise when a client's reviews are coming in slowly and apply known fixes Follow up proactively on stalled integrations Flag anything unusual — a proactive, "notice it before I have to ask" mindset matters more here than in a typical admin role Tools you'll be working in daily: GoHighLevel, Trello, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Canva, Kapwing. =================================== PART 2: WHAT YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW / HAVE =================================== Strong written English — client email s and texts represent our brand directly Comfortable learning new software quickly Experience with at least a few of: GoHighLevel, Trello, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Canva Basic video editing exposure (Kapwing, CapCut, or similar) — doesn't need to be advanced Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and the discipline to hit daily/weekly reporting deadlines without being chased Genuinely proactive — able to spot "this client hasn't sent data in 5 days" or "this client's reviews have stalled" without being told to check Comfortable with client-facing communication (not just internal admin) Nice to have (not required): Prior experience in a GoHighLevel agency, marketing agency, or reputation management company Experience with Google Business Profile management Experience writing or following SOPs =================================== HOW TO APPLY =================================== The first 2–4 weeks will be a paid trial period for both of us to make sure it's the right fit To help me filter applications, please start your application with the word "INTERESTED" as the first word, then include: 1. Your experience with GoHighLevel, Trello, Notion, Slack, or Zapier (name which ones and how you used them) 2. Your available working hours in Philippine time 3. A link to any video editing or Canva work you've done, if you have it 4. A short Loom video (3-5 minutes) introducing yourself. In the video, please cover Your name and where you're based Your relevant experience with the tools listed above A time you had to sort out a problem or communicate with a client/customer without being told exactly what to do Record it at loom.com and paste the shareable link in your application. Applications without a Loom link will not be considered.

Video Editor — SaaS Product + Founder Personal Brand

Confidential employer

Remote · Philippines-Based · Long-Term Opportunity We’re looking for a talented, experienced Philippines-based video editor to join us long-term and help create content for two growing brands: CASTLINE — a new creator discovery, outreach, and relationship-management software platform. And the personal brand of CASTLINE’s founder, an ecommerce founder who built a multi-seven-figure brand from the ground up and is now documenting the process of building her next company. This is NOT a basic editing position. We are looking for someone with strong creative taste who understands how to turn raw footage, screen recordings, founder videos, product demos, and lifestyle footage into content that feels professional, premium, modern, and highly engaging. There will be a high volume of content, so we are looking for someone who wants a consistent, long-term role and can become deeply familiar with our brands and editing style. WHAT YOU’LL EDIT You’ll work across several different styles of content, including: Professional founder videos Talking-head social media videos SaaS/product demonstrations CASTLINE feature demos Screen recordings and UI animations Instagram Reels TikTok videos X/Twitter video content Meta ad creatives UGC-style advertisements Founder storytelling Ecommerce/business education Brand-trip footage Lifestyle/founder content Cinematic brand videos Short-form vertical content Horizontal videos for websites, X, YouTube, etc. Longer educational/founder videos over time Some videos will be filmed professionally with a videographer. Others will simply be filmed on an iPhone and need to be turned into strong, engaging social content. You need to be comfortable editing both. CASTLINE CONTENT CASTLINE should feel like a premium, modern software company — not a generic AI startup. You may receive a screen recording of someone typing: “Find me 25 beachy creators in California.” Your job might be to turn that into a beautiful product demo showing the search, results appearing, creator profiles, the user casting a creator, outreach, tracking, etc. Product videos should feel: clean, minimal, premium, fast, modern, easy to understand, and visually impressive. We want viewers to understand the product within seconds. PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT You’ll also edit content for the founder’s personal social accounts. Topics will include: ecommerce, building companies, creator marketing, scaling brands, brand trips, founder lessons, mistakes, growth, marketing, building CASTLINE, and behind-the-scenes founder life. Some videos may be simple 60–90 second talking-head clips. Others will include professional footage, archival footage, screenshots, brand-trip footage, product footage, voiceovers, sound design, and storytelling. The goal is to build a serious founder personal brand — not just promote CASTLINE. THE STYLE WE WANT We like editing that feels: premium clean confident modern high-end story-driven fast enough to hold attention without feeling chaotic We want strong hooks, good pacing, tasteful typography, clean captions, good sound design, thoughtful B-roll, and polished transitions. We do NOT want every video filled with random zooms, emojis, memes, sound effects, or excessive motion graphics. You should understand when a video needs energy and when simplicity makes it feel more expensive. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a seasoned editor, not a complete beginner. You should have professional experience editing short-form social content and be able to show a strong portfolio. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software is preferred. Experience creating SaaS/product demos, motion graphics, UI animations, founder content, ecommerce content, ads, or personal-brand videos is a major advantage. You should also: Have excellent attention to detail Understand social media hooks and retention Know how to make talking-head footage interesting without overediting it Be comfortable working with large amounts of footage Be organized with files and revisions Follow creative direction well Also be capable of making creative decisions independently Communicate clearly Meet deadlines consistently Be comfortable producing a high volume of videos Be interested in a long-term position rather than a one-time project BIG BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SaaS companies, software demos, ecommerce brands, founder personal brands, direct-response ads, Meta ad creative, UGC editing, motion graphics, After Effects, screen-recording animations, or building social accounts from the beginning. VOLUME / LONG-TERM ROLE We plan to create a lot of content. This is not a position where you will edit one or two videos per month. We are building a large content engine across CASTLINE and the founder’s personal brand, so there will be consistent work for the right person. We want someone who can eventually understand our style so well that we don’t need to explain every edit from scratch. There is significant room to grow with us as CASTLINE grows. COMPENSATION Compensation is negotiable based on experience, portfolio quality, editing ability, speed, and availability. We are open to discussing a consistent monthly arrangement with the right person. This is intended to become a long-term working relationship, not just a short freelance project. HOW TO APPLY Please send: Your name and location in the Philippines A link to your portfolio 3–5 examples of your BEST edits Any SaaS/product-demo work you have done Any founder/personal-brand videos you have edited Software you edit with Your typical turnaround time Your availability each week Your desired monthly rate or preferred compensation structure A short explanation of why you think you would be a good fit Important: Please do not send 30 random portfolio links. We would rather see your 5 strongest examples. Shortlisted candidates may be offered a paid editing test using our footage before we make a long-term decision. We are looking for someone with real editing skill, creative judgment, and strong taste who wants to grow with two ambitious brands.

We run structured, audit-driven workflows: every site gets crawled, proofread, and technically audited, and the output is a prioritized findings list (CSV/GitHub issues) with exact quotes, URLs, and suggested fixes. Your job has two halves: FIND the issues and FIX them — carefully, verifiably, and without breaking anything. Sometimes we hand you a completed audit and you work the list down to zero. Just as often, you are the audit: you take a client site cold, sweep it end-to-end (copy, links, technical SEO, brand/design conformance), build the findings list yourself, and then remediate it. This is not a design role and not a dev-from-scratch role. It is a precision QA + remediation role: you detect an issue ("this FAQ answer is pasted from the wrong page," "this button dials the wrong number," "this section's background color is off-brand," "this link 404s on 49 pages"), document it, and fix it at the right level — page, template, or global — then prove it's fixed. What You'll Fix (real examples from our audits) Copy errors at scale: typos ("therpay"), grammar ("at it's roots"), wrong credentials in author boxes, sitewide footer typos — fixed once at the template level where possible, or via careful WP-CLI search-replace across Elementor JSON data. You can use AI to help you correct these issues, they just need to get done! Wrong-page content: FAQ answers pasted under the wrong question, sections copied from another service page, a team bio describing a different company, lorem ipsum and writer instructions left live Factual drift: program hours, durations, phone numbers, service claims that contradict the client's canonical fact sheet — every instance verified against the brand repository before editing Broken links and redirects: internal 404s, malformed hrefs, nav/footer links that pass through redirect chains, dead outbound citations Technical SEO cleanup: duplicate meta-description emitters, missing metas and H1s, broken JSON-LD schema, sitemap hygiene (dead URLs, duplicates, noindex conflicts), image alt text Design and brand corrections: wrong background colors, off-brand section styling, spacing and contrast issues, text below our 16px minimum, mobile responsiveness defects — corrected against each client's documented brand guide without redesigning anything Accessibility basics: contrast, alt text, focus states, readable font sizes Responsibilities Finding (QA / auditing): Run full-site QA sweeps on assigned client sites: crawl every page (sitemap + link discovery), proofread copy word-by-word, test all internal/external links, and check titles, metas, H1s, canonicals, schema, and sitemap hygiene Verify site copy against each client's canonical fact sheet in our brand repository (services, hours, phone numbers, credentials, service-area claims) and flag every contradiction Do visual/brand conformance passes against each client's documented brand guide: background and section colors, typography, spacing, contrast, minimum text size, mobile rendering Compile findings into our standard format (severity, URL, exact quote/screenshot, issue, suggested fix) in CSV/GitHub/Notion — organized so template-level fixes are identified as one item, not fifty Fixing (remediation): Work prioritized findings lists (yours or ours) and close items in fix-order: template-level one-shot fixes first, then page-level edits D ---------- the correct fix level — global template/theme, Elementor template, reusable widget, or individual page — so one edit fixes every instance Execute bulk copy corrections safely: staging first, full backup, WP-CLI wp search-replace with dry runs, aware that Elementor stores content as JSON-escaped strings in postmeta Verify every fix on the live page (fresh, uncached) and mark it done with a before/after note; regenerate Elementor CSS and purge caches as needed Flag judgment calls instead of guessing — e.g., when a "wrong" fact might describe the industry generically rather than the client, or when two pages contradict each other and the client must d ---------- which is true Never alter established brand elements (colors, typography, photography) except to restore them to the documented standard Maintain redirect maps and update internal links at the source rather than stacking redirects Log all work in our systems (GitHub, Notion) with clear, reviewable change notes Required Skills & Experience 3+ years hands-on WordPress experience, including deep Elementor fluency: global templates vs. page-level widgets, theme builder parts (header/footer), reusable sections, custom CSS placement, CSS regeneration Comfortable with WP-CLI (search-replace with dry-run, db export) and staging → production workflows; understands serialized/JSON data risks in bulk replacements Working knowledge of technical SEO: meta tags, canonicals, robots directives, XML sitemaps, JSON-LD schema (able to find and fix a parse error), Rank Math or Yoast Solid HTML/CSS (able to trace which stylesheet or widget sets a background color and override it in the right place, not with !important patches) Meticulous written English — you catch typos other people miss, and your change notes are precise Able to run site audits independently with tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent scripts — link status, metadata, crawl comparison — and turn raw output into a clean, prioritized findings list Process discipline: backups before bulk edits, dry runs, verification, documentation — every time Strongly Preferred Experience with healthcare, behavioral-health, or other YMYL websites (accuracy and compliance sensitivity; adults-only service boundaries; no invented clinical claims) Familiarity with GitHub-based content workflows (branches, PRs, review comments) Experience with call tracking (CallTrackingMetrics) and GA4 — enough to know why replacing a tracked phone number with an untracked one is a serious error Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate QA passes — paired with the judgment to verify everything before publishing Basic accessibility (WCAG) literacy Cloudflare / caching stack familiarity (knowing the difference between "fixed" and "fixed but cached") What Success Looks Like 30 days: the current backlog's template-level and high-severity items are closed and verified; zero regressions 60 days: full findings list for the first site closed; you've completed your first cold-start audit of a second site (found the issues yourself) and built a reusable audit + fix-verification checklist 90 days: you run the full find-and-fix cycle across multiple client sites independently, catch issues before clients report them, and flag client-decision items with clear framing What We Are NOT Looking For Redesigners — the brands' colors, typography, and photography are fixed; your job includes restoring them, not reinventing them "It works on my machine" fixers — every fix is verified on the live, uncached page Bulk find-replace cowboys — anyone who runs a production-wide search-replace without a dry run and backup is an immediate mismatch Hiring Process Application with 2–3 short examples of QA/remediation work you've done (before/after screenshots or descriptions are fine) Paid trial task (~2 hrs): we give you a staging site with ~10 seeded errors from the categories above. You find them, document them in our findings format, fix what's safe, flag what needs a decision, and note anything you couldn't fix and why Contract start with a real, prioritized findings list from day one

YT VIDEO EDITOR, LONG-FORM HISTORY DOC (FACELESS)

Confidential employer

Pay: 30 USD per finished video. Video length: 15 to 25 minutes. Type: paid per video. Ongoing work for the right editor. AI usage: minimal THE WORK A history documentary channel about England in the early 1800s. The videos are made to feel like an old book: warm colours, old paper, period paintings and engravings. Nothing moves fast and nothing is shiny. We send you the script, the narration, the music, you research images/b-rolls/etc, and we also provide a style guide with the colors, the fonts, the text box sizes and the export settings. You build the video from there: choose and place the pictures, build the text plates, set the movement and the music levels, and check your own work before you send it. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER We work with you, not just at the end of the job. We are on Slack every day, we answer questions fast, and we send more material whenever you need it. First versions get real notes, and we talk them through. What we cannot do is direct you cut by cut or be your quality checker. We want an editor who reads the guide, understands the style, double-checks its own work before sending to the client and delivers a good first version on their own (we work together from there, we understand there is a learning curve). AI usage Real images before generated ones. We do use generated images, but only to fill what cannot be found, and they have to match the period so a viewer does not see the difference. HOW WE HIRE Phase 1. We read your application and your portfolio. Send a link to one long-form video you edited yourself (bonus if it's faceless doc-style videos). Phase 2. If you are shortlisted, we send you a short piece of script with a reference and ask for a sample of 40-60 seconds. Small test, not paid yet, and you may put your watermark on it (do what you want if you feel like we would use it for something). This is important, because anyone can put files in an YouTube folder or on a Canva site and claim they did it. Plus we want evaluate how detail oriented you are :-) If the sample is right, you get your first paid video, and steady work after that.

B2B SaaS Appointment Setter / SDR, US Market

Confidential employer

About the Role We are an early-stage B2B SaaS/AI startup looking for an experienced outbound SDR / appointment setter to help us generate qualified meetings with decision-makers at U.S. companies. This is NOT a basic virtual assistant or data-entry position. We are looking for someone who has real experience running B2B outbound and understands how to turn targeted prospects into conversations and qualified meetings. Your primary objective is simple: book qualified sales meetings. We care much more about results than activity metrics. What You'll Be Doing Research and validate target accounts and prospects Identify the right decision-makers within companies Understand why an account may be a good prospect before reaching out Personalize outreach based on the company, prospect, and relevant buying signals Conduct outbound primarily through email and LinkedIn Use additional channels, including calls, when appropriate Consistently follow up with prospects Respond to interested prospects and handle basic questions or objections Qualify prospects before scheduling meetings Book qualified meetings directly onto our team's calendar Maintain accurate prospect and outreach information in our CRM Re-engage previous prospects and opportunities Test different messaging, channels, and approaches Share what you're learning and suggest ways to improve our outbound process We already have prospecting tools, target customer criteria, lead data, and systems available. Your job is not to build everything from scratch. Who We're Looking For You should have: 2+ years of B2B outbound sales, SDR, business development, or appointment-setting experience Experience generating meetings with U.S.-based companies Experience with personalized B2B outbound, not just mass outreach Excellent written and spoken English Strong LinkedIn and cold email outreach experience Strong research and prospecting skills Experience communicating with managers, directors, VPs, or other business decision-makers Strong follow-up habits Familiarity with CRMs and outbound sales tools Ability to work independently and take ownership of results B2B SaaS or technology outbound experience is strongly preferred. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms is a plus. Cold calling experience is also a plus, but this is not a high-volume cold calling position. What Success Looks Like We are not hiring someone simply to send a certain number of messages every day. Your primary performance metric will be qualified meetings that actually take place. We want someone who thinks critically about outbound. If an approach isn't working, we want you to recognize it, suggest changes, and test something better. The ideal person has enough outbound experience that they can bring ideas and best practices to our team, rather than needing to be taught the basics of B2B prospecting. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week to start. Some overlap with U.S. business hours is preferred. There is potential for additional hours and responsibility if the initial engagement performs well. Compensation $6-$9 USD/hour depending on experience + performance-based bonuses for qualified meetings and results. How to Apply Please answer the following: How many years of B2B outbound/SDR experience do you have, and what types of companies or products have you worked with? Walk us through the outbound process you used in your most recent role, from finding a prospect to booking a meeting. Approximately how many qualified meetings were you personally responsible for generating per month? Which outbound tools have you used? (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Please include a short voice recording introducing yourself and describing your B2B outbound experience. IMPORTANT: Start your application with the words "EIGHTBALL OUTBOUND" so we know you read the full posting. Applications that don't follow this instruction will not be considered.

Part-Time Video Editor - Reels & Meta Ad Creatives (Aesthetics Clinic)

Confidential employer

DermLux is a group of 5 medical aesthetics clinics in Cyprus (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables). We spend real money every month on Meta and Google ads, and the one thing that decides whether that money works or gets burned is the video creative. That is this job. We are looking for ONE part-time video editor who thinks like a marketer, not just someone who cuts clips. HOW IT WORKS We send you the raw material - phone footage from our clinics, treatment clips, before and after photos, staff videos, product shots. You send back finished videos, ready to post or ready to run as ads. WHAT YOU WILL PRODUCE Vertical 9:16 reels for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook . This is the main output. Meta ad creatives: hook first, built to stop the scroll and get the click Clean, readable subtitles and captions on everything Simple motion graphics, price overlays, before and after transitions Occasional square or 16:9 versions of the same video Expect roughly 6 to 10 finished short videos per week, depending on complexity. We would rather have 6 videos that convert than 12 that do not. WHAT MAKES YOU RIGHT FOR THIS You are MARKETING-ORIENTED. You know the first 1-2 seconds decide everything. You know what a hook is, why retention matters, and you can explain why you cut something the way you did. You have edited paid social ads before, not only pretty organic content. If you have ever seen the performance numbers of your own videos, we want to hear about it. Strong CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus. Fast turnaround, normally 24 to 48 hours per batch. You can follow a brand style guide and keep it consistent. You take feedback without drama and you do not disappear. IMPORTANT - LANGUAGE Most of our on-screen text is in GREEK. You do NOT need to speak Greek - we send you the exact Greek text to place. But you must be careful and accurate when copying Greek letters and accents, and check every single character. If you are sloppy with text you cannot read, this job is not for you. NICE TO HAVE Experience with beauty, aesthetics, medspa, fitness or healthcare content Basic photo retouching for before and after images Experience with UGC-style ad formats HOURS Part time, 20 hours per week. Long-term ongoing work, not a one-off project. Flexible hours. You do not have to be online at a fixed time, but you must hit deadlines and be reachable for feedback during our working day (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Cyprus time = 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila time). PAY - real numbers, not vague promises $7 to $10 USD per hour, depending on your portfolio and experience BONUS: +$50 USD for every video of yours that becomes one of our top 3 performing ads of the month, up to $150 USD per month. We show you the actual ad performance data - you will know exactly where you stand. 13TH MONTH PAY: yes, we pay it, every December. We know what it means to you. Paid every 2 weeks through Wise. If this works, the hours and the scope grow. We are building a long-term creative partner, not renting one. HOW TO APPLY Please do not send a generic application. Send us: 1. Start your message with the word HOOK so we know you actually read this 2. Your portfolio: direct links to 3 vertical short videos that YOU edited. Real reels or ads, not a showreel of other people's work. 3. Pick ONE of those videos and explain in 3-4 sentences: what was the hook, who was it for, and did it perform? Give numbers if you have them. 4. Which software you use and how long you have been using it 5. How many finished short videos you can realistically deliver per week at 20 hours 6. Any experience with beauty, clinic, medspa or healthcare content 7. Your internet speed test result (you will be downloading large raw files) Shortlisted applicants will be PAID for a short test edit before we hire anyone. Applications that do not start with HOOK will not be read.

We are an Australian technology start-up developing a new digital platform in the transport and mobility sector. We are looking for a talented part-time Full-Stack App Developer with strong AI development experience to join us as we prepare the platform for market launch. The product is already well advanced and has a substantial working codebase and production infrastructure. This is not a greenfield project. You will work with an existing system, understand its architecture and help us complete, strengthen and expand the platform. A major focus of the next development phase will be AI-powered voice functionality and intelligent agents, alongside continued development of our web, mobile and backend applications. What You’ll Work On Continue development of existing customer, driver and administration applications. Build and integrate voice-command and conversational AI functionality. Develop AI agents that can securely interact with application functions, APIs and backend services. Work across frontend, backend, mobile applications and production infrastructure. Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and services. Debug, test and improve existing functionality. Take features from concept through development, testing and production deployment. Use modern AI development tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for security, reliability and code quality. What We’re Looking For Strong full-stack software development experience. Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js and Node.js experience. Mobile application development experience; React Native/Expo is highly desirable. Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/databases and cloud-hosted applications. Genuine hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production applications. Experience building AI agents, tool/function calling, automated workflows or conversational AI systems. Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech or real-time conversational systems is highly desirable. Strong experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or equivalent. Experience with platforms such as Stripe, Google Maps, Supabase, Twilio, Vercel or similar is advantageous. Strong Git/GitHub and CI/CD experience. Ability to understand and safely extend an existing production codebase rather than unnecessarily rebuilding working systems. Strong attention to security, privacy, testing and production reliability. Who We’re Looking For We want someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently and communicate clearly. You should be comfortable working directly with the founder in a fast-moving start-up environment. Importantly, we are looking for someone who understands how to use AI as an engineering accelerator, not as a replacement for sound software-engineering judgement. The Opportunity This is initially a part-time position with an early-stage Australian start-up approaching market launch. For the right person, there is genuine potential for this position to develop into a long-term and potentially full-time role as the business grows. You will be joining at an early stage, meaning the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the technology and future direction of the product. When Applying Please include examples of applications you have built or substantially contributed to, your experience with the technologies above, and at least one example of an AI agent or AI-powered application you have personally built. If you have experience building voice or conversational AI systems, please provide details. Please also include your GitHub/portfolio (if available), current weekly availability and preferred working

Performance Creative Specialist / E-commerce Video Ad Editor

Confidential employer

About Alorivo Alorivo is a U.S.-focused DTC kitchen and home design brand selling premium, design-driven kitchen products through Shopify. We are currently growing our creator/UGC content library and beginning to scale paid advertising on Meta and TikTok. We are NOT looking for a traditional video editor who simply makes videos look polished. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn creator footage, UGC, product videos, customer reactions, and existing assets into high-performing paid social ad creatives. You may currently call yourself a: E-commerce Video Editor UGC Video Editor Video Ad Editor Direct Response Video Editor Performance Creative Editor Creative Strategist Facebook / TikTok Ads Video Editor If you have experience creating ads for DTC or e-commerce brands, we encourage you to apply even if you have never held the title "Performance Creative Specialist." What You Will Do Your main responsibility is to create and continuously improve video creatives for Meta and TikTok advertising. You will work with: Creator / influencer footage UGC videos Product footage Lifestyle content Existing winning ads Customer reviews and testimonials Product images AI-generated voiceovers, scripts, graphics, and supporting assets Instead of simply editing one creator video into one final video, you should be able to turn the same footage into multiple testable ad variations. For example: 1 creator video → 3 different hooks → 2 different opening sequences → different captions → different product angles → different CTAs → 5–10 testable ad creatives Typical Creative Angles You will help us test angles such as: Problem / Solution Product Demonstration Design / Aesthetic Kitchen Upgrade Home Decor Gift / Housewarming Customer Testimonial Creator Recommendation Before / After Product Discovery Direct Response Founder / Brand Story You should understand that sometimes changing the first 2–3 seconds of an ad can matter more than changing the rest of the video. This Role Is Different From a Traditional Video Editor We care about how the creative performs, not just how beautiful the edit looks. You should be interested in questions such as: Why did Creative A get a 2% CTR while Creative B got 0.7%? Why are people watching the video but not clicking? Which hook should we test next? Should we make more versions of a winning creative? Is the problem the hook, product angle, offer, pacing, or CTA? What can we learn from competitor ads? You do NOT need to be an expert media buyer. However, you should either understand or be willing to learn basic performance metrics such as: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate and Creative Fatigue. Responsibilities You will: Edit Meta and TikTok video ads Repurpose creator and UGC footage into multiple ad variations Develop and test different hooks Create different openings, captions, CTAs and pacing Identify strong moments inside longer creator videos Research competitor and winning DTC ad creatives Suggest new creative concepts and angles Use AI tools to accelerate scripting and creative production Organize creatives systematically for testing Review performance results with our team Create new iterations based on advertising data Build variations of winning creatives instead of constantly starting from zero Required Skills We are looking for someone with experience in several of the following areas: DTC / e-commerce advertising Meta / Facebook video ads TikTok ads UGC advertising Direct-response video editing Short-form advertising Creator content CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve AI creative tools Ad creative research Strong English comprehension is important because our customers and creators are primarily based in the United States. Strongly Preferred Experience working with: Shopify brands U.S. DTC brands Home & Kitchen Beauty Fashion Consumer products Dropshipping brands Performance marketing agencies Experience creating ads that have actually been used with paid advertising is significantly more important to us than cinematic editing experience. What We DO NOT Need We are not primarily looking for: Movie-style editors YouTube long-form editors Wedding editors Corporate video editors Editors focused mainly on transitions and visual effects Beautiful editing is helpful, but advertising performance is the priority. What Success Looks Like Initially, you may produce approximately: 15–25 creative variations per week using a combination of existing creator content and new footage. However, your performance will NOT be evaluated only by how many videos you edit. Our goal is to build a repeatable system: Creative → Test → Data → Learn → Iterate → Winning Creative → Scale Over time, we want you to understand what makes Alorivo customers click and buy, and become an important part of our growth team. To Apply Please send: 1. Your 3–5 best Meta / TikTok / UGC e-commerce ad examples Please do NOT send a general video editing showreel unless it includes paid social ads. 2. Tell us which of these you have worked on: Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / UGC / DTC / Shopify / Direct Response
