Virtual Assistant – Content Operations (UGC Creator Brand)

Overview:
Abel Aguilar UGC is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable virtual assistant to support day-to-day content operations across Trybe, Sideshift, and TikTok Shop. This is a part-time that can potentially turn full-time, remote role requiring daily engagement, roughly 4-6 hours a day, with flexible hours based on task load.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos for Trybe, Sideshift, and TikTok Shop, following brand style and each platform's format requirements.
Script Writing: Draft video scripts in advance so they're ready for Abel to record, keeping tone and messaging aligned with each brand deal.
Account & Posting Tracking: Monitor what's due, scheduled, and needs updating across accounts, and flag anything falling behind (does not include handling the actual posting).
Contract & Deadline Tracking: Keep a running tracker of active brand deals and deliverables to ensure Abel stays on pace with retainer requirements.

Qualifications:

Strong video editing skills
Comfortable with short-form content trends
Excellent organization and communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
