We're a boutique digital marketing agency based in Arizona specializing in healthcare and home service businesses. Our clients include mental health treatment centers, HVAC companies, roofing contractors, and specialty service providers. We create authentic, strategic marketing that actually ranks—no generic AI slop allowed.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy assistant to help bring web designs to life and support our growing client base. You'll work directly with the founder, using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to develop custom widgets, build out page designs in Elementor, and keep projects moving forward.
This is a beginning position with real growth potential. We're a small agency with big plans, and the right person will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, develop advanced skills, and build this into a long-term career—not just a job.
What You'll Do

Build and implement custom widgets and interactive elements using AI-assisted development
Design and update pages in WordPress/Elementor based on provided direction
Source and select high-quality stock photos that fit each client's brand and audience
Use Claude AI and ChatGPT as daily working tools for content, code, and problem-solving
Help manage projects—tracking tasks, deadlines, and client deliverables
Support local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile updates and on-page optimization
Communicate progress and flag issues before they become problems

You're a Great Fit If You

Have hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (this is non-negotiable)
Have experience with Notion or similar project management system
Already use Claude AI and/or ChatGPT comfortably—you get how to prompt effectively
Have a natural eye for visuals and can spot the difference between a good stock photo and a cheesy one
Are organized and can juggle multiple client projects without dropping balls
Have strong written English and clear communication skills
Know local SEO basics OR are genuinely eager to learn (we'll train the right person)
Are reliable, self-motivated, and don't need constant hand-holding
Have stable internet and a quiet workspace

Bonus Points

Experience in healthcare, home services, or service-based business marketing
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience with Canva or image editing
Any project management tool experience (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
