Social Media Comment Moderator β€” Facebook & Instagram (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Confidential employer

We are a fast-growing international e-commerce company selling premium consumer products across Europe, North America and Asia. We spend money every day driving traffic to our Facebook and Instagram ads. Every ad has a comment section underneath it and right now nobody is watching them. Competitors post their links, trolls post insults, and real customers with real problems are never seen by anyone. We need one reliable person to own this. This is not a content creation position. This is not a copywriting position. This is not a social media manager position. The Role Three times per day, you check every new comment and ---------- on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and you do four things: 1. Hide what costs us sales. Competitor links and prices, spam, insults, trolls. You hide, never delete. You never touch a genuine question or a positive comment. 2. Reply to what creates sales. Buyer questions get answered from our library of 156 pre-written replies. You pick the right one. You never write your own. 3. Log every unhappy customer in our Google Sheet. Late delivery, wrong item, refund requests, anything. Our customer service team reads that sheet and contacts them. This is the most important part of the job. Every one you miss becomes a bad review or a chargeback. 4. Handle DMs the same way. Simple questions from the library, everything about orders or payments gets logged and escalated. You will not have Shopify access, that is by design. At the end of each day you send us a short report: what you saw, what you did, and anything you were unsure about. IMPORTANT To confirm that you have carefully read this entire job description, please start your application with the words: COLD POUR Applications that do not begin with these words will not be reviewed. Continue reading carefully, there is more important information below. Language Requirements Most of our comments are in Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian and French. You do not need to speak any of these languages. You use DeppL/Chatgpt/claude to understand the comment, then match the situation to the correct pre-written reply. This is a matching job, not a writing job. You never translate anything yourself and you never invent your own replies. That rule has no exceptions. What We Are Looking For Excellent written English Strong attention to detail The discipline to show up at the same times every single day Good judgment for the situations our rulebook doesn't cover Stable internet Patience, much of this work is repetitive Previous moderation, community management or customer support experience is an advantage but not required. We will train you. How You Will Be Measured Two numbers matter most, and both should be zero: Unhappy customers you missed Positive comments or questions you hid by mistake Working Hours Part-time. 3 check-ins per day, roughly 40–60 minutes each. About 2–3 hours per day, 7 days per week. Your hours must cover European daytime, which means a night shift in the Philippines: 09:00 CET (?15:00 PH) Β· 15:00 CET (?21:00 PH) Β· 20:00 CET (?02:00 PH) (we can do other times/adjustments also if discussed later) We're flexible on exact timing as long as nothing sits unanswered for more than 6 hours during European daytime. Preferably every 3 hours if possible. Compensation $2 USD/hour β€” approximately $130–170 USD/month at 2–3 hours per day Paid every week Β· Performance bonuses Β· More hours and responsibility (higher salary) over time. We are looking for someone long-term, not someone for one month. How to Apply Tell us briefly about yourself. What hours, in your local time, can you commit to every day? Are you comfortable with a night shift long-term? When can you start? Answer the five questions below. Interview Questions 1. A comment says: "It's $5.99 on Amazon!" What do you do, and why? 2. A comment says: "I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing!! ????" Walk us through exactly what you do, step by step, in order. 3. You see a comment in Danish. Google Translate says the product doesn't work well β€” but the person also writes that they bought three of them as gifts. How do you handle it, and what makes it different from a normal complaint? 4. A comment says "Works great but the shipping took soooooo long..." - How would you handle it? 5. A instagra ---------- ssage says "Where is my package!!!!????" - How do you handle it? 6. Describe a time you noticed a problem nobody else had spotted. How did you notice it, what did you do, and what was the result? Short answers are fine. We care about judgment, not length.

Scriptwriter compilation channel YouTube

Confidential employer

Scriptwriter Wanted – YouTube Compilation Channel Type: Freelance, part-time / temporary basis to start and if the cooperation works well and there's room to grow, expanding the role is definitely a possibility Workload: Multiple videos per month (to be discussed) Language: English (native or near-native level) About the channel NatureUntamed is a growing YouTube channel producing compilation videos across a range of dramatic/real-footage topics β€” animal attacks, CCTV i ---------- , car crashes, and similar. Content needs to be gripping and well-paced, but also accurate: viewers and the channel's credibility suffer when facts are wrong (e.g. misidentifying an animal, getting details of an i ---------- wrong). How the workflow works You won't be starting from a blank page. For each video you'll receive: A reference video and title to base the script on Competitor scripts to match in tone, structure, and pacing Access to a pre-configured Claude Project set up to help you write in the channel's specific style ElevenLabs for generating the voiceover once the script is approved Your job is to use these tools well β€” pull the right facts, keep the narrative tight and engaging, and produce a script that's ready for voiceover with minimal revisions. Responsibilities Source clips with a strong instinct for what will make viewers say "WOW" β€” content that hooks people in the first few seconds Write scripts for compilation videos based on supplied reference material and competitor scripts Use the provided Claude Project to draft in the correct channel style Correctly identify animals, i ---------- , and details; verify facts before including them, if you name an animal; name the correct one (for exaple moose versus elk) Structure scripts for strong retention (pacing and hooks matter; AVD is our key metric) Generate voiceover via ElevenLabs once script is finalized Process feedback and revisions quickly, and stay flexible as direction and instructions shift week to week What you bring Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube (compilation, true-crime/CCTV, wildlife, or similar factual/dramatic content is a plus) Strong research instincts and attention to detail β€” you double-check facts rather than guess Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ElevenLabs) as part of your workflow A real feel for how emotion drives viewer behavior β€” you can tell which clips give a "WOW" feeling and instantly hook someone in the first few seconds Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention Flexible and quick to adapt β€” direction and instructions can change from one week to the next, and you're comfortable adjusting on short notice Reliable with deadlines, responsive to feedback, able to act on it quickly rather than needing multiple rounds Available samples of previous scriptwriting work To apply, please send 1. A short introduction and relevant experience 2. 2–3 sample scripts (compilation, true-crime/CCTV, wildlife, or similar preferred) 3. Availability (how many scripts per month) and rate per script,. please also include bulk pricing (e.g. 5 - 10 scripts) Please include the word "moose" somewhere in your reply; this confirms you've read the full post. Note Accuracy matters as much as storytelling on this channel, factual errors (wrong species, wrong details) directly hurt the channel's credibility and performance, so please only apply if you're comfortable doing the research legwork. This is a project on parttime, temporarily basis, biut if the cooperation works well and there is room for expansion, than that is definitely a possibility.

Office Manager (Not for beginners)

Confidential employer

We're hiring a General Office Manager to support a US-based home service business. This role isn't about managing a team. Most of our Office Managers run operations solo, so you need to be comfortable owning the day-to-day without someone checking your work. You'll be the one keeping the business organized behind the scenes: schedules, workflows, admin, and the dozens of small things that keep a company running. What we're looking for: Proven experience managing business operations end to end, not just isolated admin tasks A problem solver who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do next Steady and consistent, someone we can count on to show up the same way every week Foresight: you catch small issues before they turn into bigger problems Comfortable working inside project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) to organize and track work Follows the client's systems and processes rather than rebuilding them your own way Calm under pressure. Chaotic days don't throw you off Detail-oriented. You catch your own mistakes and don't cut corners Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear, instead of guessing Motivated by doing the job well, not by needing constant praise or check-ins This role fits someone who's patient and steady day to day, not someone looking for constant variety or excitement. If you like the feeling of a well-run operation and take pride in being the person holding it together, this is for you. Pay starts at $6/hr, with room to go higher based on experience. Benefits are discussed once an offer is made. You'll be matched with a US client, and hours vary by client timezone. If this sounds like you, apply here: ---------- **messages directly sent here won't be entertained

YouTube Segment Researcher

Confidential employer

WHO WE ARE NIA Production is a YouTube conglomerate. We own, build, and operate our own channels in-house. Every channel we run is ours. You can see our work at ---------- We are 90+ people strong and growing rapidly. Most of our team is hybrid and we hire globally. We move fast. We care about results, and we hire people who think the same way. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Every video we make starts with a case worth telling. Finding those cases is the bottleneck. Most of what looks promising falls apart on contact: the story is exaggerated, the footage does not exist, the clip has been deleted, or a competitor covered it two years ago. Your job is to find real, unsettling, usable cases and prove they are real before anyone spends time on them. You are the filter that stops the rest of the team from building on sand. You are not doing the deep dive. Once we green-light your finds, a separate researcher takes them further. Your value is in breadth, speed, and judgment: how much good raw material you can surface, how fast, and how reliably it survives scrutiny. Our channels in this category, and the direct competitors we benchmark against: Chilling Scares Nick Crowley Farrel McGuire You will be expected to know this landscape well enough to tell instantly whether an idea has already been used. HOW THIS ROLE WORKS Each assignment follows the same cycle: Brief. You receive a topic plus reference videos that establish the tone and style to match. Scouting (24 hours). You deliver 35 to 40 segments per topic using our template. Rough but smart. For each one you prove four things: the case is real, it is genuinely unsettling, there is enough usable footage to build around, and your links plus timestamps let us verify it in minutes. Green-light. We approve 30 or more segments from your batch. Handoff. Approved segments go to our deep-dive researcher, who builds the full package. You may get short follow-up questions, then you move to the next topic. Feedback. You act on notes fast, so each segment batch needs fewer feedback than the last. RESPONSIBILITIES Find the segments. Search across platforms and the less obvious corners of the internet to surface real clips and real cases. Not listicle material that has already circulated. Each topic needs 35 to 40 segments that are genuinely different from each other, so we get real options instead of one idea in eleven variations. Check that they hold up. Three things have to be true before a segment reaches us: the story is real and traceable to a credible source, the footage still exists and can be downloaded, and no competitor has covered it. Screening against Nexpo, Nick Crowley, and Farrel McGuire is your job, not ours. Judge whether it will work on screen. A strong story with 20 seconds of usable video is not a segment. You need at least 2 to 3 minutes of core footage, and you need to be able to say what the specific ---------- nt is that makes it land for a viewer. Deliver it clean and on time. Submit in our template with links, timestamps, why it fits, why it is unsettling, and how it supports the narrative. Pass 100% of the checklist every time. Hit your dates, because production downstream is scheduled around them. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT Not deep-dive research. You are not building the full source package, the timeline, or the script beats. You prove a segment is worth that investment. Someone else makes it. Not a writing role. No scripting, no narration, no drafting. Not a volume game. You are paid per approved topic, so sending us twelve weak ideas to sort through is worse than useless. Filtering is the job. Not passive. If a topic we assign is thin, say so early instead of delivering twelve mediocre segments and letting us find out. REQUIREMENTS Must-Have: Strong internet research instincts. You know how to find things that are not on the first page of Google, including archived pages, deleted uploads, reverse image search, and old forum threads. Basic source sense. You can tell a primary source from a repost of a repost, and you do not treat the second as the first. Familiarity with this YouTube niche and its major channels, enough to recognize covered ground immediately. An eye for what actually unsettles a viewer, and the ability to explain why in specific terms rather than saying a clip is creepy. Reliable under a 24 to 36 hour clock. Clear written communication, no chasing required. Nice-to-Have: Any past research work where you had to verify information Awareness of what footage is usable in an edit, not just what exists. A real, pre-existing habit of going down internet rabbit holes, especially in the YouTube landscape. Hard to fake, obvious when it is genuine. RESULTS Success in this role is measured by: Your approval rate climbs and holds. Most of what you send is usable, rather than most of it being filtered out by us. Nothing you submit is later found to have been covered by a competitor. Nothing you flag falls apart when the deep-dive researcher picks it up, whether that is a claim that does not check out or footage that turns out to be unusable. Your segments are diverse enough that we can pick 5 to 7 without them overlapping. Your turnaround dates hold consistently, so nothing downstream waits on you. The amount of feedback you need decreases topic over topic. APPLICATION We require a simple test project to gauge fit for the role. It is one topic, and it is the only reliable way for us to see how you actually hunt, since a CV cannot tell us whether you can find what is not on the first page of Google.
