Architect | Residential Custom Homes | Revit

I’m looking for an experienced Residential Architect to join our growing custom home building company.

We currently have several large custom homes in production and need another architect who can independently take a project from a basic sketch and dimensions through a complete construction document set. This is a full-time role focused heavily on residential drafting and Revit.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take sketches or renderings and turn them into complete residential plan sets using Revit. You’ll create interior and exterior elevations, wall sections, siding and connection details, resolve construction details before they reach the field, and make sure drawings are accurate enough for estimating, material ordering, permitting, and construction.

What I’m looking for:

Strong, hands-on Revit experience
Residential architecture experience, especially custom homes
Ability to take a basic sketch and develop the entire house through construction documents
Portfolio showing complete plan sets, not just renderings
Experience with interior and exterior elevations and construction details
Clear spoken English
Comfortable working on camera
U.S. residential construction experience is a plus

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
