Digital Graphic Designer – Social Media & Web Design

We are looking for a talented and reliable Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a long-term contract basis.

Our company works with multiple home service businesses across the U.S., including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies. You’ll be creating digital content for multiple brands, so the ability to follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and consistently produce high-quality work is extremely important.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibility will be creating monthly social media graphics for our client accounts.

You will also assist with website and landing page design as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Creating monthly social media graphics for multiple client brands
-Designing promotional, educational, seasonal, and service-related social media content
-Following existing brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across each client
-Designing website pages and landing pages
-Creating design variations and additional website pages based on existing designs
-Making revisions based on feedback
-Working closely with our Creative and SEO teams
-Managing multiple projects and deadlines
-Delivering organized, polished, production-ready files

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Strong graphic design skills with a high attention to detail
-Professional experience creating social media graphics
-Experience designing websites and landing pages
-Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
-Experience with Adobe XD
-Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and composition
-Ability to work within established brand guidelines
-Ability to take direction and apply feedback accurately
-Good English communication skills
-Strong organization and time management
-Reliable and responsive
-Ability to consistently meet deadlines

THE TYPE OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and can work independently once given direction.

You should be able to look at a design and recognize when something feels off, rather than simply completing the instructions exactly as written. Strong visual judgment and attention to detail are very important in this role.

Reliability is also extremely important. We need someone who communicates well, responds in a timely manner, takes deadlines seriously, and can consistently deliver work without requiring constant follow-up.

You will be working with several different brands, so you should be comfortable switching between different visual styles and following established brand guidelines rather than trying to apply the same design style to every project.

This is a long-term position for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable part of our creative team, not someone looking for occasional one-off projects.

HOURS & WORKLOAD

This is a part-time contract position with ongoing monthly work.

The workload will primarily consist of recurring social media design for our client accounts, with website and landing page projects added as needed.

Work will be assigned throughout the month with deadlines provided for each project.
