Job Title: Inbound Sales Closer & VA (GoHighLevel & Mapping Experience)

We are seeking high-performing Inbound Sales Closers to handle inbound calls and web inquiries for our fast-paced Christmas light installation business. You will manage full-funnel phone sales: warmly greeting leads, pre-screening project budgets, building live custom design mockups using mapping software, and closing jobs on the first call.

Schedule: Coverage needed 12 hours/day, 7 days/week (multiple shifts available).

Pay: $6.00/hour base + uncapped sales performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling: Answer incoming phone calls and follow up immediately with newly submitted web inquiries.

Sales & Pitching: Deliver a natural, engaging introduction to explain our full-service offering without reading off a rigid script.

Budget Screening: Pre-screen potential clients by establishing our $700 minimum project starting price early in the call.

Live Custom Mockups: Locate property photos via Google Maps and Zillow to generate live design mockups while on the line with the customer.

Closing Deals: Walk clients through their customized proposals, address objections, and secure deposits on the spot.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update contact records and deal stages inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Requirements & Qualifications

Flawless Spoken English: Native or near-native English fluency with zero to minimal accent to ensure effortless, high-trust communication with US homeowners.

Sales Competency: Confident handling price objections, guiding conversations, and directly asking for the sale.

US Home Familiarity: Ability to visually identify standard American home architectural features (e.g., rooflines, dormers, peaks, gutters) from photos.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) and navigation of Google Maps/Zillow (design/mapping tool experience is a major plus; training provided).

Home Office Setup: High-speed internet connection, quiet dedicated environment, and a noise-canceling headset.
