Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant & Future Operations Manager (Zapier / Voice AI / CRMs)

We are ---- ---- Text LLC, a fast-growing automation agency based in New Jersey, USA. We build and integrate 24/7 AI Voice Receptionists, After-Hours Phone Dispatchers, and Automated SMS Booking Setters for local home service companies (plumbers, roofers, HVAC contractors).

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically elite Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term position with massive growth potential. You will work directly with the founder to handle technical software setups, AI phone system configurations, and daily lead generation outreach.

Career Growth Path: As our agency scales past 10 clients, we will be expanding our tech stack to GoHighLevel. For the right candidate, this role is designed to fast-track into the Operations Manager, where you will eventually lead and manage a team of 2 or more additional VAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, train, and test text-based AI booking agents and conversational Voice AI phone agents inside our white-label platform (Stammer.ai).
• Set up advanced phone routing, call-transfer logic, and missed-call text-back triggers.
• Connect webhooks and build automated workflows using ---------- .
• Integrate AI chat and phone systems into various client tools and calendars (Google Calendar, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and eventually GoHighLevel).
• Scrape local business data from Google Maps and directories using tools like D7 Lead Finder, Apollo, or manual research to fuel our cold outreach.
• Organize lead databases in Google Sheets and manage daily outbound email metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have proven experience working with Zapier, ---------- , or GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Heavy experience or deep understanding of Voice AI platforms (Stammer Voice, Vapi, Bland, or Retell) and telephony logic (Twilio, call forwarding, bridging).
• Strong understanding of custom fields, webhooks, and software API logic.
• High attention to detail—No typos, broken links, and messy spreadsheets.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills (required for voice testing).
• Stable, high-speed internet link (minimum 30-50 Mbps) with a reliable backup power solution for storms/brownouts.

Compensation & Hours:

• Type: Part-Time to start (20 hours/week) with a fast transition to Full-Time (40 hours/week) based on performance and onboarding speed.
• Salary: $4.00 – $6.00 / hour (Paid monthly or bi-weekly via your preferred method).
• Bonuses: Performance-based cash bonuses are awarded for every successful milestone and active client retention!
