Are you an experienced CSR looking for a change?!

Confidential employer

Own the customer experience. Turn inquiries into booked work. Close every loop. Become the person our customers trust and our team can depend on. Full-time remote position | 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday Umbrella Property Services is a Vancouver-based building services company providing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof treatments, moss control, and Christmas lighting. We are building a team that delivers exceptional service, gets better every month, and takes pride in doing what we say we will do. I’m Ryan, the Founder. Our CSR is one of the most important people in the company because you are often the first person customers interact with. Your responsibilities are clear. The standard is high. Answer quickly. Communicate clearly. Convert inquiries into bookings. Follow up without being chased. Solve problems before they become complaints. Close every loop. This is not a passive inbox-monitoring role. It is not a job where you hide behind email and text. It is not a fit for someone who needs constant reminders or avoids measurable goals. Your work directly affects our revenue, reputation, and customer experience. Your Core Outcome Make it easy for customers to buy from us and trust us to do what we promised. When a customer contacts us, they should feel heard, helped, and confident about the next step. When an issue appears, you should own it until it is resolved. What Success Looks Like Inbound inquiries are converted into booked work at a minimum 50% rate. Outbound follow-ups are converted at a minimum 70% rate. Answer inbound calls within two rings during scheduled coverage hours. Customer inquiries receive a response within 60 minutes. Escalations are resolved or clearly updated within 24 hours. Every open request has an owner, next action, and follow-up date. CRM information is entered accurately within 24 hours. Monthly goals are consistently achieved. Customers receive proactive updates instead of needing to chase us. What You’ll Own Sales and Quote Management Answer inbound calls through RingCentral. Make outbound follow-up calls. Qualify customers, provide estimates, and collect deposits. Use company scripts and processes to guide customers toward booking. Follow up until the customer books, declines, or is clearly closed out. Customer Communication Manage phone, email , and text communication. Resolve customer questions and concerns. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members. Keep customers informed when timelines or details change. Protect the company’s reputation through clear, positive communication. Follow-Through and Administration Enter and update customer information in Jobber. Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up records. Monitor the company and billing inboxes daily. Update training, certification, health, and safety documentation. Make sure commitments do not disappear after the conversation ends. Proactive Problem Solving We do not expect you to know everything. We do expect you to think before escalating. When you bring us a problem, use our 131 framework: 1 problem: What is the actual issue? 3 recommendations: What are three ways to solve it? 1 recommendation: Which option do you recommend, and why? If you are stuck, ask for help early. Silence, avoidance, and incomplete follow-through create expensive problems. You’ll Succeed Here If You Are Energized by talking to people on the phone. Proactive, organized, and reliable. Comfortable being measured against clear targets. Strong at follow-up and closing loops. Willing to receive coaching and improve. Able to bring solutions, not just problems. Calm when priorities change. Detail-oriented with CRM and administrative work. Professional, positive, and direct. This Role Is Not For You If You prefer email or text because phone calls feel uncomfortable. You wait to be chased for updates. You regularly miss goals without changing your approach. You bring problems without recommendations. You resist feedback or dislike accountability. You need someone else to manage your priorities every day. Non-Negotiables Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST Full-time, permanent position Fluent English Quiet, distraction-free workspace Reliable computer with two monitors, or laptop plus external monitor Professional headset, mouse, keyboard, and internet speed of 100 Mbps or faster If you do not meet these requirements, your application will not be considered. We are looking for someone who wants to become exceptional at customer communication, sales, follow-through, and problem solving. API & Integration Developer - Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, Webhooks & Dashboard

Confidential employer

Hunt Glass - U.S. Auto Glass Company Remote | Philippines Project-Based / Potential Ongoing Work Pay: Negotiable Based on Experience We are looking for an experienced API / Integration Developer in the Philippines to help us connect several of our business systems and create a centralized live reporting dashboard. This is primarily an API, webhook, automation, and data integration project - not a website-design position. Primary Goal We want to create a reliable data flow between systems such as: Google Analytics / GA4 > GoHighLevel (GHL) > Omega EDI > Live Dashboard The goal is to give our team one place where we can quickly see important business and marketing information without manually pulling reports from multiple platforms. What You'll Help Build Depending on what each platform supports, you may: Connect systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or other integration methods Pull data from Google Analytics / GA4 Integrate with GoHighLevel's API and webhooks Determine the best method of retrieving or syncing data from Omega EDI Normalize and combine data from multiple sources Create automated data workflows Build or connect a live management dashboard Set up scheduled synchronization where real-time syncing isn't possible Handle API authentication, tokens, errors, retries, and logging Document the integration so another developer can maintain it Recommend the simplest and most cost-effective architecture The dashboard may include information such as: Leads Lead sources Calls Appointments Quotes Jobs Sales/revenue Marketing performance Conversion rates Customer status Other operational KPIs We are open to using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Cloud, databases, Make, Zapier, n8n, or a custom dashboard depending on what makes the most sense. Important We are not looking for someone who simply knows Zapier. Low-code tools are welcome when appropriate, but you should understand how APIs actually work and be able to troubleshoot integrations when a prebuilt connector does not exist. Ideal Experience You do not need experience with every platform listed below, but you should be strong in API integrations. Experience with several of the following is preferred: REST APIs Webhooks JSON OAuth 2.0 / API authentication JavaScript / Node.js Python GoHighLevel / HighLevel API Google Analytics 4 / GA4 API Google APIs SQL / databases ETL / data transformation Looker Studio ---------- Zapier n8n Custom dashboards CRM integrations Experience working with U.S. businesses, CRMs, call tracking, lead generation, or automotive businesses is a plus. About Omega EDI Omega is one of the primary systems we use for our auto glass operations. You do not necessarily need prior Omega experience. Part of this project may involve determining what integration options Omega provides — such as an API, webhook, database connection, reports, exports, or another method — and recommending the best approach. What We're Looking For We want someone who: Can investigate unfamiliar APIs independently Understands data architecture and system integrations Can explain technical decisions in simple language Thinks about reliability, not just getting a demo to work Can identify limitations before development begins Documents their work Does not overengineer solutions Is comfortable recommending a different approach if our proposed architecture can be improved To Apply Please answer the following questions in your application. 1. Tell us about an API integration you personally built. Please explain: What systems were connected? What APIs or webhooks were used? What programming language or tools did you use? What problems did you have to solve? 2. Have you worked with GoHighLevel / HighLevel's API before? If yes, briefly describe what you built. 3. Have you worked with Google Analytics 4 APIs or Google APIs? Please describe your experience. 4. Imagine one of our systems does not provide a webhook and only allows us to retrieve data through an API. How would you keep our dashboard reasonably up to date? 5. Have you built a dashboard combining data from multiple systems? If possible, send a screenshot, portfolio link, GitHub link, Loom video, or brief explanation. 6. Which would you recommend for this project and why: Looker Studio Custom dashboard Make / n8n Combination of these Something else 7. What programming languages are you strongest in? 8. What is your expected hourly or project rate? Application Requirement At the very top of your application, write: “API CONNECTED” Applications that do not include this phrase may not be reviewed. We care more about your ability to solve integration problems and build reliable systems than formal education or certifications.

Full Stack Direct Response Marketer

Confidential employer

About Us We run a high-ticket Done-For-You Airbnb Arbitrage Program that helps entrepreneurs launch and scale profitable Airbnb businesses without the trial and error. We're growing fast and need someone sharp, creative, and hungry to join our team full-time. The Role We're looking for a full stack direct response marketer who will own the execution of our entire marketing engine — paid ads, creative production, copywriting, and funnels. This isn't a "post on social media" VA job. You'll be inside Meta Ads Manager and our funnel builder every single day, producing 15–20 new ad creatives a week, writing the copy that goes with them, and building the pages that convert the traffic. I own the strategy — the angles, the offers, the budgets, and the decision on what runs. You own everything it takes to bring that to life and keep it running clean. You build it, you flag what you're seeing, I make the call. This is a long-term seat. The person who does this well ends up running channels of their own and managing people under them. Responsibilities: Produce 15–20 ad creatives per week from our templates — hook swaps, banner changes, resizing for placements. Write ad copy from our angles — primary text, headlines, and hook variations that we test against each other. Write and refine landing page, email , and SMS copy in our funnels. Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager to our naming convention, staged and ready for approval. Build landing pages and funnels (ClickFunnels, Typeform, OnceHub) from wireframes and Looms. Own funnel tech — forms, redirects, mobile layout, pixel and CAPI tracking. When it breaks, you fix it. QA every live funnel weekly, end to end, on mobile and desktop. Keep the creative library organized and maintain a swipe file of competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library. Proactively flag what's working and what's dying — treat the ad account like it's your own money. Requirements: 2+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager. You've built and launched campaigns yourself, not just pulled reports on someone else's. Real copywriting ability. You can write a hook that stops the scroll and a landing page that doesn't read like a template. Direct response, not brand fluff. Strong knowledge of a funnel builder — ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar. Comfortable editing video and static ads from templates (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent). Understand pixel and CAPI well enough to notice when tracking silently breaks. Extremely self-sufficient with a "figure it out" attitude. I don't have time to unblock you daily. Obsessive attention to detail — broken links and typos in live ads are unacceptable. Strong written English (you'll write copy that runs in front of paying customers). Experience in online coaching, agency, or high-ticket consulting businesses is a big plus. Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, 10 AM – 6 PM ET (10 PM – 6 AM Manila). This is a night shift — please only apply if that works for you long-term. Compensation: $3,000/month to start. Performance bonus up to $1,000/month to be discussed after 90 days in the role. Long-term role with real growth as we scale. How to Apply: Fill out this link → ---------- /to/Vz8DIVd5

Clinical Support RN | Remote | Full-Time | US EST Hours

Confidential employer

Clinical Operations Manager – Registered Nurse Home Health Experience Required Full-Time Remote Position | Philippines-Based | U.S. Eastern Time Hours Zeabe is a growing non-medical home care agency based in Delaware, USA. We provide dependable in-home care services and are building the clinical and operational systems needed to support continued growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and excellent client care. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with genuine Home Health/Home Care clinical operations experience to join us as our Clinical Operations Manager. Please Read Before Applying This is not a Virtual Assistant, Healthcare VA, Medical VA, Medical Receptionist, or general administrative position. To be considered for this role, you must: Be a licensed Registered Nurse. Have worked professionally as an RN. Have direct experience in a Home Health, Home Care, Private Duty, or comparable in-home care environment. Have meaningful experience managing, coordinating, supervising, or overseeing clinical operations. Have been responsible for ensuring other people complete required clinical work, documentation, visits, or deadlines. If your experience is primarily administrative or Virtual Assistant work, even within healthcare, this position is unlikely to be the right fit. Likewise, holding an RN license alone is not enough. We are specifically looking for someone who has used their nursing background within Home Health/Home Care and understands the operational side of delivering care in the home. About the Role The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of Zeabe's clinical services. The role ensures clients move smoothly from referral through admission, ongoing supervision, recertification, required clinical visits, documentation, and ongoing service delivery while maintaining accurate records, timely follow-up, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and serve as the operational leader behind the clinical function. While the Clinical Director owns overall clinical standards, quality, and clinical leadership, the Clinical Operations Manager owns much of the coordination, execution, monitoring, accountability, and follow-through required to make sure clinical work actually gets completed correctly and on time. You will work across: Clinical Support Team Staffing Coordinator PRN Registered Nurses Client admissions Recertifications Supervisory visits Clinical documentation Clinical scheduling and assignments Compliance-related follow-up Operational tracking and reporting This is primarily a Clinical Operations Management position, not a bedside nursing role. However, your RN background is essential because you must understand the clinical work you are coordinating, recognize when something does not look right, communicate effectively with nurses, identify potential clinical risks, and understand what needs to be escalated. Primary Objective Build and operate a reliable clinical operating system that consistently delivers timely, compliant, accurate, and well-coordinated care. What You Will Be Responsible For Coordinate clinical operations from referral and admission through ongoing supervision and service delivery. Ensure admissions, recertifications, supervisory visits, documentation, and follow-up activities are completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant clinical records across required systems. Lead the Clinical Support Team and Staffing Coordinator to deliver consistent operational outcomes. Coordinate PRN Registered Nurse assignments and monitor completion of required clinical activities. Identify operational risks, resolve process gaps, and appropriately escalate clinical concerns. Maintain clear visibility over outstanding clinical work so we know what needs to be completed, who owns it, when it is due, and what requires escalation. The Experience We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has actually worked inside Home Health or Home Care clinical operations. Your experience may include areas such as: Home Health or Home Care clinical operations Managing or coordinating field nurses Admissions or Start of Care processes Recertifications Supervisory or reassessment visits Plans of Care Clinical documentation review Chart audits Clinical compliance Quality assurance Tracking required clinical visits Managing overdue documentation Coordinating nurses and clinical support staff Correcting incomplete clinical records Following up on missed clinical requirements Clinical scheduling Home Health EMR/EHR systems Medicaid, Medicare, VA, Private Duty, or other regulated home-based care environments You do not need to have performed every item on this list. What matters is that you have genuine clinical operations experience, rather than simply providing administrative support to people who managed clinical operations. What This Role Really Requires This position requires much more than maintaining a task list. You will be expected to know: What needs to be completed. Who is responsible for completing it. What is currently outstanding. What is overdue. What does not appear accurate. What needs follow-up. What needs escalation. What recurring problems need a better system. If a required nursing visit has not happened, we expect you to notice. If documentation is incomplete, we expect you to identify it. If someone tells you something is being handled but it remains unresolved, we expect you to follow it through. If the same problem keeps occurring, we expect you to help determine why and improve the underlying process. Leadership and Accountability We are not looking for someone who simply waits to receive assignments. The successful person will be comfortable: Taking ownership of operational outcomes. Directing and coordinating other team members. Checking whether work has actually been completed. Following up when deadlines are missed. Addressing incomplete or inaccurate clinical documentation. Asking questions when information does not appear correct. Holding nurses and support team members accountable for agreed requirements. Maintaining urgency around important clinical work. Escalating concerns rather than allowing them to remain unresolved. Following an issue through until it is fully closed. Improving processes when the same problem repeatedly occurs. You should be comfortable having a conversation such as: "This was due yesterday and has not been completed. What is preventing completion, and when will it be finished?" You can be professional and respectful while still being clear and firm about expectations. This Role Is Likely a Good Fit for You If... You are an RN who has genuinely worked in Home Health/Home Care. You understand clinical operations beyond simply providing nursing care. You have coordinated, supervised, or managed nurses or clinical support staff. You naturally take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next. You notice when a required visit, signature, document, date, or clinical item is missing. You do not assume something has been completed just because someone says they are working on it. You continue following up until an issue is completely resolved. You are comfortable checking other people's work. You address missed deadlines rather than avoiding uncomfortable conversations. You work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy. You enjoy bringing structure and order to complicated clinical workflows. You prefer clear standards, documented processes, and measurable outcomes. You can quickly explain the current status of important outstanding items. You question information when it appears incomplete or inconsistent. You enjoy improving systems so the same operational problems do not continue happening. This Role Is Probably Not for You If... Your healthcare experience is primarily as a Virtual Assistant or Healthcare VA. You have never worked professionally as a Registered Nurse. You hold an RN license but have never used it professionally in Home Health/Home Care. Your nursing background is exclusively bedside hospital nursing with no meaningful Home Health/Home Care operational experience. You have supported a Clinical Manager but have never personally been accountable for clinical operational outcomes. You prefer receiving clearly defined individual tasks rather than owning a process. You avoid following up with people when deadlines are missed. You are uncomfortable checking another nurse's documentation or work. You tend to accept that something is being handled without verifying completion. You regularly need your manager to tell you what to do next. You dislike detailed documentation, compliance requirements, or structured processes. You prioritize avoiding uncomfortable conversations over addressing an important missed requirement. You tend to start many things but struggle to consistently close them. Required Qualifications You must have: An active Registered Nurse license. Professional experience working as an RN. Direct Home Health, Home Care, Private Duty, or comparable in-home care experience. Clinical operations experience. Experience coordinating, supervising, or managing nurses and/or clinical support personnel. Experience managing documentation, clinical visits, deadlines, follow-up, or compliance requirements. Strong written and spoken English. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Confidence following up on late, incomplete, or inaccurate work. The ability to distinguish routine operational issues from matters requiring clinical escalation. Experience using healthcare technology, EHR/EMR software, Home Health software, or comparable clinical systems. Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and cloud-based business applications. The ability to work independently and take ownership. Availability to work the required U.S. Eastern Time schedul

Facebook & Instagram Sales VA — Phone Buyback Leads

Confidential employer

local phone-buying business in California. People message our Facebook and Instagram wanting to sell their iPhones. I need someone to own that inbox. This is NOT cold calling. Everyone messages us first. Responsibilities: Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages fast Identify the phone model and storage Ask the seller's price and negotiate within our rules Ask basic condition questions Get their area and availability, book it on our calendar Follow up with older leads Send me clean deal summaries Escalate anything unusual instead of guessing You are a good fit if: You've negotiated with real customers before Your written English sounds casual and natural, not corporate You're organized and keep notes without reminders You'd rather ask than guess You can work 8 hours a day overlapping US Pacific Time You need to be comfortable negotiating. I'll give you a pricing sheet and clear limits, but I don't want someone pasting scripts all day. Messages should sound like a normal local buyer. Not "Thank you for reaching out, may I kindly ask." More like "Got u, how much were u looking to get for it?" Base pay plus performance bonuses. We'll go over the details once we talk. To apply, please answer these questions: Put the word FRESNO at the top of your application so I know you read this. Where have you negotiated prices with customers before? Which 5 days and what 8-hour window in Pacific Time can you commit to? Send a short voice recording introducing yourself and your sales experience. A customer messages "iPhone 15 how much u pay?" — what exactly do you reply? A seller says "just give me your best offer" — what do you say? A customer gets rude about your price. What do you do?

Video Editor (Full-Time) – Direct Response & AI Creative for DTC Supplement Brand

Confidential employer

We're a fast-growing direct-response supplement brand (European market) looking for a video editor who doesn't just cut clean footage but understands performance creative – ads that sell, not just ads that look nice. Our focus is paid social (primarily Meta). We produce new ad variations constantly, test aggressively, and need someone who brings speed, quality, and a real instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention. What you'll be doing Editing direct-response video ads (UGC, VSLs, statement ads, listicle formats) for Meta Taking ad concepts from hook to CTA independently Heavily leveraging AI tools for creation and iteration (image/video generation, voice, upscaling, B-roll replacement, etc.) Producing variations fast for split-testing (hooks, angles, thumbnails) Working closely with our media-buying and creative team What you should bring Proven experience editing DTC / direct-response ads (not a wedding/corporate-video profile) A strong AI creation skill set – you use AI as a real production lever, not a gimmick, and you know the current tools inside out Understanding of performance logic: hook in the first 3 seconds, retention, pattern interrupts, pacing Speed without losing quality – we test a lot and need consistent output Confident with the standard editing tools (Premiere / CapCut / After Effects, etc.) Reliable and self-directed (remote, full-time) Good English for collaboration Your application – please include all of the following: Portfolio / showreel with concrete examples of your work AI creations you've produced yourself (show us what you can do with AI tools) DTC / direct-response ad concepts you've edited Which brands you've worked for Applications without a portfolio and these details can't be considered. Senior Direct-Response Video Editor — DTC Health Brand (DACH) | A-Players Only

Confidential employer

We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand in the DACH market (Germany & Austria). We sell joint-health and mobility products to a 50+ audience and run heavy paid social — Meta, primarily — with German-language VSLs, advertorial-style ads, UGC, and static creative. Our standards are high and our pace is fast. We're looking for one video editor to become our go-to creative partner. Not a freelancer who churns out cuts. Someone who reads the script, gets the strategy, and thinks — then delivers ads that convert. What you'll be doing Editing direct-response video ads in German for Meta (VSLs, advertorials, UGC mashups, talking-heads, problem-agitate-solve formats) Reading scripts carefully and choosing the right visual for every line — pacing, B-roll, pattern interrupts, text overlays, all of it serving the message Producing AI-generated assets where useful: animations, B-roll, talking-head avatars, voice cloning, motion graphics Iterating fast on winners — variations, hook tests, new angles Working closely with me (founder) and our copywriters/media buyer You're a fit if you have A real portfolio of DR video work for DTC brands — ideally health, supplements, or 50+ demographics — that has actually run on Meta and performed The ability to take a written script and translate it into video that feels effortless to watch: every cut, every visual, every beat earning its place Strong taste in pacing — you know when to slow down for the proof and when to keep things moving A deep working knowledge of AI video/image tools (Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Hedra, Midjourney, etc.) — not just dabbling. You can spin up a custom B-roll shot, a talking-head avatar, or a stylised animation when the script calls for it The instinct to keep things simple and clear — our audience is 50+, German-speaking, often dealing with real pain. No flashy, overproduced, MTV-edit nonsense. Editorial, credible, easy to follow German language ability is a strong plus (you'll be cutting German VO and on-screen text — you don't need to write it, but you need to feel the rhythm of it) Reliability, fast turnaround, and proactive communication You're not a fit if you Need handholding on every shot Have only done short-form influencer/lifestyle content with no DR experience Treat AI tools as a gimmick instead of a real part of the workflow Can't show me actual ads that have spent real money What we offer Long-term / Full time work opportunity — paid well for the right person A growing brand with real ad spend, fast feedback loops, and clear creative direction Direct line to the founder. No agency layers. No bureaucracy. To apply, send me: Your portfolio — specifically, 3–5 DR ads you've cut for DTC brands. Tell me which brand, what the goal was, and (if you can) how it performed. Brand track record — which brands have you worked with, in what capacity, for how long? Your AI stack — which tools you actually use, and one short example of an AI asset you've built into an ad Your rates —per hour or monthly retainer One sentence on why you'd be good at this specifically Generic applications get ignored. Make it specific. I look forward to your application! Best, Tom

World-class DTC Video Editor (ONLY A-PLAYERS)

Confidential employer

We're looking for an exceptional video editor who doesn't just cut footage—you understand the psychology of direct-to-consumer marketing and what makes customers click "Buy Now." This isn't a position for generalists. We need someone who lives and breathes ecommerce video, understands the nuances of VSLs (Video Sales Letters), testimonials, and ad creatives that convert cold traffic into paying customers. What Makes You Perfect for This Role: You have a proven track record editing high-converting video content for DTC brands, particularly in health supplements or similar direct response niches. You understand that every frame, transition, and text overlay serves a strategic purpose—building trust, creating urgency, and driving action. You know the difference between content that looks pretty and content that sells. You've studied winning ad creatives, you understand hooks that stop the scroll, and you can craft testimonial sequences that feel authentic while hitting every psychological trigger. You're experienced with the full spectrum of DTC video content: Facebook /Instagram ads, YouTube pre-rolls, VSLs, advertorials, UGC-style content, and product demos. You understand pacing, music selection, subtitle styling, and the specific editing techniques that work for different platforms and audiences. Your Experience Includes: 3+ years editing for DTC ecommerce brands (health/wellness/supplements is a major plus) Deep portfolio of video ads that have generated significant revenue Expertise in creating video content for audiences 50+ (understanding their viewing preferences and pain points) Mastery of direct response video techniques: pattern interrupts, benefit stacking, social proof integration, scarcity/urgency elements Understanding of the customer journey and how video fits into different funnel stages Experience collaborating with copywriters and marketers to bring scripts to life Technical Requirements: Strong skills in After Effects for motion graphics and text animations Ability to color grade, audio mix, and deliver broadcast-quality final products Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality Experience with both short-form (15-60 second ads) and long-form (3-15 minute VSLs) content What We're Looking For: Someone who asks "Will this increase conversions?" not just "Does this look good?" A student of direct response marketing who constantly analyzes what's working in the market Excellent communication skills and ability to implement feedback quickly Reliability and consistency—we need someone who delivers on time, every time Proactive mindset: you spot opportunities to improve content and suggest creative solutions Compensation & Details: Salary: $700 - $1,000/month (negotiable based on experience and results) Type: Full-time, remote This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential as we scale To Apply: Send your portfolio showcasing your best DTC video work—specifically videos that drove measurable results. Include any data on performance (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) if available. Tell us about the most successful video campaign you've edited and why it worked. Note: Only apply if you're genuinely at the top of your game in DTC video editing. We're building a world-class marketing team and only want A-players who are obsessed with creating content that converts.
