Facebook & Instagram Sales VA — Phone Buyback Leads

local phone-buying business in California. People message our Facebook and Instagram wanting to sell their iPhones. I need someone to own that inbox.

This is NOT cold calling. Everyone messages us first.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages fast
• Identify the phone model and storage
• Ask the seller's price and negotiate within our rules
• Ask basic condition questions
• Get their area and availability, book it on our calendar
• Follow up with older leads
• Send me clean deal summaries
• Escalate anything unusual instead of guessing

You are a good fit if:

• You've negotiated with real customers before
• Your written English sounds casual and natural, not corporate
• You're organized and keep notes without reminders
• You'd rather ask than guess
• You can work 8 hours a day overlapping US Pacific Time

You need to be comfortable negotiating. I'll give you a pricing sheet and clear limits, but I don't want someone pasting scripts all day.

Messages should sound like a normal local buyer. Not "Thank you for reaching out, may I kindly ask." More like "Got u, how much were u looking to get for it?"

Base pay plus performance bonuses. We'll go over the details once we talk.
