We are looking for an experienced API / Integration Developer in the Philippines to help us connect several of our business systems and create a centralized live reporting dashboard.

This is primarily an API, webhook, automation, and data integration project - not a website-design position.

Primary Goal

We want to create a reliable data flow between systems such as:

Google Analytics / GA4 > GoHighLevel (GHL) > Omega EDI > Live Dashboard

The goal is to give our team one place where we can quickly see important business and marketing information without manually pulling reports from multiple platforms.

What You'll Help Build

Depending on what each platform supports, you may:

• Connect systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or other integration methods
• Pull data from Google Analytics / GA4
• Integrate with GoHighLevel's API and webhooks
• Determine the best method of retrieving or syncing data from Omega EDI
• Normalize and combine data from multiple sources
• Create automated data workflows
• Build or connect a live management dashboard
• Set up scheduled synchronization where real-time syncing isn't possible
• Handle API authentication, tokens, errors, retries, and logging
• Document the integration so another developer can maintain it
• Recommend the simplest and most cost-effective architecture

The dashboard may include information such as:

• Leads
• Lead sources
• Calls
• Appointments
• Quotes
• Jobs
• Sales/revenue
• Marketing performance
• Conversion rates
• Customer status
• Other operational KPIs

We are open to using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Cloud, databases, Make, Zapier, n8n, or a custom dashboard depending on what makes the most sense.

Important

We are not looking for someone who simply knows Zapier.

Low-code tools are welcome when appropriate, but you should understand how APIs actually work and be able to troubleshoot integrations when a prebuilt connector does not exist.

Ideal Experience

You do not need experience with every platform listed below, but you should be strong in API integrations.

Experience working with U.S. businesses, CRMs, call tracking, lead generation, or automotive businesses is a plus.

About Omega EDI

Omega is one of the primary systems we use for our auto glass operations.

You do not necessarily need prior Omega experience.

Part of this project may involve determining what integration options Omega provides — such as an API, webhook, database connection, reports, exports, or another method — and recommending the best approach.

• Is comfortable recommending a different approach if our proposed architecture can be improved
