E-Commerce Product Research & Listing Specialist (Updated)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Product Research & Listing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online research, analyzing products, working with e-commerce platforms, and learning new systems.

You will help our team identify promising products, research competitors and suppliers, evaluate pricing and profitability, and create accurate product listings. Our main workflow includes Product Research → Market Validation → Supplier Research → Product Listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential products using platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Google Shopping, and other online marketplaces
• Evaluate product demand, competition, pricing, customer reviews, and profit potential
• Research and compare suppliers
• Collect and organize product specifications, pricing, images, and other important information
• Create and update product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and product attributes
• Use AI tools to assist with product research and listing creation
• Follow our internal research and listing procedures
• Review your work carefully for accuracy before submission

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English
• Strong internet research skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, websites, and online tools
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Willingness to learn and receive training
• E-commerce, Amazon, Shopify, drop-shipping, product research, or listing experience is a plus, but not required

We provide training on our product research and listing process, so we are open to candidates who may not have extensive e-commerce experience but are responsible, analytical, organized, and eager to learn.
