Senior Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager (Behavioral Health / ABA)

Buzz ABA is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Senior Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end billing and payment process. This is a hands-on role for an A+ operator who can not only work claims but also build the systems, processes, and accountability needed for a high-performing billing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full revenue cycle from claim creation and submission through final payment
• Ensure claims are submitted accurately, timely, and in accordance with payer requirements
• Proactively manage A/R, unpaid claims, underpayments, denials, rejections, and aging
• Conduct detailed claim status checks with insurance companies and drive claims through resolution
• Prepare and manage appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims, and payer escalations
• Identify root causes of recurring billing issues and implement permanent solutions
• Reconcile expected reimbursement against actual payments and identify underpayments
• Build and continuously improve billing SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, dashboards, and internal controls
• Significant experience in a senior billing, revenue cycle, or A/R role within behavioral health
• ABA billing experience strongly preferred
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and accountable
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable independently identifying problems, determining the next action, and driving issues through resolution

The right person should be able to look at our billing operation, identify where revenue is getting stuck, build a better system, and relentlessly follow claims until Buzz ABA receives the reimbursement it is entitled to.
