Social Media Management Lead

Confidential employer

Social Media Lead, TikTok & Instagram | UK Fragrance You will be filming yourself this week, on your phone. If that sentence puts you off, stop reading. Do not apply if you are: a virtual assistant, an agency pitching a retainer, a project manager, a "digital marketing generalist", someone who schedules and reports on content other people make, or someone who has never been on camera. This role is built for one person who shoots, cuts, posts, and answers for the numbers. The role: 1. You own our organic social presence end to end. Strategy, production, publishing, community, creators, commerce. You d ---------- what we make. You make most of it yourself. You read the data and you double down on what works. 2. You report to the founder. Real creative autonomy from day one. No committee, no approval queue, no brand deck to defend. What you'll actually do: -Own the content engine. 2 to 3 TikToks a day. Daily Instagram Reels. 3 to 5 Stories a day. 3 to 4 feed posts a week. Roughly 50 assets a week, most of them shot and cut by you. If that number frightens you, this is not your role. -Execute the pillars. Behind the scenes lab and formulation content. On camera performance and wear tests, your face and our fragrances. Dupe culture formats: side by side comparisons, blind tests, seasonal edits. Community content built from what people actually ask us. -Out-execute the competition. Track every major UK dupe brand daily. Find the gap they are ignoring. Beat them on performance led content, not louder branding. -Run TikTok Shop and affiliates. Keep listings and bundles fresh. Grow the affiliate creator base. Run flash offers around key UK dates. You are accountable for click through to shop and attributed sales. Vanity reach counts for nothing here. -Lead creator seeding. Identify and manage UK micro fragrance creators, 5k to 50k. Run gifting campaigns, write the briefs, keep every post ASA compliant, and convert the strongest relationships into ongoing partnerships. -Run the community. Comments, DMs, comment reply videos, broadcast channel drops. Every question is a content idea. -Report and iterate weekly. Views, follows, click through to shop, attributed sales. Kill what fails without ego. Scale what wins. -Hand the winning organic creative to paid for Spark Ads and Meta. What you must have: 2+ years running brand social accounts with results you can prove. Accounts you grew. Videos that hit. Numbers you moved. We will ask for them in your first reply and again in the interview. You shoot and edit. CapCut or equivalent, fluently. You understand hooks, pacing, and why the first 1.5 seconds d ---------- everything. You go on camera. Non-negotiable. Wear tests and performance content need a face, and it is yours. Creative strategy. You can build a pillar system from scratch, write a hook that stops a scroll, and explain in one sentence why a video worked or flopped. TikTok Shop and the affiliate ecosystem. Hands on, or demonstrably fast to master it. Creator management. Outreach, briefs, gifting logistics, UK ad disclosure rules. Self-direction. Small team, fast pace, nobody checking your calendar. Strong advantage: fragrance, beauty, or skincare experience. To apply, send: 1. Your CV. 2. Your portfolio. Live links to the accounts you have run and the videos you have made. No Canva edit links, no locked folders, nothing we have to request access to. 3. Proof. TikTok Shop dashboards, creator campaign results, analytics screenshots, content calendars you built. We move fast. Strong candidates hear back within 48 hours.

Buffalo-area candidates may also have opportunities for occasional in-person meetings, strategy sessions, or team gatherings. Top-of-Market Pay: We pay above market because we hire the best and want to keep them. Ongoing, you will be measured on: Hiring Success: Consistently identify, attract, and hire exceptional candidates who are aligned with both the role and our culture. Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging experience that reflects positively on Childcare Marketing from first contact through onboarding. Reviewing applications and identifying candidates who have the skills, experience, and mindset needed to succeed in the role. Conducting structured screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, motivation, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a professional and positive experience from first contact through the offer stage. Coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and keeping hiring processes moving efficiently. Building and maintaining talent pipelines so we are prepared for future hiring needs—not just reacting to open positions. Maintaining accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and hiring updates within our ATS. Reviewing recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency. Supporting employer branding initiatives that strengthen Childcare Marketing's reputation as a place where talented people want to work. Ownership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for recruitment outcomes and proactively solves challenges throughout the hiring process. Relationship Building: Builds trust with candidates and hiring managers through responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine engagement. This Role Is Not for You If You only prefer posting jobs and waiting for candidates instead of actively sourcing and building relationships. You see recruiting as simply filling vacancies rather than finding the right person for the right opportunity. You are uncomfortable conducting interviews or making recommendations based on candidate quality. You need constant reminders to follow up, document next steps, or keep hiring processes moving. You avoid difficult conversations with candidates or hiring managers. You are not comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You focus on the number of applicants rather than the quality of candidates presented. You prefer administrative tasks over building relationships and influencing hiring outcomes. Skills and Experience Required 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance. Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to proactively identify and attract qualified talent. Experience conducting structured interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience recruiting for remote-first teams or distributed organizations. Experience supporting multiple departments, hiring managers, or client accounts simultaneously. Experience recruiting within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, technology company, SaaS business, or other fast-paced professional services environment. Experience hiring for marketing, creative, sales, customer success, operations, or other client-facing roles. Experience building proactive talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applicants. Experience tracking recruitment metrics such as source effectiveness, time-to-fill, candidate quality, interview conversion rates, and hiring outcomes. Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting processes, strengthen candidate experience, and introduce more efficient ways of attracting top talent. Experience working in an agency environment where speed, adaptability, communication, and delivering results are critical. Work Environment This is a full-time, remote-first position. YouTube Growth & SEO Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

Confidential employer

Compensation: Starting at $500/month (USD) — 10-15 hrs/week, with room to grow based on performance Type: Long-term contract, part-time to start About the Role: We're a husband-and-wife team of purpose-driven, spiritual teachers and mentors, each running our own individual YouTube channel. We're looking for someone who genuinely knows YouTube — SEO, analytics, and what makes content get discovered — to help grow both channels through real, organic reach. To be clear: we are not interested in bought subscribers, views, engagement pods, or any artificial growth tactics. If it's not real, it's not useful to us. We want a specialist who can grow our channels the right way, through strong SEO, smart content strategy, and genuine audience discovery. This is a strategy and optimization role, not an editing role — you won't be cutting video yourself, but you will be shaping what gets made and why. What You'll Do: Conduct keyword and SEO research for both channels, and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail concepts for discoverability Go back through our existing video libraries and re-optimize older videos (titles, descriptions, tags) to improve search and suggested-video performance Monitor YouTube Studio analytics for both channels (views, watch time, click-through rate, audience retention, subscriber growth) and turn the data into clear, actionable recommendations Research trends, competitors, and high-performing formats in our niche, and suggest video and Shorts/Reels topics, hooks, and formats based on what's working Advise on thumbnail concepts and titles that drive clicks without becoming clickbait Stay current on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices, and flag anything that should change our approach Provide a simple recurring report (e.g., monthly) on growth, what's working, and what you'd try next What We're Looking For: Proven experience growing a YouTube channel organically — please share real, verifiable results (e.g., "grew channel from X to Y subscribers/views over Z months") and be prepared to explain your methods Comfortable in YouTube Studio analytics and SEO tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar Understanding of both long-form SEO and Shorts/Reels discovery mechanics Strong analytical thinking — you can look at data and know what to do next, not just report numbers Organized and self-directed enough to manage strategy across two separate channels A firm no to bought subscribers, views, engagement pods, or any other artificial growth tactic — this is non-negotiable for us Nice to Have Experience in the wellness, spirituality, personal growth, or coaching space Strong copywriting instincts for titles and descriptions Comfortable briefing a designer or editor on thumbnail/video concepts To Apply: Send a short note telling us: Real examples of YouTube channels you've grown organically, with numbers if possible A brief description of how you approach YouTube SEO and growth strategy Your availability (hours/week) Applications without specific, verifiable examples of past organic growth will not be considered.

Marketing AI Engineer (Go-to-market Engineer)

Confidential employer

MARKETING AI ENGINEER Official title: GTM Engineer (Go-to-Market Engineer) Swerv Digital, Full-time, Remote (Philippines), Long-term We are looking for someone who understands marketing AND builds with AI. Not a designer who uses AI tools. Not an engineer who has never seen a Meta Ads account. Someone who sits in the middle: knows why an ad works, and can build the system that produces a hundred of them. The official title for this role is GTM Engineer, short for Go-to-Market Engineer. We describe it as Marketing AI Engineer because that is plainly what it is: marketing understanding plus AI engineering, in one person. It is a build role. You will be constructing the machinery that takes our marketing to market, as Viktor and Frederik's right hand on systems development. Please read the whole post before applying. We ask for something specific at the bottom, and applications that skip it are not considered. ===================================== THE BASICS ===================================== TYPE: Full-time, long-term. We are not hiring for a project. LOCATION: Remote. You work from the Philippines. SCHEDULE: Fully flexible. You d ---------- when you work. SALARY: 1,000 USD per month to start, paid monthly. GROWTH: Yearly salary re-evaluation plus yearly performance bonuses. TOOLS: We pay for everything you need, including AI subscriptions, compute and software. APPLY TO: ---------- TIMELINE: We are hiring within 1 to 2 weeks. ===================================== READ THIS PART FIRST ===================================== We hired for a creative role earlier this year. Great person, real talent. It did not work, and the reason is worth being honest about, because it defines this role. The job involved a lot of prompting, a lot of systems thinking, and a lot of working THROUGH AI rather than with your hands. For someone whose satisfaction comes from craft, from making the thing themselves, that is draining. Not wrong, just a mismatch. We learned something about ourselves: we are not a creative studio that uses AI. We are an AI-operations company that produces marketing. So this posting is not a re-run of that one. We are not looking for a creative who tolerates AI. We are looking for someone whose actual joy is in the system: building agents, wiring up pipelines, designing the prompt architecture, pushing volume through it, and watching output quality climb because you improved the machine. If reading that made you lean in, this might be one of the most interesting jobs on this site. If it made you deflate slightly, save yourself the application, and we mean that kindly. ===================================== HOW WE WORK: YOUR SCHEDULE, ZERO MICROMANAGEMENT ===================================== You d ---------- when you work. Fully flexible. We do not micromanage. Ever. There is no time tracker, no screenshot software, no check-in ritual to prove you were at your desk. We are a small, fast-moving team and that model only functions on trust in both directions. What we care about is output, ---------- ntum and communication. Ship things. Tell us what you are working on. Flag problems early. Be reachable when it matters. Beyond that, structure your days however you actually work best, early mornings, late nights, whatever produces your best work. This is a real advantage and also a real filter. Some people thrive with that much freedom and produce more than they ever did under supervision. Others need external structure to stay in motion, and quietly drift without it. If you are honest with yourself and you are the second type, this will not be a good year for either of us. You should be the kind of person who gets EXCITED reading that paragraph, not nervous. ===================================== ABOUT SWERV DIGITAL ===================================== Swerv Digital is a performance marketing and e-commerce agency based in Aarhus, Denmark. Small, tight-knit team, Viktor, Frederik and RJ, and we are hiring for the long haul. RJ, one of our core tea ---------- mbers, is Filipino. Our team already works across time zones and cultures every day, and it works well. We are direct, open and collaborative. You will not be treated as an outsourced pair of hands. You will be a member of the team with real ownership and a real voice in what we build. We work with ambitious e-commerce and service businesses across the Nordics and Europe, operating as an outsourced CMO and e-commerce manager rather than a traditional agency. We are paid on performance. Our income is tied to what we actually move for clients. That is why efficiency is not a nice-to-have here. It is the business model. WE ARE EXTREMELY HEAVY ON AI We are in the top 1% of companies globally in how deeply AI is embedded in daily operations. Concretely, what already exists: An internal data and operations platform that our AI systems query directly 15+ live tool integrations: Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Notion, Slack, Ahrefs, Figma, Calendly, Drive and more, all callable by agents A structured knowledge system where brand, tone and compliance rules are encoded so AI produces on-brand, legally sound output at volume Automated performance loops: weekly pipelines that pull ad data, apply decision rules, produce kill/scale/hold recommendations, log winners, and generate the next round of creative concepts Internal tools we built ourselves, including a creative intelligence system that scrapes, transcribes and analyses competitor ads to extract what is actually working Agent chains, where one system's output becomes the next one's input, end to end, with a human reviewing rather than executing You will inherit this and be expected to make it substantially better. There is a lot of low-hanging fruit and a lot of things we know are held together with tape. You will also get access to tooling and resources most people simply cannot get on their own. That is part of the deal, and part of why we care more about your potential than your CV. ===================================== THE ROLE ===================================== You will be Viktor and Frederik's right hand on building systems. That means building and improving agents, pipelines and tooling across the whole marketing stack: creative production at volume, ad copy generation with compliance built in, performance analysis and reporting, research and competitor intelligence, client communication drafts, internal documentation, and anything else currently costing us human hours that a well-built system could absorb. It also means bringing ideas. We want someone who tests new approaches, reports back on what worked, argues for a better way, and pushes the company's limits rather than waiting to be pointed at something. You will be in the room where we d ---------- what to build next, and expected to have opinions there. You need to be close to the actual marketing too. You should understand what a good Meta ad is, why a hook works, what creative fatigue looks like in the data, and how a funnel behaves, because you cannot build a system that produces good marketing if you cannot recognise good marketing. Concrete examples of what you might do in your first months: Improve our creative production pipeline so a week of ad assets goes from a half-day of work to an hour Build an agent that monitors ad performance across all accounts and surfaces problems before we notice them Design an evaluation layer so we can actually measure whether a change to a prompt system made output better or worse Extend our internal platform so data, creative history and performance results live in one queryable place instead of three Automate the parts of reporting that are currently manual Build the internal interface that makes all of this usable by non-technical colleagues ===================================== KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ===================================== BUILD AND IMPROVE INTERNAL AI SYSTEMS Design, build, deploy and maintain the agents, pipelines and tools that run our operations. Own them end to end, including the unglamorous parts: error handling, monitoring, versioning, and making sure things still work in three months. PROMPT AND CONTEXT ARCHITECTURE Design the structured instruction systems that make AI output reliably good rather than occasionally good. Encoding brand voice, compliance rules, product data and decision logic so output stays consistent over time. This is a real engineering discipline and we treat it as one. EVALUATION AND QUALITY Build the measurement layer. If we cannot tell whether a change improved output, we are just guessing. Set up evals, comparisons, regression checks and quality gates. INTEGRATIONS AND DATA PLUMBING Connect our stack. APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, databases, automation platforms. Get data out of Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads and Notion and into places where it is useful. Make it reliable. MARKETING SYSTEMS AT VOLUME Build the machinery for high-volume creative and copy production, with brand and compliance constraints intact. Volume without quality control is worthless. Quality without volume does not scale. You own both sides. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS TOOLING Turn ad and e-commerce data into automated analysis: performance loops, anomaly detection, cross-account learning, reporting. Help us see patterns no individual account manager would spot. INTERNAL TOOLING AND INTERFACES Build things the rest of the team can actually use. A brilliant system nobody but you can operate is a liability. TEST AND PUSH THE LIMITS Actively try new models, tools and approaches. Form a view on what is worth adopting and what is noise. Bring proposals to Viktor and Frederik rather than waiting for direction. We change how we work whenever something better appears, and we want you driving that. ===================================== REQUIREMENTS ===================================== YOU GENUINELY LOVE WORKING WITH AI This is the
