Compensation
$2.00 USD per hour
Performance bonuses available

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialing system
Follow a provided script
Schedule FREE roof inspections for our sales team
Update customer information accurately in our CRM
Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Meet daily appointment goals

Requirements
Excellent English speaking skills
Clear speaking voice with minimal background noise
Reliable high-speed internet
Computer with headset
Quiet work environment
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently while following directions

Preferred (Not Required):

Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
Sales or customer service experience
Roofing or insurance experience
Training
