Full-Time Content Writer for US Marketing Agency

We're a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a full-time content writer to join our team long-term.

Every month, you'll write batches of content (hundreds of pieces) for a roster of our clients, small businesses across industries like contractors, healthcare, legal, and home services. We'll give you the target keywords and content briefs, so you won't need to come up with topics yourself. Your job is to write clean, natural-sounding content based on what we give you.

We work in Slack and ClickUp, so being comfortable with tools like these is a plus.

A note on AI: We're not hiring someone to run a prompt and paste the output. If your writing sample or work reads like unedited AI, you'll be disqualified. If you can't write well without leaning on a tool, this isn't the role for you.

What we care about most: We can teach our process. We can't teach hunger. We want people who follow instructions closely, show up consistently, and actually want this job, not people mass-applying to anything they can find.

Requirements:

Full-time availability
Strong English writing skills
Real, demonstrated writing experience (not entry-level)
Able to hit a high volume of content each month without sacrificing quality
Comfortable with tools like Slack and ClickUp
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Based in the Philippines

Pay: $6 to $8/hour depending on experience, paid weekly
Hours: Full-time
