Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Decision Analyst to work with our Case Development Team on sending and analyzing correspondence from the VA and coordinating communication within the Case Development Team.

This position is perfect for someone resourceful, intelligent, and adaptable. You’ll work closely with our Decision Analyst Manager to ensure data accuracy and timely handling of correspondence to support the Case Development Team. Since the role is evolving, you’ll need to be comfortable adapting to new processes and handling a variety of tasks that can change daily.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry
• Follow detailed multi-step instructions
• Handle a large number of tasks on a daily basis
• Manage and maintain company files and documents
• Fairly predictable and routine goals
• Support ongoing research and administrative tasks
• Assist with email management and communication tracking
• Ensure coordination between sub-departments on the Case Development Team
• Availability between 6am-2pm ET USA highly preferable, but some flexibility

• Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptable to new procedures, tools, and changing priorities
• Comfortable working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Lawmatics, and similar platforms
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in a developing role
