I will provide several raw talking-head clips. You will edit one sample according to the instructions I provide. If the fit is good, we'll move to a larger batch of approximately 10 videos. If that goes well, this can become an ongoing part-time position. Compensation Please tell me: 1. Your hourly rate 2. How many hours per week you're available 3. What editing software you use 4. How many short-form videos you could reasonably complete in an hour 5. Please include 3 examples of short-form videos you've edited I'm more interested in quality, judgment, reliability, and speed than the lowest possible hourly rate. To Apply Please answer these questions: 1. What makes a talking-head video engaging without over-editing it? 2. What editing software do you use? 3. How would you approach editing a 60-second educational video? 4. How quickly could you normally return a finished short? 5. Are you comfortable using AI tools to help with captions, titles, descriptions, and content organization? 6. What hours are you normally available? Got it — pulling task #10 (call list research) and the cold-calling bonus line entirely since neither involves anything phone-related in scope, per your request. Here's the corrected version: ``` PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT — MARKETING & OUTREACH SUPPORT ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS I'm a Florida-based entrepreneur, coach, podcast host, and author running several small businesses at once — including a relationship-pattern coaching brand, a podcast production and launch service, a business consulting practice, and an esthetics/threading education business. I wear a lot of hats, and I'm looking for a dependable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to take repetitive but important tasks off my plate so I can focus on content creation, coaching, and the relationship-building calls only I can make. This is real, ongoing work — not a one-off project. If we're a good fit, I'd love this to grow into a long-term working relationship where you learn my businesses well enough that I can hand off more and more over time. THE ROLE You'll be supporting outreach, social media scheduling, data entry, and light booking coordination across multiple brands. Every task comes with clear templates, brand guidelines, and instructions — you won't be guessing what to say or how something should look. My goal is to set you up to succeed, not throw you into the deep end. This role is ideal for someone who is: Organized and doesn't let details fall through the cracks Comfortable juggling tasks across several different "brands" or business identities Able to follow instructions closely, especially around tone and language guidelines Trustworthy with sensitive topics (some of my content touches on relationship coaching and mental-health-adjacent subjects, so discretion matters) Excited about steady, ongoing part-time work with room to grow HOURS & PAY Part-time to start: 10–15 hours/week Pay: tell me your rates Schedule: Flexible day-to-day, but some tasks are daily and time-sensitive (see below) — reliability matters more than exact hours This role has real room to grow. As I build trust in your work, I'll hand off more hours and more responsibility over time WHAT YOU'LL DO This role covers nine main areas of ongoing work. None of these require creative writing, business decision-making, or phone calls from you — I provide the templates, scripts, and guidelines, and your job is to execute them consistently and well. 1. Individual Outreach Email s Copy and paste provided email templates and send them individually to each contact on a list I provide. This is not a mass blast — each email goes out one at a time, personalized with the recipient's name/business where the template calls for it. 2. Social Media Scheduling Schedule content across Facebook , Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for multiple business accounts, using the scheduling tool Postiz. For some posts, I'll give you the finished image and caption — you just schedule it. For others, you'll need to either build a simple graphic (using my Canva brand templates) or find an appropriate stock photo, then schedule the post. 3. Contact List Building & Updating Build and maintain organized contact lists — things like salons, schools, podcast guests, and business leads — from sources I point you to (directories, spreadsheets, public records data, etc). 4. Tracker & Data Entry Keep my outreach tracker, guest tracker, and mileage log updated and accurate. Update lead status as things progress: New, Contacted, Interested, or Declined. 5. Podcast Support Upload and schedule podcast episodes to Buzzsprout once I hand off the finished audio files. Episodes go live on a consistent weekly schedule — every Wednesday. You'll also post pre-written show notes and episode descriptions, always ending with my standard call-to-action footer. 6. Confirmation & Follow-Up Email s Send confirmation and reminder email s to workshop registrants or podcast guests using templates I provide. This also includes scheduled follow-up sequences (like a "day 3 reminder" email ) sent at set intervals. 7. Inbox & Calendar Support Keep an eye on my inbox and DMs across platforms — you don't need to respond to everything, but you'll flag or forward anything that needs my personal attention. You'll also help manage my calendar bookings through Calendly and send reminders to scheduled calls. 8. Research & Compiling Pull publicly available contact information (names, email s, phone numbers) from webpages I specify, and organize that data cleanly into spreadsheets. 9. Speaking & Class Booking Outreach (if comfortable with outreach) Reach out to schools, shelters, and other organizations to pitch me for speaking engagements and classes, using one-sheets and templates I provide. You'll send the initial outreach and answer basic questions — once an organization shows genuine interest, you'll loop me in directly so I can handle scheduling and fees personally. WHAT I'LL PROVIDE YOU Ready-to-use templates for every type of email , DM, and pitch Full brand assets — logos, color palettes, and Canva templates for each business Login access to the tools you'll need: Facebook , Postiz, Calendly, email , and Buzzsprout Clear, written guidance on what you can handle on your own versus what needs to come back to me TOOLS YOU'LL BE USING Postiz (social media scheduling) Canva (using pre-built brand templates) Calendly (calendar/booking management) Buzzsprout (podcast hosting/publishing) Google Sheets or Excel (trackers and data entry) IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong written English — outreach email s need to read naturally when copy/pasted, not stiff or robotic Comfortable with Canva (using provided templates), basic spreadsheets, and willing to learn Postiz and Calendly if you haven't used them before Highly detail-oriented and consistent — daily tasks like social posting and podcast uploads can't be skipped or batched late Discreet and professional — some of my content touches on relationship coaching and sensitive personal topics, so confidentiality matters Prior VA experience in outreach, scheduling, or admin support is preferred but not required if you're a fast learner HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1. A short intro about your VA experience and what kind of work you've done before 2. Examples of past outreach, scheduling, or admin work, if you have any to share 3. Your available hours and time zone 4. Your expected hourly rate 5. Anything else you think makes you a good fit for this kind of ongoing, detail-heavy support role A NOTE ON HOW I WORK I believe in giving clear instructions and setting people up to succeed — you shouldn't have to guess what I want. In return, I'm looking for someone who takes ownership of the tasks on their plate and communicates proactively if something's unclear or a deadline's at risk. All outreach and content must follow gender-neutral language guidelines, and must never name specific tools, platforms, or vendors when communicating with prospective clients — I'll walk you through the full brand guidelines after you're hired. I'm excited to build a long-term working relationship with the right person. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE + LEAD ENGAGEMENT We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media. Not someone who needs a daily list of posts to make. Not someone whose idea of content creation is asking ChatGPT for 10 Reel ideas and posting whatever comes back. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR THE CHEAPEST PERSON. We are looking for someone genuinely good who can take ownership, think independently and become increasingly valuable to the business. We are prepared to pay well for the right person. Someone willing to really roll their sleeves up and make an impact in an up-and-coming business with a lot of potential. Someone who can look at our audience, existing content and analytics and tell us what we should be doing next. This is a full-time marketing role working across two established Australian fitness and coaching businesses, with the primary focus being the Sam Roberts Online Coaching brand ---------- Sam helps busy dads and men over 40 lose weight, improve their energy and get control of their health again. We already have: A clearly defined target market and brand position A large library of existing content Proven content themes and messaging A dedicated video editor Additional graphic design support Sam and the business owner handling filming Established lead-generation and DM systems A substantial internal AI knowledge base containing our brand, audience, scripts, offers, content strategy and coaching methodology We don’t need someone to build everything from zero. We need someone who can help us get far more out of what we already have, identify what we should create next and gradually take ownership of the content pipeline. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING A major part of your role will be social content and organic growth. You’ll be responsible for things such as: Researching high-performing social content, creators, formats and emerging ideas Finding outlier Reels and understanding WHY they performed Developing new content concepts and scripts for Sam Preparing scripts, references and virtual filming briefs before filming sessions Finding intelligent ways to repurpose existing footage and content Turning strong ideas into Reels, Stories, carousels and other social content Maintaining the content calendar and production pipeline Creating simple graphics and carousels yourself when appropriate Coordinating more involved work with our video editor and graphic designer Scheduling and publishing content Reviewing social analytics Identifying winners, losers and patterns Recommending what we should do more of, less of and test next Building a backlog so we are not constantly scrambling for something to post We want someone who thinks beyond: “What do I need to post today?” And instead thinks: “What is working, why is it working, and how can we turn that into more growth?” YOU’LL ALSO HELP MANAGE LEADS THROUGH DMs Initially, a meaningful part of this role will involve helping us manage conversations with leads through Instagram and other social DMs. We already have a structured process for this. You will not be expected to invent our sales process from scratch. You will need to be: Confident communicating with people Comfortable asking good questions Able to build rapport naturally through written conversation Comfortable following up with leads Commercially aware without being pushy Able to recognise buying signals Comfortable helping qualified prospects move towards booking a conversation with us Organised enough to manage multiple conversations properly This is NOT primarily a DM Setter position. We are intentionally combining these responsibilities because our current volume does not justify employing another full-time person purely for DMs. Yet. At present, the DM component may account for roughly 3–4 hours of your working day, although this will naturally fluctuate. The remainder of your time will be focused primarily on marketing and content growth. As our marketing improves and lead volume grows, we expect to eventually hire a dedicated DM Setter. If that happens, the DM component of this role would reduce significantly so you can focus increasingly on content and growth. There is plenty of room for this position to evolve as the business grows. WHY WE ACTUALLY LIKE COMBINING THESE RESPONSIBILITIES The person helping create our marketing will also hear directly from the people responding to it. You’ll see firsthand: What prospects are worried about What stops them from taking action What questions keep coming up What language our market naturally uses Which content generates real conversations Which objections appear repeatedly We want someone who notices those patterns and feeds them back into better marketing. The DMs are not just something to “get through”. They are another source of market intelligence. YOU’LL ALSO SUPPORT OUR GYM BRAND The Sam Roberts Online Coaching brand will receive the majority of your marketing attention. You will also support our established Australian gym, 5th Element Wellness ---------- Additional gym marketing work will be required depending on priorities and available capacity. THE PERSON WE WANT You do not have to be world-class at everything. But you should be genuinely strong in several of these areas: Social media marketing Instagram Short-form content Hooks and retention Copywriting Content research Content repurposing Canva Social analytics Written English Organisation AI tools Marketing judgement Most importantly, you need to be able to think independently. If you prefer waiting for somebody to assign your next task, this isn’t the right position. We want someone who notices opportunities and brings them to us. We also want someone who is comfortable making recommendations. If you think something we’re doing could be better, we want you to tell us why and what you would do instead. AI IS A MAJOR PART OF HOW WE WORK We use AI extensively and expect you to become very good at using it. You’ll have access to a substantial internal ChatGPT project containing detailed information about our: Target market Brand voice Offers Coaching methodology Content strategy Previous scripts Lead magnets Positioning Content examples Personal stories Marketing systems We want you to use AI as a: Research assistant Creative sounding board Content critic Brainstorming partner Script-development tool Analysis tool But we do NOT want generic AI content. You need enough judgement to recognise when AI has produced something: Boring Generic Repetitive Inaccurate Off-brand Overwritten Obviously AI-generated The human still needs to be the marketer. A good workflow is: Think → develop an idea → use AI to challenge or improve it → apply your own judgement → execute. Not: Ask ChatGPT for five posts → copy → publish. EXISTING TEAM SUPPORT You will not be expected to do everything yourself. We already have: VIDEO EDITOR Our editor handles the majority of our heavier video editing. You would help provide: Researched topics and scripts Creative direction Reference content Editing notes B-roll ideas Feedback You should still be comfortable creating simpler assets, carousels and Stories yourself. SAM + MATT We handle filming, technical expertise, higher-level strategy and approvals. As you learn the business, our goal is for us to spend LESS time managing the day-to-day content process because you increasingly own it. YOUR WORKING HOURS This is a genuine full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Our required schedule is based on Melbourne, Australia time because part of the role involves covering leads during our afternoon and evening. Melbourne is typically 2–3 hours ahead of the Philippines depending on daylight saving. SUNDAY 3:00pm – 9:30pm Melbourne time This includes a 30-minute unpaid break, giving you 6 paid hours. MONDAY TO THURSDAY 12:30pm – 10:00pm Melbourne time This includes a one-hour unpaid meal break, giving you 8.5 paid hours per day. There will be some flexibility around exactly when you take your breaks, provided our important afternoon/evening lead coverage is maintained. FRIDAY + SATURDAY Days off. TOTAL PAID HOURS 40 hours per week. Because Melbourne uses daylight saving and the Philippines does not, your local Philippine working hours will change slightly throughout the year. Your approximate Philippine hours will generally fall between: Sunday: 12:00/1:00pm – 6:30/7:30pm Monday–Thursday: 9:30/10:30am – 7:00/8:00pm Please only apply if you are genuinely comfortable working this schedule long term. COMPENSATION Again, we are NOT looking for the cheapest person. We would rather pay more for someone excellent who reduces our workload, takes ownership and helps grow the business than save money hiring someone we constantly need to manage. Compensation will be based on: Experience Capability Previous results Quality of work Marketing judgement Level of responsibility you can take Please include your expected monthly salary in PHP, NOT USD, when applying. INITIAL 90-DAY PROBATION The first 90 days will be your initial onboarding and probation period. During this period, you’ll work closely with the business owner to learn our: Audience Brand Content standards Offers Marketing approach DM process Systems Content will initially receive closer review and approval. As you demonstrate that you understand the brand and consistently produce work we trust, you’ll be given increasing autonomy. Our goal is not to micromanage you, though you should be comfortable using screen-recording/time-tracking software during the first 2–3 months while trust is established. Our goal is for you to eventually own the content pipeline and work increasingly independently
