Outreach Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

We are an influencer marketing agency based in Dubai. We work with major regional and international brands and have run over 500 campaigns.

We need an Outreach Assistant to send email s and Instagram messages to brands and creators. You will report directly to our team lead, who will give you your daily list and check your work.

The work

• Send outreach email s from our templates every day
• Send Instagram DMs from our company accounts
• Personalize the first line of each message so it doesn't look like spam
• Track every send in our system. No message goes untracked
• Reply fast when the team lead messages you
• Hit your daily numbers. Every day

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a VA or in outreach, email handling, or social media messaging
• Excellent written English. Your messages go to real brands. One sloppy message hurts our name
• You use AI daily. A paid Claude subscription is required for this role, and you must know how to use it to write and personalize messages fast
• You understand Instagram limits. If you get our account restricted by mass-sending, that's the end
• Fast internet and a reliable computer
• Full-time, 40 hours, Dubai working hours
• You follow instructions exactly. This job is about doing the process right, every time

Pay

$300/month to start, based on experience. Review at month three. If your numbers are good, pay goes up.
