The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer who has real, hands-on experience working with US-based commercial architectural projects. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can hit the ground running, communicate confidently in English, and contribute meaningfully across all phases of design.
If you have worked with US architecture firms or US clients, are proficient in Revit, and understand the full lifecycle of commercial construction documentation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce architectural drawings using Revit across all project phases
Participate in all stages of the design process: schematic design, design development, construction documents (CDs), and construction administration support
Coordinate with project managers and design leads based in the US
Produce clear, accurate, and code-compliant construction drawings for commercial projects
Assist with design concepts, space planning, and technical detailing
Communicate progress, clarifications, and updates directly with the US-based team via video calls, email , and project management tools
Review and incorporate client feedback efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications ?
These are non-negotiable — please only apply if you meet all of the following:

• Revit proficiency is required — you must be comfortable producing full project sets in Revit independently
• US-based project experience is required — you must have direct experience working on projects for US clients or US architecture/design firms
• Commercial project experience is required — residential-only experience will not be considered for this role
• Experience working through all phases of design, including the production of full construction document (CD) sets
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal; you will communicate directly with our Houston-based team
• Ability to work during or overlap with US Central Time (CST) business hours
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating US commercial project experience

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Architecture or a related field
Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, local jurisdictional requirements)
Experience with AutoCAD in addition to Revit
Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, Newforma, or similar project management/markup platforms
Prior experience in a remote, distributed team environment
Knowledge of Texas or Southeast US commercial market projects is a plus
