SEO Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

About the role: Metal America is a U.S. metal-buildings company. We're hiring ONE full-time SEO Specialist to help grow our organic search growth across content, technical, and backlinks. This is a long-term role. If you genuinely understand how SEO works and can run with direction, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do: keyword research & intent mapping · on-page SEO · technical SEO (audits, crawlability, indexing, speed, schema) · backlink strategy & outreach · tracking in Ahrefs + GSC · using AI tools to move faster.
Must have: genuine SEO fundamentals (can explain why a page ranks or doesn't) · strong written and spoken English (short video call) · hands-on Ahrefs/SEMrush + link-building · works independently · reliable full-time availability.
Nice to have: WordPress · basic HTML/CSS · AI tools · local SEO / GBP.
