We create fun, dynamic weekly YouTube video essays on women's health, hair loss, and natural aging. Recognized by VidIQ as one of YouTube's fastest-growing medical/health channels, we just hit 20,000 subscribers and counting.
We need an editor to handle post-production, audio, and motion graphics for our weekly YouTube videos. We provide the raw footage — you bring it to life. Example video: 3 Menopause Hair Growth Hacks Your Doctor Never Told You

Secondary Objectives
Beyond YouTube, we create short-form pieces for Instagram and TikTok, targeting other hair loss professionals. We post 30+ per month.
Software Skills
Proficient in one of the following:
Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
DaVinci Resolve Studio
Education
No degree required — but we do need a portfolio showing YouTube-style video essays and social media content.
Core Skills
Strong storytelling ability
Experience editing YouTube-style video essays
Skilled in retention editing & emotionally driven storytelling
Intermidiate to advanced graphic design / motion design
Color correction capabilities (skin tones, lighting), and understanding of sophisticated lighting and color
Experience with (or willingness to learn) AI prompt generation tools like Kling or ChatGPT to create AI assets
Thumbnail design (willing to work hand-and-hand with marketing team)

Capcut
Music Mixing (Emotional storying and tonesetting through music + SFX)
2D Charater Animation
Equipment Capabilities
Able to download 4K files via Google Drive (typically 30–50GB each)
Proxy editing welcome. We shoot 4K to allow midshots/closeups from a single camera angle; final delivery is always 1920x1080p.

$1,500 USD / month, paid bi-weekly
