Rate: $3/hr + $30 bonus for every fully closed client. Paid BIWEEKLY via Wise, always on time.

Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time. This is a NIGHT SHIFT role — only apply if that schedule genuinely works for you long-term.

The job: You'll call US small businesses, from our provided lead lists using our dialer and proven script, and book them into sales meetings for our closers. You don't sell anything, you book the meeting. We provide the script, the leads, the dialer, and training. You bring the voice and the consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent conversational English with a clear, confident phone voice
Cold calling or appointment setting experience for US/Western clients preferred
Own computer, headset+mic, GOOD internet, quiet workspace, backup for power outages etc...
Reliable, coachable, and not afraid of hearing "no" 50 times a day
