Full-Stack Performance Video Editor + AI Graphic Designer / Prompter We’re a fast-moving eCommerce company operating primarily through funnel-based dropshipping, and we’re looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Performance Video Editor + AI Graphic Designer / Prompter to join our creative team. This is not a traditional video editing position. We are looking for someone who understands that in direct-response eCommerce, creative is the engine of growth. Your job is not to make videos that simply look good. Your job is to help us reproduce, improve, iterate and scale winning advertising concepts. What You’ll Be Doing A major part of our strategy is studying successful ads in the market and creating our own high-quality versions for our products and funnels. That means you must be extremely good at creative replication. We will often provide you with a winning reference ad and expect you to: Recreate the structure as closely as possible Match the hook style and opening sequence Match the pacing and rhythm Replicate caption timing and visual hierarchy Preserve the original selling mechanism and storytelling flow Replace all original product footage with our own product Replace or improve the B-roll Adapt voiceovers, scenes, graphics and proof elements Make the final creative feel native, polished and performance-driven We are looking for one of the highest-quality “copying” editors possible. You need to be able to look at an advertisement and reverse-engineer exactly why it works, then rebuild the same mechanism for another product without producing a cheap-looking clone. Role 1 — Performance Video Editing You will create direct-response advertisements for platforms such as: Meta / Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts You should understand: Hooks Retention editing Pattern interrupts Native social pacing Direct-response storytelling Offer presentation CTAs Product demonstrations UGC VSL-style creatives Advertorial/funnel creatives Before-and-after structures Problem → agitation → solution frameworks Testimonial and proof-driven creatives You should think like a performance marketer who happens to be an elite editor, not a cinematic editor trying to make ads. Role 2 — AI Graphic Designer You will also help us produce high-quality visual assets using AI. This can include: Static Meta ads Product images Product-in-use scenes Lifestyle visuals Advertorial graphics Before-and-after creatives Landing-page imagery Funnel graphics Thumbnail concepts AI-generated B-roll Image variations for creative testing You should be able to take basic product assets and transform them into visuals that look premium and commercially usable. Role 3 — AI Prompter / Creative Generator We need someone who is genuinely strong at prompting. You should know how to get consistent, realistic and usable results from modern AI generation tools instead of simply typing one sentence and hoping for the best. You should understand concepts such as: Prompt structure Camera direction Lighting Composition Product consistency Character consistency Image-to-image workflows Image-to-video Reference-image prompting Scene continuation Motion prompting Negative prompting Iterative prompt refinement Experience with tools such as the following is highly valuable: Kling Google Veo Runway Midjourney Nano Banana / Gemini image tools ChatGPT image generation HeyGen Arcads Creatify ElevenLabs CapCut Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Photoshop Topaz You do not need to use every tool. You do need to demonstrate that you have a real AI-powered creative workflow. What We Expect You should be able to receive: 1 winning reference ad + our product assets …and independently turn that into a finished advertisement. We do not want someone who requires a 20-page brief for every creative. You need strong judgment. If the reference uses a specific B-roll sequence, you should understand what that shot is accomplishing and find, create or generate an equivalent. If footage is missing, your first instinct should be: “How can I solve this?” Not: “Can you send me more footage?” Creative Replication Is a Core Skill To be very clear: We actively use winning ads as references. Your ability to study those creatives and accurately reproduce their: Hook Structure Pacing Scenes B-roll logic Captions Transitions Emotional progression Proof placement CTA …is one of the most important parts of this position. We are not looking for random creativity. We are looking for someone who can identify what already works and execute it at an extremely high level for our brands. The strongest editor will be able to make our version feel as good as or better than the reference. Speed Matters We test a high volume of creatives. One winning concept may become: 5 new hooks 3 different opening scenes Multiple B-roll versions Different voiceovers Different captions Different CTAs Different lengths Different aspect ratios Multiple static-image derivatives You therefore need to understand creative iteration, not just individual video production. A winning ad is not finished after version one. A winning ad becomes a creative tree. What We're Looking For You should have: Proven experience editing performance advertisements Strong experience with eCommerce / dropshipping / direct response Excellent ability to copy and recreate reference ads Extremely strong B-roll selection Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok creative Strong visual taste Excellent pacing Strong caption design AI-generation experience AI image-generation experience AI video-generation experience Advanced prompting ability Ability to work quickly without destroying quality Ability to accept direct feedback and iterate quickly High attention to detail Good English comprehension Bonus if you've worked with: Dropshipping brands One-product stores Funnel-based eCommerce Advertorial funnels VSL funnels Supplements Beauty Health Problem-solving products High-volume Meta advertisers What We DON'T Want Do not apply if: Your background is mainly weddings, music videos or cinematic editing You only know how to make “pretty” videos You dislike copying winning references You need detailed instructions for every edit You cannot explain why an ad converts You refuse to use AI You use AI but produce obvious AI slop You take several days to make basic creative variations You care more about artistic originality than advertising performance We care about originality when originality improves performance. We care about replication when replication gives us a proven advantage. The metric d ---------- . Paid Test This position will begin with a paid creative test. You may receive: One reference advertisement Our product images/videos Product information Brand assets Your job will be to recreate the advertisement for our product. We will evaluate: 1. Accuracy of replication Did you preserve what made the original work? 2. Editing quality Does the final creative look premium? 3. B-roll selection Did you choose or generate the right visual for every moment? 4. Performance thinking Do you understand the hook, proof and CTA? 5. AI capability Can you generate missing assets when necessary? 6. Prompting ability Can you produce commercially usable AI visuals? 7. Speed Can you execute quickly without constant supervision? 8. Attention to detail Did you notice the small things? Long-Term Opportunity We are not looking for someone to edit three videos and disappear. We're building a serious creative operation. For the right person, this can develop into a long-term position where you become an essential part of our creative department and eventually help establish: Editing standards AI workflows Prompt libraries Winning-ad databases Creative templates B-roll libraries Testing systems Junior editor QA Creative production processes The goal is to find someone who can ultimately operate as a full-stack creative producer, not simply someone moving clips around a timeline. How To Apply Start your application with the word: PRINT Then send us: 1. Your 3 strongest performance ads 2. At least 1 example where you recreated or closely followed another advertisement/reference 3. Your best AI-generated product image or graphic 4. Your best AI-generated video/B-roll example 5. The AI tools you currently use 6. Your editing software 7. Your current availability 8. Your expected monthly full-time rate Finally, answer this: We give you a winning 60-second competitor ad and our product assets. Explain in 5-10 sentences exactly how you would recreate it for our product while keeping the elements that made the original successful. Generic applications will be ignored. We are looking for someone fast, technical, commercially minded and extremely good at execution. If that sounds like you, apply.

We manage the entire creative process for our clients, from strategy and scripting through production, editing, approval, publishing, and advertising. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager who can become the central point of communication and accountability connecting our clients with our creative, production, post-production, social media, and advertising teams. If you love organization, creative production, deadlines, quality control, and making complicated workflows run smoothly, this role may be a great fit. About the Role This is a detail-heavy operations and project management role inside a fast-moving creative company. You will help manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle: Creative Development → Client Approval → Production Coordination → Post-Production → Quality Control → Client Revisions → Final Approval → Social Media & Advertising You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, clients, photographers, videographers, editors, Social Media Manager, Media Buyer, and company leadership to make sure everyone has what they need and every project remains organized, on-brand, and on schedule. This is not simply an administrative or task-tracking position. We’re looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of projects, anticipate problems, communicate clearly, maintain accountability, and help keep our entire production pipeline moving. Responsibilities Pre-Production & Client Approval Receive concepts, scripts, and creative direction from our Creative Director. Review scripts and production documents for accuracy, completeness, feasibility, and quality. Identify missing information or potential production issues before materials reach the client or production team. Send scripts and concepts to clients for approval. Collect, organize, and communicate client feedback. Coordinate revisions with our creative team. Confirm final approvals before production. Ensure all necessary client assets, brand guidelines, creative references, scripts, shot lists, and expectations are organized before production. Production Coordination Although this position is fully remote, you’ll coordinate the planning and preparation behind our productions. Coordinate production dates with clients and our creative teams. Schedule and contract photographers, videographers, and other necessary production personnel. Prepare production teams with scripts, shot lists, creative references, timelines, client information, and other necessary assets. Make sure everyone understands the creative direction, priorities, deliverables, and expectations before production begins. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, or other potential blockers. Your goal is to make sure our creative teams arrive at every production fully prepared to execute. File & Post-Production Management Manage incoming photo, video, audio, and other digital assets. Maintain clean and consistent folder structures and file-naming systems. Ensure assets are properly backed up, organized, labeled, and easy to locate. Organize footage and assets according to scripts, shot lists, projects, and deliverables. Prepare and transfer organized assets, scripts, creative references, and editing instructions to our post-production team. Assign and communicate editing priorities. Track projects throughout the editing process. Update project statuses and task-management systems. Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with editors and team members. Manage revision cycles through final approval. Nothing should disappear into a folder, miss a deadline, or remain unfinished because someone forgot to follow up. Quality Control Quality control is one of the most important responsibilities of this position. You’ll review edited photos and videos before they are presented to our clients. You should be comfortable reviewing creative work with an editor’s eye, not simply checking whether a task has been marked complete. You’ll look for: Spelling and grammatical errors Caption or subtitle mistakes Incorrect logos, fonts, colors, or branding Missing calls to action Incorrect or poorly selected B-roll Missing shots or assets Pacing and flow issues Failure to follow the approved script Failure to follow creative references Incorrect aspect ratios or formatting Text outside appropriate safe zones Technical or export issues Missing deliverables Client revision notes that were not properly implemented Inconsistencies between different pieces of content You’ll then communicate clear, actionable, and when appropriate, timestamped revision notes to our editing team. You do not need to be our primary editor, but you must understand professional editing workflows and recognize what polished, client-ready content should look like. Client Communication & Delivery You’ll serve as one of the primary digital liaisons between La Vie Studios and our clients. Responsibilities include: Communicating project updates professionally and clearly. Sending creative materials for client review and approval. Delivering completed content for review. Collecting and organizing client feedback. Translating feedback into clear instructions for our creative team. Managing revisions through final approval. Communicating blockers or delays early. Making sure clients understand where their projects stand without needing to chase us for updates. Because this is a client-facing position, excellent written and spoken English is required. Social Media & Advertising Coordination Once content has been approved: Coordinate approved assets with our Social Media Manager. Make sure posting schedules, captions, assets, and approvals are clearly organized. Communicate available and approved advertising assets to our Media Buyer. Maintain continuity between production, organic social media, and paid advertising. Help ensure approved content moves efficiently from creation into distribution. The Project Manager may initially assist with some basic media-buying responsibilities as well. Experience is a plus, but we have systems, resources, and training available to help the right candidate learn this portion of the workflow. Must-Haves Excellent written and spoken English Exceptional organizational skills Strong attention to detail Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience with project-management platforms such as Google Business Suite and/or CRM's Strong digital file-management skills Understanding of video editing and post-production workflows Experience reviewing creative work for quality control Ability to communicate clear revision notes to editors Strong professional communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Deadline-driven and accountable Comfortable communicating directly with clients Proactive rather than reactive Able to identify problems before they become emergencies Comfortable holding team members accountable to deadlines and expectations We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a list of tasks every morning. We want someone who naturally asks: “What needs to happen next? Who is responsible for it? When is it due? And what could prevent us from getting there?” Preferred Experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Creative or marketing agencies Video production companies Photography or content-production teams Managing video editors or creative teams Short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Social media content calendars Brand guidelines and content strategy Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve Google Sheets or VSCO Workspace Slack Google Drive Dropbox ---------- , Dropbox Replay, or similar review platforms Basic paid social or Meta Ads workflows Please Do Not Apply If: You regularly miss small details such as spelling, file naming, formatting, or branding inconsistencies. FULL-STACK AI DEVELOPER FOR CONTRACTOR ESTIMATING AND CLAIMS PLATFORM Company: Rezie Project type: Fixed-price, milestone-based Project budget: $1,000 USD Timeline: Six weeks Location: Remote Future opportunity: Potential full-time position following successful completion ABOUT REZIE Rezie is developing an AI-powered estimating and claims platform for contractors in the insurance-restoration industry, including water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm-damage projects. The platform is designed to receive project documents, damage photographs, measurements, square footage, material information, and applicable insurance requirements. It must analyze that information and generate an insurance-ready estimate explaining the work required, the project scope, and the expected cost. Rezie also supports the remaining claims workflow by helping contractors organize claim information, review supporting documents, identify missing information, prepare claim-related materials, and manage ongoing claim tracking and follow-up. Although the complete claims workflow must be functional, the estimator is the primary focus and most important part of this project. Scope accuracy will be the central measure of project success. Rezie must correctly interpret the information provided for each project and produce a detailed, structured scope of work suitable for review by the contractor, client, and insurance company. ABOUT THE PROJECT Rezie’s frontend design, user interface, and intended workflow have already been completed. The primary work remaining is the backend development required to make the platform fully functional. The current backend, estimator, and claims workflow are not reliable or production-ready. This is not a basic code-maintenance assignment or a project involving only minor fixes to an existing application. The selected developer will be responsible for completing the backend systems that: Process uploaded documents, photographs, measurements, and project data Extract and organize relevant information using AI, OCR, and image-analysis tools Generate an accurate scope of work Calculate project quantities and costs Apply relevant rules, requirements, and project exclusions Produce a structured, insurance-ready estimate Support the remaining claims-management workflow Organize and review claim documents and project information Identify missing or inconsistent claim information Support claim tracking, document preparation, and follow-up Connect the completed backend to the existing frontend Reliably save, process, and export project information The estimator will be the highest-priority component. The completed system must accurately use project documents, photographs, measurements, square footage, and other available information to determine the complete scope of work and expected project cost. This is not an MVP or prototype project. The completed platform must be reliable, secure, tested, and ready for real-world use. Detailed workflows, product requirements, estimating rules, technical documentation, and acceptance criteria will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process and after signing a confidentiality agreement. RESPONSIBILITIES The selected developer will be responsible for: Auditing the existing codebase, backend, and database Determining which existing components can be used and which must be rebuilt Completing the backend architecture and application logic Completing the estimator and remaining claims workflow Integrating the required AI, OCR, document-processing, and image-analysis services Building reliable structured outputs and validation Developing the scope and estimate-generation functionality Completing the claim-document, tracking, and follow-up functionality Improving database reliability and data synchronization Preventing outdated or incorrect project information from being used Adding error handling and clear processing-status reporting Connecting the completed backend to the existing frontend Identifying and recommending any required APIs or third-party services Testing the platform across multiple realistic projects Correcting defects discovered during testing Deploying the completed application Providing technical documentation and a final code handoff Committing all completed work to the company-owned repository DEVELOPER EXPECTATIONS The selected developer must be able to work independently and take technical ownership of the project. Rezie will provide the existing codebase, completed design, intended workflow, business requirements, and required outcome. The developer must determine how to technically complete the backend and communicate what tools, APIs, access, or third-party services are required. The developer is responsible for performing their own quality-assurance testing before submitting work for final review. Rezie’s final acceptance testing is not a replacement for the developer’s own testing process. Technical risks, missing requirements, and blockers must be communicated immediately. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Full-stack web application development React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, or comparable technologies AI and LLM integrations Structured AI outputs and validation PDF, OCR, image-analysis, or document-processing systems Backend APIs, databases, and asynchronous workflows Automated testing and application debugging Experience completing or rebuilding an existing application Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to complete projects on an agreed schedule Experience limited to basic websites, prompt writing, or simple chatbots is not sufficient. Experience with construction, restoration, insurance claims, property-damage estimating, or a related contractor industry is strongly preferred. Candidates must understand that an insurance estimate requires a detailed and accurate scope of work, not simply an AI-generated summary. TIMELINE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS The complete project must be delivered within six weeks of the agreed start date. Completing it earlier is fine. Before development begins, a written milestone schedule will be established with specific deliverables and acceptance criteria. The selected developer must: Begin promptly after receiving access and documentation Make the project a primary work focus Meet the agreed weekly milestones Provide regular progress updates Demonstrate working functionality throughout development Commit completed work to the company repository Communicate risks or blockers immediately Reserve sufficient time for final testing, deployment, documentation, and handoff Be available for regular communication during U.S. business hours PAYMENT AND DELIVERABLES The total project budget is $1,000 USD. Payment will be divided across clearly defined milestones. Each payment will be released after the corresponding functionality has been: Completed Demonstrated Tested Committed to the company repository Reviewed and accepted Payment is based on completed and accepted deliverables rather than hours worked. Hard-coded demonstrations, manually created outputs, temporary fixes, incomplete integrations, or functionality that only works for one test case will not be accepted. FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY A developer who successfully completes the project, produces reliable work, communicates consistently, meets the agreed timeline, and demonstrates strong technical ownership may be offered an ongoing full-time position with Rezie. A full-time offer is not guaranteed and will depend on project performance and company needs. HOW TO APPLY Please submit a cover letter specifically addressing why you are a strong fit for this project. Your cover letter should include: 1. Your experience building AI-powered applications or backend systems. 2. Any experience with construction, restoration, insurance claims, property damage, or estimating software. 3. An example of a system you built that processed documents, photographs, or other unstructured information. 4. How you would approach a project where the accuracy of the generated scope is the most important requirement. 5. Your experience independently selecting APIs, testing your work, and resolving technical problems. 6. Confirmation that you can communicate during U.S. business hours. Generic applications that do not address these questions will not be considered.

Executive Assistant & Dispatcher — US Towing / Roadside Assistance Full-time · Long-term · Night shift (US hours) · Work from home ABOUT THE ROLE We are a towing and roadside assistance operation serving New York City — Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens and the surrounding area. We run a portfolio of local service websites that generate emergency calls: flat tires, jump starts, lockouts, breakdowns and a ---------- tows. We route those calls to a network of tow operators on the ground. We are growing and we need a right hand. This is not a task-taking VA role. You will run the dispatch desk and help build the business — bringing on commercial accounts and recruiting the operators who service them. If you want to be told exactly what to do every day, this is not the job. If you want to own something and grow with it, read on. WHAT YOU WILL DO Dispatch. Answer inbound calls and texts from stranded motorists, get the details fast (location, vehicle, problem), assign the job to the right operator, and follow it through to completion. Coordinate operators. Keep the network warm, confirm availability, chase ETAs, handle the ones who go quiet. Open commercial accounts. Outbound to property managers, HOAs, apartment complexes, body shops, dealerships and parking operators. Build the list, run the outreach, book the calls, follow up until you get an answer. Recruit tow operators. Find and sign new tow truck operators into our network in the areas we cover. Keep the records straight. Every call logged, every job tracked, every lead in the CRM. If it is not written down it did not happen. Social media. Keep our pages active and consistent — posting, replying to messages and reviews. General EA support for the owner: inbox, scheduling, research, whatever moves the day forward. YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE Excellent spoken English. You will be on the phone with Americans who are stressed and in a hurry. You need to be understood the first time, every time. Experience on a US voice account — BPO, customer support, or (ideally) truck / freight dispatching. If you have dispatched loads or drivers for a US carrier, we want to talk to you. Calm under pressure. Someone stuck on a highway at 2 AM is not going to be polite. You stay steady and solve it. Real outbound or sales experience. Cold email , cold calls, LinkedIn — you have done it and you can show results. Strong written English. You will write email s to US business owners without us editing them. Ownership. You notice what is broken and fix it without being asked. A reliable home office: fiber internet (25 Mbps+), a backup connection, a noise-cancelling headset, a quiet room, and power backup. SCHEDULE Night shift, Philippine time, to cover US East Coast business hours — roughly 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. We will finalise the exact hours with the right person. Night differential included. WHAT WE OFFER [PHP amount] per month, paid [twice monthly / monthly] via [Wise / Payoneer]. Night differential on top of base. 13th month pay. Performance bonuses for every commercial account you open and every operator you sign. Paid time off after [X] months. A real growth path. As call volume grows we will hire dispatchers under you. The person in this seat is who we want running that team. HOW TO APPLY Please do not send a generic application — we read every one and generic ones get skipped. Start your message with the word HOOKUP so we know you read this far. Then send us: Your CV. A short voice recording (60–90 seconds) introducing yourself and telling us about a time you handled a difficult customer. Any format is fine. Your internet speed test result (screenshot from speedtest.net). Two or three sentences on this: we want more commercial towing accounts in Staten Island. Where would you start? We reply to everyone who follows these instructions.

JOB OVERVIEW Wanted: The Voice — American Accent Voice Actor for a Documentary-Style YouTube Channel Rate: TBD Volume: 4 videos per week Type: Ongoing, long-term. Not a one-off gig. About the channel Forgotten Beasts is a faceless documentary channel about extinct animals, lost species, and creatures people swear are still out there. Audience is mostly US, UK and Australia, ages 34–55. Think mystery-thriller documentary energy — not a flat listicle voiceover. I write every script myself. Your job is to make it come alive with your voice: pacing, tension, and delivery that hooks people and doesn't let go. What I actually need from you The edit can be perfect, but if the voice is boring, nobody stays. I need a voice actor who gets that delivery is what turns a script into a story. Here is the standard: American accent, clean and broadcast-ready. No regional twang, no vocal fry, no upspeak. Sound like the voice people trust in the dark. Documentary-thriller tone. Steady and authoritative when explaining, hushed and tense when building suspense, sharp and punchy on the reveal. Range matters. Master of pacing. Know when to slow down, when to hold a pause, when silence does more work than words. Rushing kills the moment. Studio-clean audio. Quiet, treated space. No hiss, no echo, no background noise sneaking in. Consistent voice, every time. Same setup, same tone, video after video, so listeners recognize the channel the second you start talking. Follows direction. Comfortable working from scripts with emotion notes and delivery cues already marked, and open to feedback to dial in the sound. What I provide Full script with timestamps, emotion notes and delivery cues already marked Direction and feedback to lock in the right tone early Pay TBD — to be confirmed once we've reviewed applicants and run a paid test. To apply Don't send a generic voice reel and nothing else. Applications without the following get ignored. Send 2 examples of documentary or faceless-channel style voice work. Send a short sample (30–60 seconds) in an American accent, any topic. Confirm you can deliver 4 videos a week, every week. Tell me your recording setup (mic, space, software) and turnaround time for a 12-minute script. Shortlisted applicants get a paid test: one 45-second segment from a real script. Nail it, and you start that week. Contact me on WhatsApp: ---------- or ----------

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Creator who specializes in Google Flow and Google Veo to help us produce high-quality, realistic AI-generated videos for social media. The most important part of this role is CONSISTENCY. We need someone who understands advanced AI prompting and can maintain the same character, clothing, environment, objects, lighting and overall visual style across multiple generated shots. We do not want characters or important details randomly changing from scene to scene. Your Responsibilities Create realistic AI-generated videos using Google Flow and Google Veo Write detailed, structured prompts that produce consistent results Create and maintain recurring AI characters across videos Keep the character's face, age, hair, clothing and physical appearance consistent Maintain the same locations, props and important background elements between shots Create multiple camera angles and scenes while making them feel like they belong to the same continuous video Understand reference images and how to use them effectively for character and scene consistency Generate natural character movements and realistic environments Identify and regenerate shots when faces, hands, clothing, objects or backgrounds unexpectedly change Organize prompts and character references so successful characters can be reproduced for future videos Deliver clean videos without obvious AI inconsistencies, unnecessary scene changes or continuity errors What We're Looking For You should already have strong experience with: Google Flow Google Veo / Veo 3 AI video generation Advanced prompting Character consistency Reference-image workflows Scene and subject consistency Image-to-video generation Cinematic camera prompting AI continuity between shots This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how to control AI video generation rather than simply typing basic prompts and accepting whatever the model generates. The Most Important Skill If we create a character in Scene 1, that person needs to still look like the exact same person in Scene 2, Scene 3 and Scene 4, . Their face should not suddenly change. Their clothes should not randomly change. Objects should not disappear. The environment should not completely change between shots. You need to understand how to build prompts, references and workflows that minimize these problems and create videos with strong visual continuity. How to Apply Please send: 1. Examples of AI videos you have personally created using Google Flow or Google Veo 2. Examples showing the same AI character across multiple different scenes 3. A short explanation of your process for maintaining character and scene consistency 4. How long you have been working with AI video generation 5. The AI video and image-generation tools you currently use 6. Your expected hourly or weekly rate IMPORTANT: Start your application with the words “FLOW EXPERT” so we know you have read the entire job description. There is potential for consistent, long-term work for the right person. We are looking for someone who can become our go-to AI video specialist rather than someone who only completes a few videos.
