We are a professional exterior cleaning and property maintenance company based in Scotland, UK.

Upvc cleaning
Pressure washing
Softwashing renders
Exterior painting
Interior painting
Driveway & patio cleaning

We create a lot of original video content during our jobs, especially BEFORE & AFTER footage.

We are looking for a creative person who can turn our raw footage into engaging short-form content for social media.

What you will do

Your main responsibility will be to turn our raw phone/drone footage into high-quality short-form videos.

You will:

Edit TikTok videos
Edit Instagram Reels
Edit Facebook Reels
Create strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
Add captions/subtitles
Add suitable music and sound effects
Create satisfying before/after transformations
Add our branding/logo
Write short captions
Add relevant hashtags
Schedule and publish content
Repurpose the same footage into different videos
Suggest new content ideas
Monitor which videos perform best
Help us build a consistent social media presence

We want someone who can think like a CONTENT CREATOR, not just a video editor.

IMPORTANT

You will receive raw footage from real cleaning jobs.

For example:

BEFORE → dirty roof → cleaning process → satisfying transformation → AFTER

You should be able to turn ONE job into several different pieces of content.

For example:

Before & after transformation
Satisfying cleaning video
"This roof hasn't been cleaned in 15 years..."
Educational video
Close-up moss removal video
Drone transformation
"Watch this transformation"
Customer/property transformation

We want creative ideas rather than simply putting clips together.

You should be comfortable with:

CapCut
Canva
Meta Business Suite
TikTok
Instagram

Facebook

Experience with AI video/content tools is a BIG advantage.

Content volume

Initially:

2 short-form videos per day

5 days per week.

If the quality is excellent, we will increase the workload and compensation.

Our long-term goal is approximately:

3-4 pieces of content per day.

The ideal candidate

You should:

Have excellent CapCut skills
Understand TikTok/Reels
Understand viral hooks
Have good English
Be creative
Have good attention to detail
Be reliable
Be able to work independently
Understand social media trends
Have experience managing social media accounts
Be comfortable working with raw phone footage
Be interested in a long-term relationship

Experience with cleaning, construction, landscaping, pressure washing, roofing, real estate or other home-service businesses is a BIG advantage.

Trial project

Before hiring, shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid trial.

We will provide raw footage from one of our cleaning jobs.

You will create:

3 different short-form videos from the same footage.

Each video should have a different concept/hook.

We will evaluate:

Hook
Editing
Pacing
Captions
Music
Creativity
Before/after presentation
Overall quality
Understanding of TikTok/Reels
Attention to detail

The trial is PAID.
