AI Video Expert NEEDED - Google Flow / Veo Expert

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Creator who specializes in Google Flow and Google Veo to help us produce high-quality, realistic AI-generated videos for social media.

The most important part of this role is CONSISTENCY.

We need someone who understands advanced AI prompting and can maintain the same character, clothing, environment, objects, lighting and overall visual style across multiple generated shots. We do not want characters or important details randomly changing from scene to scene.

Your Responsibilities

• Create realistic AI-generated videos using Google Flow and Google Veo
• Write detailed, structured prompts that produce consistent results
• Create and maintain recurring AI characters across videos
• Keep the character's face, age, hair, clothing and physical appearance consistent
• Maintain the same locations, props and important background elements between shots
• Create multiple camera angles and scenes while making them feel like they belong to the same continuous video
• Understand reference images and how to use them effectively for character and scene consistency
• Generate natural character movements and realistic environments
• Identify and regenerate shots when faces, hands, clothing, objects or backgrounds unexpectedly change
• Organize prompts and character references so successful characters can be reproduced for future videos
• Deliver clean videos without obvious AI inconsistencies, unnecessary scene changes or continuity errors

Advanced prompting

Scene and subject consistency

AI continuity between shots

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how to control AI video generation rather than simply typing basic prompts and accepting whatever the model generates.

The Most Important Skill

If we create a character in Scene 1, that person needs to still look like the exact same person in Scene 2, Scene 3 and Scene 4, .

Their face should not suddenly change. Their clothes should not randomly change. Objects should not disappear. The environment should not completely change between shots.

You need to understand how to build prompts, references and workflows that minimize these problems and create videos with strong visual continuity.
