•Maintain comprehensive project trackers covering project progress, actions, procurement, materials, costs, variations, and key deadlines.
•Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
•Follow up proactively on outstanding actions, approvals, documentation, quotations, materials, and project requirements.
•Prepare regular project progress reports, status updates, meeting minutes, action trackers, and management reports for the Project Manager.
•Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, project documentation, and construction-related information.
•Support the Project Manager in identifying project risks, potential delays, resource requirements, and issues requiring attention or escalation.
•Assist with procurement activities by obtaining and tracking quotations, monitoring supplier information, and following up on material and equipment requirements.
•Maintain accurate records of project costs, purchase orders, invoices, variations, materials, and other project-related financial information.
•Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas where required, record minutes, and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.
•Assist in managing project correspondence and ensuring important information is communicated promptly to the relevant stakeholders.
•Monitor the status of construction activities and provide the Project Manager with timely updates on progress and outstanding matters.
•Assist with snagging, defects tracking, completion requirements, and project handover documentation.
•Maintain a well-organised digital filing system for drawings, contracts, reports, correspondence, photographs, schedules, and other project documentation.
•Support the Project Manager with ad hoc project analysis, reporting, research, and administrative requirements.
•Proactively identify opportunities to improve project coordination, documentation, communication, and overall workflow.
•Ensure all project information is handled accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.

Requirements
•A qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
•Strong experience in residential construction, particularly housing estates or residential developments, or multi-unit housing projects.
•Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or similar construction-related role.
•Good understanding of residential construction processes and project workflows.
•Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, or other construction professionals.
•Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management systems, and other relevant digital tools.
•Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
•Ability to communicate effectively with an Ireland-based Project Manager and construction team.
