We run two complementary Amazon FBA brands: one in a premium giftable category with strong Christmas seasonality, one in sports & fitness. We are at ~200 SKUs today, with a clear roadmap to ~500. We sell across ---------- , ---------- , and ---------- , manufacture in China, and ship into FBA, AWD, and 3PLs across the US, UK, and Canada. THE ROLE This is a senior role. The CEO and Head of Operations are looking for a trusted operator to take ownership of the supply chain and logistics function, “end-to-end”, from initial forecasting -to- factory floor -to- FBA shelf. Someone we can hand the keys to and trust to drive it forward with little oversight. You'll inherit a well-documented operation, with a structured onboarding: our current Supply Chain Manager will support your transition, transferring knowledge of both brands, our suppliers, and our systems so you can take the reins with confidence. We also expect you to work AI-first. The best person for this role uses AI daily: to pressure-test forecasts, draft communications, build formulas, and automate the repetitive parts of logistics coordination. At the same time, you verify every output before it touches a decision. AI leverage is how one sharp operator runs what used to take a full department. WHAT YOU WILL OWN — Supply chain strategy and execution across both brands, “end-to-end”. Each runs its own forecasting methodology; you'll master both and standardize where it genuinely helps — Demand forecasting and order planning for 200 SKUs (scaling to 500), built in Google Sheets with the backing of solid data flows — China manufacturer relationships: production scheduling, inspections, quality, MOQ and pricing negotiation, alternate sourcing — International freight and logistics coordination: coordinator of carrier selection, cost vs. transit time, customs compliance, freight forwarders, 3PLs — FBA inventory health: 45 to 90 days cover, avoiding stockouts and overstock, inbound receiving discrepancies, reimbursements, cases with Amazon — The small, critical details: barcodes, FNSKUs, shipment labeling, compliance documentation, tracking reconciliation. You are the last line of defense — A performance dashboard you build and own: forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, lead time, on-time-in-full, stockout rate, shipping cost per unit, cash-flow planning — Alignment with marketing and sales, so inventory matches promotional plans and seasonality. Flagged early, with numbers — Task and process management in ClickUp: every shipment, order, supplier action, and follow-up lives in ClickUp so the whole team has visibility, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will be expected to maintain it rigorously, not treat it as optional — Proactive communication: updates prior to asking, risks flagged early, follow-through without being chased WHAT OWNERSHIP MEANS HERE In supply chain management, small mistakes compound: one wrong barcode or missed reorder point can be costly. So we work to a clear standard. Sanity checking is built into how you operate: reconciling totals, second-passing formulas, and gut-checking outputs against reality before they drive a decision. Occasional errors are part of the job; what we can't carry is the same error recurring, going unnoticed, or going unexplained. When something does go wrong, you own it: what happened, why, the impact, and the fix that stops it repeating. Work like that, and you'll have our full backing when things go sideways. MUST HAVES: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE — 4+ years in supply chain, with 2+ years personally running an Amazon FBA supply chain “end-to-end” (Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field is a plus) — Proven experience managing 100+ SKUs; multi-brand portfolios a plus — Deep international logistics knowledge: sea freight, customs, import/export compliance — Strong Seller Central command: restock/capacity limits, IPI, shipment creation, FNSKU and barcode management, AWD vs. FBA — Advanced Google Sheets/Excel. You build models, not just populate them (array formulas, pivot tables, QUERY, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, IMPORTRANGE). We will ask to see analyses you've built. — Demonstrable AI fluency: real examples of AI saving you hours, and of catching it when it was wrong or hallucinating — Experience with seasonal products and Christmas demand spikes — Comfortable delegating and reviewing the work of others when needed — Fluent English, written and verbal (Mandarin/Chinese a bonus for supplier communications in their native language) WORK SETUP Reliable electricity and 50+ Mbps internet, your own computer, and a quiet workspace. We run all tasks, processes, and reporting through ClickUp: it is our central hub for visibility across the team, and strong comfort with it is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Working hours must overlap with China and UK hours (e.g., roughly 2pm to 10pm PH time, or a split shift like PHT 10am to 2pm & 6pm to 10pm). We're flexible on the shape, as long as the crossover is there. PERSONALITY WE'RE LOOKING FOR A logician's mind: structured, methodical, rigorous. Obsessively detail-oriented, so spotting an off barcode or an ambiguously worded supplier quote is your default mode, not an effort. The right fit is someone with real agency: you push for action, take ownership without waiting to be asked, and juggle parallel priorities without losing oversight of the details. An independent operator and self-starter who stays calm under pressure during peak-season spikes and shipping delays. Fully accountable. Always improving the system. NOT A FIT IF YOU — Need step-by-step instructions — Are a generalist VA with peripheral supply chain exposure — Have not personally managed an FBA supply chain “end-to-end” — Find details tedious, or paste AI output without checking it — Are juggling multiple other clients THE PACKAGE — Full-time, 40 hrs/week; bi-weekly salary (3rd and 18th of the month) — $1,900 to $2,400/month base (PHP 120,000 to 150,000), equivalent to $11 to $14 per hour, depending on experience — 13th-month pay, pro-rated each December — Health reimbursement up to $50/month (HMO, PhilHealth, Maxicare, etc.) HOW TO APPLY Complete the application form below. It includes a few short questions and two brief video uploads (you can submit partially and return to finish later): Apply via this link: ----------

This is not a normal job post. Please read it properly. I own Crown Computers, a managed IT services company in San Diego, California - 30 years old, 13 people, around 76 business clients. I also own the domain ---------- , and I am starting an AI consulting business on it. Crown will be its sister company. I am looking for one person to help me build it from close to zero. WHAT THE BUSINESS SELLS Small and mid-sized businesses everywhere are asking the same question: what can AI actually do for us? Most of them have nobody credible to ask. We answer that, and we get paid three ways: a paid AI readiness and risk assessment, ongoing AI governance and management, and building and maintaining the automations themselves. And because Crown is a 30-year-old IT company, many of those conversations also turn into managed IT work. AI opens the door. IT often walks through it. WHAT YOU WOULD ACTUALLY DO You own getting us in front of San Diego businesses and getting meetings booked. How you do it is largely up to you - I care about booked appointments with real decision makers, not activity reports. Build an audience. Instagram, and whatever else you can prove works. Short video, real examples of AI doing something useful for an ordinary business, plain-English explanations that the 55-year-old owner of a plumbing company actually understands. Find the businesses worth talking to, and research them properly before we ever reach out. Run outreach that does not read like spam. We would rather send thirty genuinely personal messages than three thousand generic ones. That is a rule, not a preference. Book the appointments. At the start I take the meetings and you sit in and learn. As you get good, you run more of them. Keep the follow-up alive. Most deals are lost because nobody followed up in week three. Use AI to do all of this better than a human could alone - research, drafting, personalization, content. If you are not already doing that every day, this is the wrong role. WHO THIS IS FOR Someone entrepreneurial who wants to help build something, not be handed a script. If this works, you are running it, and your share grows with it. If you want stable and predictable, take one of our other jobs - we have four others posted right now and they are good jobs. You should genuinely understand AI. Not as an engineer, but well enough to know what these tools really do and where they fall over, and to explain that to a business owner without jargon and without hype. You need excellent spoken and written English. You are representing a San Diego company to American business owners. Marketing, sales development, agency or BPO client-facing backgrounds all fit. GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar is a plus. So is anything you have personally built an audience for. THE HONEST PARTS This is a night shift. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM San Diego time is 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in Manila. American businesses answer the phone during their day, not ours. This is early. The website is not finished. There is no big lead list waiting for you. You are helping build it - which is the whole point, and the reason it is interesting. We do not automate LinkedIn or scrape people. It violates their terms and gets accounts banned. We build a real audience and send real messages. We start with Crown's existing 76 clients, who already trust us, before going cold on strangers. Warm first is not a lack of ambition. It is just what works. You need genuinely reliable internet and a computer, plus a backup plan for when the power goes out. PAY Base of 1,500 to 2,500 USD per month depending on experience, PLUS a real share of the revenue of the business you are helping build. I will not put a percentage in a public job post, but I will tell you the number openly in our conversation and put it in writing. This is meant to be a founding-team arrangement, not a bonus scheme. HOW TO APPLY - THIS IS PART OF THE TEST 1. Subject line, exactly this format: AI Growth - [Your Name] - [a business you think AI could obviously help, and how] 2. Your resume, plus a link to anything you have built an audience for, even a small one. Show me the real numbers, honestly. 3. A voice recording of yourself - WAV or MP3, two to three minutes - reading this out loud and then answering it: "Pretend I own a 20-person landscaping company in San Diego and I know nothing about AI. In two minutes, convince me to take a meeting with you." No ZIP or RAR files. Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed. For this role, the recording matters more than your resume. 4. One line: can you work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM San Diego time, five days a week, long term? Yes or no. OUR PROCESS Stage 1 - these questions and your voice recording. Stage 2 - a conversation with me on Microsoft Teams. Stage 3 - a paid exercise: pick ten real San Diego businesses, tell me why those ten, and write the outreach. We pay you for your time. Thanks for reading all the way to the bottom : ) ai automation # marketing # lead generation # appointment setting # social media management

We are looking for a creative and reliable Static Ad Designer to join our team part-time and create scroll-stopping graphic ads for our e-commerce brands. We will provide the advertising brief, concept, product assets, copy, and reference examples. Your job will be to turn them into strong static ads that are ready to launch as Facebook ads. You may design from scratch or use AI tools where appropriate, but the final work must look polished, intentional, and professional. ##Main Responsibilities: Create static image ads based on our briefs and reference examples Produce different design formats and visual styles within the same ad concept Create meaningful design variations, not simply change the headline or copy Follow the advertising angle and communicate the message clearly Maintain accurate product details and brand consistency Use strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and composition Make revisions based on feedback Deliver final ads in the required sizes and formats Communicate clearly and submit work on time For example, if one concept requires three variations, we expect three noticeably different visual approaches to that same concept. But we do need to see your screen, your design, and hear you explain your work. Applications without the required portfolio or Loom submission will not be considered. We are looking for someone who can take a brief and turn it into creative, visually different, launch-ready static ads rather than simply copying references or changing headlines.
