Real Estate Data Entry Specialist – Dubai Property Listings (Paid Per Listing)

RHK Properties is a Dubai-based real estate advisory firm. We publish new UAE off-plan and ready projects on our website through our in-house CRM, and we're scaling up how many projects we list. We need detail-oriented data entry specialists who can post project listings quickly and accurately, at volume.

This is per-listing paid work — the more accurate listings you publish, the more you earn. There's no cap. Fast, accurate workers make the most.

Pay

USD $2 per approved listing — no fixed salary
You're paid for every listing that passes our quick quality check and goes live
No limit on how many you can do — your income depends on your speed and accuracy

What you'll do

Enter new Dubai/UAE project listings into our CRM (which publishes to our website)
Fill each listing accurately: project name, developer, launch price (AED), payment plan, handover date, property type, location, description, and images
Source project details from the materials and links our admin gives you
Use our provided ChatGPT access to help format/clean descriptions when needed
Follow our listing checklist so every entry is consistent and error-free

Requirements

Strong typing speed and high accuracy (this is the #1 requirement)
Excellent attention to detail — you catch your own mistakes before submitting
Comfortable working inside a CRM / web-based systems
Good written English (enough to clean up and format listing descriptions)
Reliable internet and a computer
Able to follow SOPs exactly
Available to overlap with UAE business hours (GST / GMT+4) for training and coordination

Nice to have

Previous real estate listing / property portal data entry experience (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or agency CRMs)
Experience with Dubai off-plan projects
