Website designer within Go High Level

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Website Designer & GoHighLevel Workflow Specialist to design, build, and optimize websites, landing pages, customer journeys, and automated workflows within the GoHighLevel platform. This role will be responsible for creating a seamless user experience, improving lead generation, and implementing automation solutions that support marketing, client onboarding, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
Design, build, and maintain websites and landing pages using GoHighLevel.
Create responsive, mobile-friendly website layouts.
Ensure websites reflect company branding and messaging.
Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Update website content, images, forms, and functionality as needed.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
GoHighLevel CRM & Funnel Management
Build and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
Configure custom fields, pipelines, tags, and opportunities.
Maintain and improve CRM organization and reporting.
Integrate third-party tools and applications.
Workflow Automation
Design and implement automated workflows for:
Lead nurturing
Client onboarding
Appointment scheduling
Follow-up communications
Review requests
Client retention campaigns
Create email , SMS, voi cemail , and task automation sequences.
Monitor workflow performance and make ongoing improvements.
Marketing & Analytics
Track key website and funnel metrics.
Monitor lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support digital marketing initiatives and automation strategies.
Project Management
Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into workflow and website solutions.
Document processes and maintain workflow diagrams.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Required
Experience building websites within GoHighLevel.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
Experience creating sales funnels and landing pages.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
Experience with email and SMS marketing automation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience working with professional service firms, accounting firms, or financial services organizations.
Knowledge of SEO and website analytics.
Experience integrating GoHighLevel with Microsoft 365, Zapier, QuickBooks, or other business applications.
Graphic design experience.
