GoHighLevel Specialist - Part-Time - Remote

We are looking for a Go HighLevel Specialist who excels in structured work, precise execution, and reliable system management. This role is ideal for individuals who value clear processes, organized workflows, and consistent operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Calendar settings to prevent booking conflicts.
• Set up and manage a dedicated domain inside GoHighLevel.
• Adjust CRM settings to prevent automatic contact imports from Instagram/Facebook.
• Integrate and manage a WhatsApp number for structured lead nurturing.
• Record, archive, and organize employee–prospect calls within the system.
• Execute integrations with platforms such as ClickUp and other operational tools.
• Build and maintain Workflows, including:
• Email Templates and email -based automations
• Message-based Triggers and inbound message automations
• Conditional logic (If/Else steps)
• Pipeline actions, task creation, and lead stage automation
• Conduct basic system audits and update workflows, tags, pipelines, and settings as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, especially Workflows, Triggers, Pipelines, and Automations.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Availability of 2–6 hours daily, with ability to join calls when needed.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Response time of within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Nice to Have

• Experience with N8N.
• Experience setting up and configuring the CRM Close.
