Recruiter – Remote

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top talent from the Philippines, United States, and other countries.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple countries
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Assist with job postings and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience hiring candidates from the Philippines, US, and other international markets
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings
• Willing to work on EST time zone
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
