Lead Generation & Marketing VA

Remote | Philippines | 30 Hours/Week

We are a Portugal-based property management company working mainly with overseas landlords and property investors.

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Marketing VA to help us grow our property-management business.

This is initially a short-term campaign, with the possibility of becoming a longer-term role if successful.

Main Responsibilities
Research potential overseas landlords and property investors
Build lists of referral partners such as estate agents, condominium managers, lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers and relocation companies
Send personalised outreach email s and LinkedIn messages
Follow up with prospects and organise responses
Keep all leads updated in a spreadsheet or CRM
Research Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities and other places where overseas Portugal property owners can be reached
Repurpose our existing YouTube/video content into simple social-media posts, reels and Canva graphics
Help research competitors and new marketing ideas
What We Are Looking For

You should be:

Reliable and organised
Proactive and able to work independently
Very good at written English and can translate in portuguese
Comfortable with online research
Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook and email outreach
Able to use Canva
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Experienced with lead generation, marketing or real estate is a big advantage

We are NOT looking for someone who only posts on social media.

The main goal is to generate:

Landlord enquiries, referral partners and new property-management clients.

Working Hours & Salary
30 hours per week
Remote
Initial trial/project
Salary: €300 per month
Performance bonus may be available for successful new clients
