We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant / QuickBooks Online Advisor to assist our hospitality and property business for approximately 5–10 hours per week. We already have a bookkeeper handling much of the day-to-day accounting work. This role is the next level above bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who can review what is already in QuickBooks, clean up problems, assist with VAT reporting, provide accounting guidance, and help us better understand the performance of the business. We operate a resort and hospitality business in Vanuatu, with several related entities covering accommodation, restaurant operations and property-owner accounting. What we need help with The initial work will mainly involve reviewing and cleaning up our existing QuickBooks Online accounts. This may include: Reviewing historical transactions and identifying errors Cleaning up duplicated or incorrectly posted transactions Reviewing the chart of accounts Checking how transactions are being classified Reviewing bank and balance-sheet reconciliations Helping correct historical accounting issues Reviewing work completed by our existing bookkeeper Assisting with month-end and year-end adjustments Helping with VAT returns and VAT reconciliations Checking that VAT has been treated correctly Reviewing inter-company and related-party transactions Helping establish better accounting procedures and controls We previously experimented with automatically transferring sales information into QuickBooks, which resulted in some duplicated and incorrectly classified transactions. One of the first projects will be helping us clean this up properly. Management accounting and business insights We are also looking for someone who can go beyond simply processing transactions. We would like help understanding questions such as: How is the business actually performing? Are margins improving or declining? Are expenses moving outside normal levels? Which areas of the business are performing well? Are there unusual transactions that should be investigated? How does the current month compare with previous months and previous years? Is cash flow improving or deteriorating? Are there accounting issues that management should be aware of? You do not need to prepare complicated reports every week. We are looking for someone who can look at the accounts and occasionally say: “I noticed this — you should probably have a closer look at it.” That type of insight would be very valuable to us. VAT experience Experience with VAT, GST or similar consumption taxes is important. Our businesses are based in Vanuatu, so you do not necessarily need previous Vanuatu VAT experience. However, you should have a strong understanding of: Output VAT / VAT collected Input VAT / VAT credits VAT reconciliations Reviewing VAT returns Correct treatment of purchases and sales Identifying transactions where VAT may have been treated incorrectly We can explain any specific Vanuatu rules where necessary. QuickBooks Online You should be highly experienced with QuickBooks Online. We are not looking for someone who needs to learn QuickBooks after being hired. Ideally you will have: 4+ years accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience cleaning up existing QuickBooks files Strong reconciliation skills Experience preparing or reviewing VAT/GST returns Good understanding of management accounts Ability to review a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and identify unusual items Good Excel or Google Sheets skills Strong written English Good judgement and attention to detail CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualifications would be an advantage, but practical experience is more important to us than qualifications alone. Experience with hospitality, hotels, restaurants, property management or multi-entity businesses would also be useful. AI and automation We are interested in gradually using AI to improve efficiency. Over time, we would like to investigate using tools such as: ChatGPT Claude QuickBooks reporting Excel / Google Sheets Zapier Make Other accounting automation tools This could eventually help with things such as: Management reporting Owner reporting Reviewing transactions Identifying unusual entries Comparing monthly results Extracting information from accounting data Reducing repetitive administrative work You do not need to be an AI expert. We are mainly looking for someone who is curious, practical and willing to help us gradually improve the system. How we like to work We prefer people who investigate problems before immediately asking questions. If you encounter an accounting issue, ideally you would come back to us with something like: “I have looked into this. This is what I think happened, these are the transactions involved, and this is how I recommend we correct it.” We are happy to answer questions where necessary, but we are looking for someone capable of working independently and applying good accounting judgement. Hours Initially approximately: 5–10 hours per week Hours are flexible. This would suit an experienced accountant who already has another role or other clients but has some spare capacity each week. There may be additional hours available from time to time. Pay Please advise your expected hourly rate in USD. We are looking for good value, but we are not simply looking for the cheapest applicant. We would rather pay more for someone who genuinely understands accounting and QuickBooks and can work efficiently without requiring constant supervision. How to apply Please begin your application with: MANGOES ACCOUNTANT Then answer the following questions: What accounting qualification do you have, if any? How many years of accounting experience do you have? How many years have you personally used QuickBooks Online? Have you previously cleaned up an existing QuickBooks file? Please briefly explain what was wrong and how you corrected it. What experience do you have preparing or reviewing VAT or GST returns? Are you comfortable reviewing a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and identifying unusual or incorrect items? Have you worked with multiple companies or related entities? Have you worked in hospitality, property management, restaurants or hotels? What experience do you have with Excel or Google Sheets? Have you used ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools for accounting or analysis? What is your expected hourly rate in USD? How many hours per week are you available? Are you currently employed or working with other clients? Please do not send a generic application simply saying that you are an expert. We are looking for someone with genuine practical accounting experience who can demonstrate how they think and solve accounting problems. For the right person, this could develop into a long-term role supporting management and our existing bookkeeping team.

AI Automation & Integration Engineer Long-Term Remote Career | Australian Company | Starting at AUD $3,000 per Month Full-time | Philippines-based | Australian business hours | Three-month probationary period Build the systems behind our growth—and build your future with us. Are you an experienced automation and integration professional who wants more than another short-term project? Do you enjoy solving real business problems, connecting systems and building tools that people actually use? Ready Movers is looking for a talented AI Automation & Integration Engineer to join our team for the long term. We’re a fun, motivated and fast-growing Australian removals company, opening multiple branches each year. As our business expands, we’re investing in the technology, automation and internal systems that will support our next stage of growth. We need someone who can turn ideas into working solutions, take ownership and help us build a smarter, more connected business. This is not a “build it, hand it over and your job is done” position. New branches mean new requirements. Growing teams mean new opportunities to improve. There will be ongoing integrations, new applications, further development and systems that need to evolve with us. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. What you’ll build Working directly with management and teams across the company, you will help shape how Ready Movers uses automation, AI and custom business applications. Your responsibilities will include: Business-wide integrations: Connect our CRM, operational systems, communications, accounting and reporting platforms using n8n, APIs and webhooks. Custom CRM and internal applications: Develop and improve dashboards, databases, workflows and features that support our sales, operations, customer service and management teams. Practical AI solutions: Build AI assistants, agents and integrations that reduce administration, improve communication and make information easier to access. Better business processes: Work with our people to identify repetitive tasks, eliminate duplicate data entry and recommend useful improvements. Long-term system ownership: Test, document, monitor, maintain and improve what you build. Getting something live is the beginning—not the finish line. Who we’re looking for You’re a proven builder—not just someone who knows how to use ChatGPT or list the latest AI tools. You have hands-on experience delivering automation, integrations and business applications in real working environments. You can show us what you personally built, explain how it works and demonstrate the difference it made. Your technical experience should include n8n or comparable automation platforms, APIs, webhooks, databases and authentication, with practical coding ability in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python. You should also have experience developing or extending CRMs and internal applications, and implementing AI through APIs and business workflows. You understand that reliable systems need appropriate permissions, secure data handling, error recovery and documentation. You don’t need to know every product we use. You do need strong technical foundations, sound judgement and the ability to learn quickly. This is an experienced technical position—not an entry-level role or a general administrative VA position. How you work matters You take ownership and follow through. You communicate clearly, ask good questions and can explain technical ideas to people without a technical background. Coordinate with project teams to ensure imported materials are technically approved before production and adequately inspected before shipment to minimize the risk of receiving non-compliant materials after arrival in the United States. Procurement Scheduling & Long-Lead Material Management Ability to integrate procurement activities with construction schedules by identifying long-lead materials, required submittal dates, manufacturing durations, inspection timelines, ocean or air freight durations, customs-clearance requirements, and required-on-site dates. Maintain procurement tracking systems and proactively identify schedule risks so that cost savings obtained through international sourcing do not negatively affect construction milestones or project completion dates. Supply Risk Management & Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve supplier, manufacturing, quality, shipping, customs, delivery, billing, capacity, and technical-commercial issues. Develop contingency sourcing strategies and alternative suppliers for critical materials to reduce dependency on a single manufacturer or country of origin. Evaluate procurement risks associated with international sourcing, including shipping delays, port congestion, currency fluctuations, tariffs, geopolitical disruptions, manufacturing quality, supplier financial stability, product damage, replacement lead times, and changes in project schedules. Cross-Functional Construction Coordination after the subject, put your dropbox link for your Resume and Portfolio Ability to work closely with estimators, project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, accounting personnel, logistics providers, and company leadership to ensure procurement decisions support project budget, construction schedule, design requirements, quality expectations, and overall company profitability. GRAPHIC DESIGNER & THUMBNAIL DESIGNER — TERMEDCASH Position: Graphic Designer & Thumbnail Designer Work Arrangement: Remote Schedule: Part-Time / Long-Term Experience: Experienced designer with a strong portfolio required ABOUT THE CREATOR I am a full-time content creator building the TermedCash brand across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook , ---------- , and other platforms. My content will include: Gaming Livestreaming DJing IRL content NYC/city exploration Food reviews Camera-based content Personality-driven videos I am looking for a highly skilled graphic designer who specializes in YouTube thumbnails, vertical content thumbnails, and creator branding. This is NOT simply a general graphic design position. The most important ongoing responsibility is creating high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails that make people want to click. You will also initially create a cohesive visual identity for the TermedCash brand across my social platforms. I am looking for someone who understands the difference between: "This looks good." and "This makes someone want to click." Those are not always the same thing. YOUR TWO MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES This position has two primary areas of responsibility: 1. INITIAL BRANDING PACKAGE Create the visual identity and foundational graphics for the TermedCash brand. 2. ONGOING THUMBNAIL PRODUCTION Consistently create thumbnails for my livestreams, VODs, long-form videos, and vertical content. The initial branding work is primarily a one-time setup project. Thumbnail design is the ongoing responsibility. PART 1 — INITIAL TERMEDCASH BRANDING PACKAGE When you are first hired, you will help establish a cohesive visual identity for TermedCash. The goal is to create a recognizable brand that works across gaming, DJ, IRL, food, NYC, and other future content. PROFILE PICTURES / AVATARS Create a professional and recognizable profile-picture system for: YouTube Twitch Kick TikTok Instagram X Facebook ---------- Other relevant platforms The profile image must remain recognizable at very small sizes. Provide appropriate variations/crops where necessary. BANNERS & CHANNEL ART Create platform-specific banners/headers for: YouTube Twitch Kick X Facebook Other relevant platforms as needed Each platform has different dimensions and safe areas. You are responsible for creating the appropriate version for each platform and ensuring important elements remain visible on desktop and mobile. The banners should clearly belong to the same overall TermedCash brand. BRAND VISUAL SYSTEM The initial branding package should establish a repeatable visual language. This may include: Primary color palette Supporting colors Typography/font recommendations Graphic elements Background treatments Shapes/patterns Image treatment Lighting/visual effects Avatar/profile treatment Thumbnail design principles Other useful brand guidelines The objective is NOT to create a collection of unrelated graphics. I want a cohesive design system that can be used consistently for years. PART 2 — ONGOING THUMBNAIL DESIGN After the initial branding package is completed, the primary ongoing responsibility will be creating thumbnails for new content. There are FOUR distinct thumbnail categories you will be responsible for. 1. LIVESTREAM THUMBNAILS I will regularly livestream gaming, DJing, and other content. You will create thumbnails specifically for the livestream itself. These thumbnails should: Immediately communicate what the livestream is about Be visually recognizable Match the TermedCash brand Stand out among competing livestreams Work well at small sizes Be appropriate for the specific game/content Not rely on a generic reusable template unless appropriate The livestream thumbnail should be designed to attract someone who is browsing and d ---------- what to watch right now. 2. EDITED VOD THUMBNAILS For selected livestreams, I will publish an edited version of the VOD. You will create a separate thumbnail specifically for the edited VOD. This is NOT automatically the same thumbnail as the livestream thumbnail. The VOD thumbnail should reflect the content of the edited video and should be designed as a YouTube video rather than simply an archived livestream. If the same visual concept makes sense for both, that's fine. However, do not simply duplicate the livestream thumbnail without considering the purpose of the video. 3. LONG-FORM HIGHLIGHT THUMBNAILS For each major highlight video, you will create a dedicated YouTube thumbnail. These videos are designed to attract viewers who may have never watched my livestreams before. The thumbnail should communicate the most interesting aspect of the video and create curiosity. You will receive information such as: Video/topic Working or final title Finished video or relevant footage Screenshots/photos Important context You are expected to use your own creative judgment to develop the strongest concept. 4. VERTICAL CONTENT THUMBNAILS I will also produce vertical content for: YouTube Shorts TikTok Instagram Reels Other vertical platforms when applicable You will create vertical-specific thumbnails/cover images when the platform supports or benefits from them. These should be designed specifically for the 9:16 format. Do NOT simply take a 16:9 thumbnail and crop it into 9:16. The composition should be intentionally designed for vertical viewing. Important elements must remain visible and readable on mobile. THUMBNAIL QUALITY STANDARD Every thumbnail should be designed with one primary question in mind: "Would someone who has never seen my content want to click this?" A thumbnail should not simply be attractive. It should communicate an idea, emotion, situation, or curiosity. WHAT MAKES A GOOD THUMBNAIL You should have a strong understanding of: COMPOSITION Directing the viewer's eye toward the most important element. VISUAL HIERARCHY Making it immediately obvious what the viewer should notice first. CONTRAST Making important elements stand out. CURIOSITY Creating a visual question or unanswered idea. EMOTION Using facial expressions, body language, situations, characters, objects, and environments effectively. SIMPLICITY Understanding that more elements do not automatically create a better thumbnail. MOBILE READABILITY Understanding that thumbnails are frequently viewed at extremely small sizes. A thumbnail must still communicate its idea when viewed as a tiny image. TEXT ON THUMBNAILS Text should NOT automatically be used on every thumbnail. If text is used: Keep it short Make it extremely readable Make it serve a purpose Make it complement the title Do not simply repeat the title Make sure it works on mobile You should be equally comfortable creating strong thumbnails with or without text. TITLE + THUMBNAIL STRATEGY You must understand that the title and thumbnail work together. They should generally complement rather than duplicate each other. The title can communicate one piece of information while the thumbnail communicates another. Together, they should create enough curiosity to encourage the click while accurately representing the video. You should be comfortable suggesting improvements when you believe the title and thumbnail aren't working together effectively. CONTENT VARIETY TermedCash will not be limited to one type of content. You should be comfortable designing thumbnails for: GAMING Minecraft Fortnite Call of Duty Zombies Horror games New releases Challenges Multiplayer Other games DJ DJ livestreams DJ performances Music-related content IRL NYC exploration Food reviews Restaurants Events Challenges Lifestyle Travel/exploration Personality-driven content The visual identity should remain recognizable while allowing the design to adapt to the specific content. CREATIVE INDEPENDENCE I do not want to micromanage every thumbnail. I should be able to provide: Video Topic Title/working title Screenshots/photos Relevant context And you should be able to develop a strong concept independently. I want you to be comfortable saying: "I think this image will work better." "The thumbnail is too busy." "We don't need text here." "The title and thumbnail are saying the same thing." "This expression communicates the idea better." "The subject needs to be larger." That type of creative judgment is highly valued. DO NOT USE A SINGLE TEMPLATE FOR EVERYTHING I want a recognizable brand. I do NOT want every thumbnail to look identical. Consistency should come from: Brand identity Typography Color treatment Composition principles Visual language —not from simply changing the screenshot in the same template every time. Each thumbnail should be designed around the specific content. SOURCE MATERIAL & PHOTO MANIPULATION Depending on the project, I may provide: Gameplay screenshots Video frames Camera photographs Personal photographs Logos Game assets Other relevant images You should be comfortable with: Background removal Image compositing Photo manipulation Retouching Color correction Lighting adjustments Perspective adjustments Image enhancement Creating custom compositions The final result should look intentional and professionally executed. FILE & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS I primarily use Apple/Mac products. You do NOT need to use Adobe software specifically. You may use: Photoshop Illustrator Affinity Photo Affinity Designer Figma Canva Pro Other professional design software However, your final working files must be provided in a format that is editable and practical for a Mac-based workflow. Preferred editable/source formats: Figma Affinity Photo/Designer PSD, if created in Photoshop AI, if created in Illustrato
