TLLB Coaching is an online coaching business helping clients build strength, improve nutrition, and hit body composition goals through personalised programming and accountability. We're growing our team and looking for someone who knows this industry inside and out.

The Role
This is a part-time position. We're after an experienced DM setter to manage inbound and outbound conversations on Instagram, qualify leads, and book them in for calls with the coaching team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — your job is to build rapport fast, understand their goals, and get them excited to take the next step.

Monthly KPIs

• 700+ contacts per month
• 30 calls booked per month

Daily Responsibilities

• Outbound DM's proactively messaging cold/warm prospects who fit our ideal client profile, opening conversations with a genuine, non-salesy hook
• Inbound DMs reaching out to followers and people who've interacted with our content (likes, comments, story replies, saves), and turning that engagement into a real conversation before they go cold
• Warm lead follow-ups checking back in with people who've gone quiet mid-conversation
• Booking confirmed calls into the calendar and sending reminders
• Daily KPI tracking logging contacts made and calls booked against monthly targets
• Engaging with target content likes/comments on stories and posts to warm people up before DMing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a DM setter/appointment setter, ideally in a coaching, fitness, or online business setting
• Experience in the fitness industry is essential you need to speak the language, understand client pain points, and know what makes someone say yes to a coach
• Strong written communication skills able to build genuine rapport through text, not just follow a script
• Self-motivated and comfortable hitting monthly targets independently
• Familiarity with Instagram DMs, CRM/lead tracking tools, or willingness to learn ours
