Claude Code Developer (Dashboards, APIs, Internal Tools)

Confidential employer

Claude Code Developer for Dashboards, APIs and Internal Tools (Remote, Ongoing) We're looking for a developer who is genuinely fast with Claude Code and AI-assisted development. Not someone who dabbles, someone who ships. WHAT YOU’LL DO Your work falls into two buckets: Dashboards and API integrations. You’ll build custom ecommerce performance dashboards: KPI cards with sparklines (revenue, contribution margin, new-customer vs. returning-customer metrics like NC-ROAS, NCPA, NC-AOV), date range and country filters, region breakdown tables, and per-platform sections pulling spend and performance from the Meta, Google and TikTok APIs, with Shopify order data as the revenue source. Your first project is exactly this kind of dashboard. Feature execution on our internal software. We’re building an AI-powered SaaS product internally. You’ll receive clear briefs (“add this feature, here’s how it should work”) and your job is to execute them in Claude Code: spec it, build it, test it, ship it. You don’t design the product, you make it real. WHO YOU ARE You use Claude Code (or similar AI coding tools) daily and know how to get high-quality output from it: structured specs, iterative builds, testing You’ve built real dashboards and small applications before and can show them You’re comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and data from third-party platforms You’re fast, reliable, and communicate proactively. If something is blocked, we hear about it the same day You work well from written briefs without needing meetings for everything WHAT WE OFFER Ongoing work with a performance marketing consultancy and its software product, so there’s a steady stream of projects, not a one-off gig Good compensation with room to grow as you take on more Direct collaboration with the founder, fast decisions, no bureaucracy HOW TO APPLY Send us links to what you’ve already built. Specifically: Dashboards you’ve created (screenshots, live links, or Looms) Applications or tools you’ve built with Claude Code or similar AI coding workflows Anything else that shows you can ship working software APPLICATIONS WITHOUT LINKS OR WORK SAMPLES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. No exceptions. The best applicants will receive a small paid test project (building a dashboard from a brief with mock data). Based on that, we select who we continue working with long-term. If you’re just looking for a quick buck, this is not the right fit, please don’t apply.

Appointment Setter

Confidential employer

Appointment Setter — Group Travel (US calls, part-time) We are a small US travel company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We help churches, dance studios, youth sports clubs and similar community organizations put their families on a group cruise together. We need a warm, clear-speaking appointment setter to call these organizations from a list we provide and book a short intro call on our calendar. You are not selling anything. You cannot and must not quote prices or describe what a cruise includes — that is a legal line in our industry, not a preference. Your entire job is to reach the right person, deliver a short friendly hook, and book a 15-minute call with Stephen. What you will do Call churches, dance and gymnastics studios, and youth sports clubs across the southeastern US during their business hours, using a script we provide. Get past a receptionist politely and find the person who organizes trips. Book interested people directly onto our calendar while you have them on the phone. Log every call outcome in our system — one click, seven options, no spreadsheets. Honor a do-not-call request immediately and permanently, every single time. What you will use We provide the phone system. You dial from a browser — no phone line, no personal number, and your own number is never shown. All calls are recorded and transcribed. We use them to improve the script and to coach. If that is not something you are comfortable with, this is not the right role. You will need: Google Chrome, a wired headset with a microphone, a quiet room, and reliable internet. You are a great fit if Your spoken English is clear, warm and natural to a US listener. This matters more than anything else on this list. You will be calling church offices and small studios in small towns. People need to feel comfortable in the first five seconds. You have done B2B cold calling or appointment setting before, and you can talk about it. You are comfortable being friendly to a receptionist rather than trying to get around them. At a church, the person who answers the phone usually knows exactly who you need. You follow a script exactly and do not improvise. When someone asks "how much does it cost?", the answer is always to hand it to Stephen. Getting creative here is the one mistake that ends the job. You stay upbeat after a lot of "no." A good day here is one booked meeting. That is normal and expected, not failure. You can work at least 3 hours a day inside 9:00am–6:00pm US Eastern. Churches answer in the morning, studios and sports clubs answer late afternoon, so some flexibility across the day is genuinely useful. Tell us your timezone and your realistic hours. Compensation: $5 per hour base. $5 for every meeting you book. The split is deliberate. Booking a meeting with a wrong email address helps nobody, so you are paid more when the person actually shows up. To apply, do all four. We skip applications that miss any of them. 1. Start your reply with the word SHORELINE so we know you read this. 2. In three sentences, describe a calling campaign you have run and one real result you got. 3. A prospect asks you: "Okay, how much would this cost us?" Write the exact words you would say back. (There is a right answer and it is not a number.) 4. Include a link to a 60-second voice recording — Vocaroo, Google Drive, anything — of you reading this in your natural phone voice: "Hi, is this the church office? Great. My name is Alex, I'm calling on behalf of Stephen OLeary at Best Life Destinations here in Chattanooga. We work with churches that travel together — retreats, fellowship trips, senior adult trips, that kind of thing. Who handles trips like that for you?" We read every application that follows these four steps. Thank you.

Sales Data & Reporting Auditor

Confidential employer

Why This Role Exists Zion currently manages ~15 sales reps across multiple offers while also running recruiting, interviews, call reviews, and data integrity. Data integrity is the piece with the lowest skill ceiling and the highest time cost. Per Josh's Framework 6 (Pipeline Management), this is a named, separate seat for a reason: Josh once had sales managers audit the CRM daily — chasing reps for missed forms, unmarked show-ups, blank fields. It completely destroyed his capacity model for sales management. The fix was a dedicated CRM Admin owning the tech and data side, so managers spend 30 minutes in the CRM and know everything is where it's supposed to be. The purpose of this role is to protect the sales manager's capacity. Every hour it buys back gets redeployed into call reviews, rep coaching, and client acquisition — the things that actually move revenue. The Two Audit Paths Every issue this person finds falls into one of two buckets. They are handled differently. This distinction is the entire job. Path 1 — Data Accuracy ? the Auditor fixes it Data that is wrong or missing because of a system gap, not a rep behavior problem. Booked call on the calendar with no lead source attribution. -Lead in CRM with no meeting date attached. -Duplicate leads or duplicate calendar events -Calendar event missing setter initials -Disposition logged but revenue field blank -Timezone or date errors on booked calls Action: fix it directly, log it in the daily report as a count. Path 2 — Rep Non-Compliance ? the Auditor tags, never cleans -Data that is wrong because a rep didn't do their job. -Call happened, no disposition logged -Show / no-show never marked -Post-call form not completed -Lead marked lost with no attempt history -Deal closed with no payment terms entered Action: tag the rep, create the task, escalate in the daily report. Do not fix it for them. Non-negotiable, per Josh: "CRM admins audit — they don't clean. Cleaners create lazy reps." The ---------- nt reps learn someone downstream cleans up after them, compliance collapses permanently and the data problem becomes structural. The Auditor's job on Path 2 is to make non-compliance visible, not invisible. Daily Responsibilities Morning — booked call audit (start of day)Pull every call on the calendar for the current day and produce: 1. Total booked calls today, by closer 2. Source attribution on every booked call — Ads (self-booked) / Phone Setter / DM Setter / Triage / Reschedule / Referral 3. Setter attribution by initials on every setter-sourced call 4. Confirmation status per the calendar color convention: Unmarked = unconfirmed Red = no answer Yellow = text confirmation received Light green = same-day confirmation received 5. Exception list — every call with no confirmation touch at all. This is the highest-value output of the morning report. Every unconfirmed call is a booked call at risk, and it is actionable before the call, not after. End of day — outcome audit 1. Live calls (showed) vs. booked calls, by closer and by setter. 2. Show rate for the day, and rolling 7-day 3. No-shows and cancellations, with reschedule status: rescheduled / attempted, not reached / no attempt made 4. "No attempt made" list — every no-show nobody has touched. Escalate by name. 5. Missing dispositions — every call with no outcome logged, tagged to the rep. 6. Cash collected logged against calls, where applicable Weekly — rollup 1. Show rate by setter, trended 2. Booked calls by source, trended — which channel is actually producing. 3. Data-accuracy issue counts by type, trended (are the same issues recurring?). 4. Rep non-compliance counts, by rep name Metrics This Role Owns Metrics & Definition: Booked calls / day = Total on calendar, by closer Source attribution % = % of booked calls with a source recorded. Target: 100% Confirmation coverage = % of tomorrow's calls with a confirmation touch logged Live calls / day = Calls that showed Show rate = Live ÷ booked, daily and rolling 7-day Reschedule capture rate = % of no-shows with a documented reschedule attempt Disposition compliance = % of completed calls with an outcome logged Data accuracy issues = Count found, count fixed, by category Show rate belongs to the setter and confirmation layer. It is never a closer metric. This role reports it against setters, not closers. Explicitly NOT This Role Not a sales role. No dialing, no setting, no closing, no prospect contact. Not a call reviewer. Call quality grading stays with Zion. Not a coach. They report data on reps. They never give reps feedback or direction. Not a cleaner for rep non-compliance. See Path 2 above. Not the person who d ---------- what the numbers mean. They report accurately and flag anomalies. Interpretation and action are Zion's. Required Skills: -Must have High-volume, detail-heavy data work with near-zero error tolerance CRM competence — Close CRM strongly preferred; HubSpot / Salesforce / GHL acceptable Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting Google Calendar Slack Written English clear enough to write a report a manager reads in 60 seconds Overlap with US Eastern business hours Nice to have Zapier or Make Experience inside a sales team (understands what a booked call, show rate, and disposition actually are) Prior audit or QA role Disqualifying Needs to be told the same thing twice Reports numbers without flagging when a number looks wrong Reporting Cadence When - What - Where Daily, by 9:00 AM ET - Morning booked-call audit + unconfirmed exception list - Slack Daily, within 30 min of last call - EOD outcome audit + no-attempt list - Slack Weekly, Monday AM - Rolling rollup - Slack + Sheet Format requirement: every report is scannable in under 60 seconds. Number first, exception list second, everything else omitted. Nobody reads a wall of data — the exception list is the product. 30-Day Ramp Week 1 — observe and document Shadow the current manual process. Document it as they learn it — that document becomes the role's SOP and its first deliverable. Week 2 — morning report only Own the morning booked-call audit. Zion verifies against source data daily. Accuracy before scope. Week 3 — add EOD report Both daily reports running. Auditor begins flagging Path 1 data-accuracy issues and fixing them. Week 4 — full scope Weekly rollup added. Path 2 rep tagging goes live. Zion spot-checks weekly instead of daily. Ramp gate: the role is not considered ramped until Zion has spot-checked a full week of reports against source data and found zero discrepancies. Wrong data is worse than no data — it produces confidently wrong decisions. Documentation Requirement Every process this person runs gets documented as they run it, not after. By day 30 there should be a complete SOP covering: where each number is pulled from, how each is calculated, the report template, and the escalation path for each issue type. Per Josh: document while doing, not before delegating. If this person leaves, the replacement should be productive in a week off the SOP alone. The right sequence: hire this person to run it manually and document the exact logic while doing it. That documentation becomes the automation spec. Once the reports are automated, the role shifts from producing the data to auditing it — which is the seat Josh actually describes, and it scales. Hire for the manual work. Scope the job so it produces the automation. How to Apply To be considered for this role, you must include the word "Sesquipedalian" in your email subject line or within the very first sentence of your message. Applications lacking "Sesquipedalian" will automatically be skipped out. We are reviewing applications on a rolling, fast-track basis to fill this seat immediately with the right candidate. Qualified applicants will receive prompt outreach for an initial interview.

YouTube Business/Finance Scriptwriter + Voiceover Artist

Confidential employer

I’m looking for a researcher/scriptwriter who can also provide the voiceover for a new animated YouTube channel focused on the real money behind businesses. The videos investigate questions such as: “How much does a McDonald’s owner actually make?” “How much does a laundromat actually make?” “Where does the money really go when you own a car wash?” This is NOT a generic personal-finance/advice channel. The goal is to investigate how businesses actually make money, what they cost to operate, where the revenue goes, and what owners may ultimately keep. Scripts should be approximately 1,250–1,400 words and written for an entertaining 8–10 minute animated YouTube video. I’m looking for someone who can: Research business models and financial information thoroughly Find credible sources for revenue, expenses, franchise fees, margins, startup costs, etc. Clearly distinguish revenue from profit Avoid exaggerated or misleading financial claims Turn numbers and research into an entertaining story rather than simply listing statistics Write strong hooks and maintain curiosity throughout the script Explain financial concepts in simple language Provide sources used for important factual/financial claims Produce a natural, engaging voiceover of the finished script Voiceover: The channel will have a recurring older male cartoon host with a funny/eccentric personality. I’m looking for a voice that can fit that character while still sounding natural and credible when discussing business and money. You must be able to provide both the finished script AND finished voiceover. This will initially be 1–2 videos per month, with the possibility of becoming consistent long-term work if the channel performs well. To apply, please send: 1. Examples of YouTube scripts you’ve written 2. A sample of your voiceover work 3. Your price for script + voiceover per video 4. Your typical turnaround time Please start your application with MR. Amazon & E-Commerce Marketing Strategist

Confidential employer

Reports To: Owner Department: Amazon / E-Commerce / Marketing Status: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday. Fixed PST hours strongly preferred (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST); candidates offering substantial daily overlap with PST business hours will also be considered. Location: Remote 1. Position Summary This is a senior, strategy-level marketing role — not an entry-level or trainee position. We are hiring someone who already knows how to research a target audience, position a product against competitors, and write listing and marketing content that converts, and who can own that work independently from day one. The core of this role is marketing strategy and positioning: researching who a product's buyer actually is, what they're looking for, and how to frame a product so it wins against alternatives — then translating that thinking into listing copy, A+ content, and supporting marketing materials across Amazon and third-party marketplaces. Fluency with modern AI research and writing tools (Helium 10, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI imaging tools) is expected as part of how this work gets done efficiently — it supports the strategic and writing skill, it doesn't replace it. The scope is expanding to include company social media — starting with LinkedIn — as a natural extension of the same audience-research and positioning skill set. If you have not done audience research, competitive positioning, or marketing/listing writing before, this is not the role to learn on. We're looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of a product or listing, and run the strategy-to-execution process with minimal ramp-up. 2. Core Responsibilities A. Marketing Strategy, Research & Positioning Research target audiences for each product — who the buyer is, what they're solving for, and how they evaluate options — and use that research to drive positioning decisions, not just describe the product. Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify how to position a product to win against named and unnamed alternatives on the market. Own the strategic framing for new product launches and listing rewrites: the angle, the audience, and the proof points, before a word of copy is written. Maintain and refine a repeatable research framework so positioning work is consistent and defensible across products. B. Amazon & Third-Party Marketplace Listings Own listing creation end to end: research, positioning, listing copy, A+ content modules, and imagery, through to go-live. Build and maintain A+ content and image sets for existing products, including image optimization and content refresh projects. Extend listing presence to third-party marketplaces beyond Amazon, adapting content and positioning to each platform's requirements and audience. Own listing quality and category-placement work — resolving classification issues, closing keyword gaps, and running optimization passes on underperforming listings. C. AI-Assisted Research & Content Tools Use Helium 10 as the core marketplace research and keyword tool for product and competitive research. Use AI assistants — Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — as working tools for research synthesis, positioning exploration, and content drafting. Use AI or standard imaging/design tools to produce and optimize listing and A+ imagery. These tools support the underlying research, writing, and positioning skill — they are not a substitute for it. D. Graphic Designer Coordination & Project Completion Serve as the primary coordination point with the graphic designer on all listing and A+ imagery — briefing the designer, setting expectations, and tracking delivery through to final, published assets. Own the completion of design-dependent listing projects end to end: confirm briefs are clear, review drafts against the positioning and audience research behind the listing, give focused revision feedback, and drive the project to done rather than leaving it open-ended. Proactively flag delivery timing risks or unclear briefs before they stall a listing launch. E. Social Media & Content Strategy (Expanding Scope) Own the company's LinkedIn presence as the first phase of a broader social media function: content calendar, post drafting, and voice/brand consistency with marketplace listings. Apply the same audience-research and positioning approach used for listings to social content. Scope future expansion into additional social channels as the LinkedIn function matures, subject to approval. F. Coordination & Documentation Route technical accuracy and specification questions to the relevant technical/product resource and confirm resolution before content goes live. Review marketplace customer feedback and advertising-related items relevant to listing content, and turn them into clear next steps. Maintain documentation tied to listings, such as standardized technical data sheet templates, in partnership with technical staff. 3. Authority & Decision Boundaries This role MAY: Independently research, position, and draft listing and marketing content within brand guidelines. Select and use AI and research tools (Helium 10, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, imaging tools) to execute the work. Draft and post social content within an approved content strategy. Recommend tool subscriptions or upgrades with cost/benefit rationale for approval. Flag stalled projects, at-risk deadlines, or content/tool issues directly to leadership. This role MAY NOT (without approval): Finalize brand voice, positioning, or creative direction on major launches or storefront redesigns. Approve advertising budgets, bidding, or campaign strategy. Commit to new paid tool subscriptions or vendor/contractor arrangements. Publish new social channels beyond the approved scope (currently LinkedIn) without sign-off. Approve refunds, returns, or customer concessions outside written policy. When in doubt, escalate. Speed and clarity of escalation is valued over independent judgment on gray-area items. 4. Qualifications This is a senior hire. We are not looking to train someone in audience research, positioning, or marketing writing from scratch — you should already do this well and be able to demonstrate it. Required Fluent, native-level or near-native-level English, written and spoken. This is non-negotiable — the role is built on writing and positioning, and there is no room for translation gaps. Demonstrated, hands-on experience researching target audiences and positioning products or services against competitors — you can show work, not just describe the concept.
