We are building a professional trading operation focused on developing and refining high-performance futures trading strategies using Order Flow, Volume Profile, Market Profile, Auction Market Theory, and advanced market structure concepts.

We are seeking an elite Order Flow & Volume Profile Specialist to join a small team of experienced professionals. This is not a signal-calling role and not a typical analyst position. You will work directly with a team consisting of strategy developers, researchers, traders, and technical specialists to help design, validate, and optimize institutional-grade trading systems.

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, highly analytical, and capable of contributing at a strategic level without constant supervision.

What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with a team of 4 specialized professionals to develop proprietary trading strategies.
Analyze market behavior using Order Flow, Footprint Charts, DOM, Volume Profile, and Market Profile.
Identify repeatable market inefficiencies and trading opportunities.
Design entry, exit, risk management, and trade management frameworks.
Participate in strategy research, development, testing, and optimization.
Review trade data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Document trading concepts and strategic findings.
Contribute ideas independently and challenge assumptions when necessary.
Attend strategy meetings and actively participate in team discussions.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of active trading experience using Order Flow and Volume Profile.
Proven ability to develop profitable trading concepts.
Experience trading futures markets.
Strong understanding of market participants and auction dynamics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with strategy development and system design.
Experience conducting backtesting and market replay analysis.
Understanding of statistical performance analysis.
Prior experience working with remote teams.
Trading journal with documented performance history.
Ability to create educational or research documentation.
