Short-Form Video Editor – IG Reels & TikTok

OB OVERVIEW
'm looking for ONE reliable video editor to turn my raw footage into
polished Instagram Reels and TikToks.

You'll edit 7 videos per week, each 2 minutes or shorter. My content voice is
warm, direct, and relatable. The look is
clean and modern, not cluttered.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT

• Talking-head videos (me speaking to camera)
• Voiceover videos (my voiceover laid over B-roll or clips)
• Short, fast-cut videos with quick pacing and strong hooks

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit videos in CapCut or Edits
• Cut raw footage into tight, engaging vertical videos (9:16)
• Create strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Add clean, on-brand captions and subtitles
• Handle pacing, zooms, effects, transitions, and sound/music
• Clean up audio so voiceovers and talking heads sound clear
• Deliver finished videos within [24–48] hours of receiving footage
• Follow my style guide and apply feedback quickly

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Very good English skills
• Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Experience with talking-head and voiceover edits
• Skilled in CapCut or Edits
• Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Good understanding of pacing, hooks, subtitles, effects, zooms, and sound
• Creative, reliable, and a little perfectionistic
• PC or laptop suitable for editing
• Stable and fast internet connection
