Kajabi Specialist and Funnel Builder

About me
I teach lash how to use Instagram and TikTok to get fully booked. I'm getting ready for a Black Friday launch, and I need someone who knows Kajabi to build the back end.

What you'll build
I write the copy and have the page designs ready. You build, connect and test everything in Kajabi.

Phase 1: Lead magnet funnel (start right away, done by [Oct 11])

An opt-in page in Kajabi from HTML/CSS code I provide, with a Kajabi form embedded in two places
A Kajabi form that collects first name, email , optional phone number and SMS consent, and applies a tag
A Kajabi thank-you page that delivers the free checklist and points to my training on Stan Store
A Kajabi 3–5 email delivery and nurture sequence (I give you the copy)
Clean tags and segments so we can see where every lead came from

Phase 2: Re-engagement (we will discuss due date)

A re-engagement sequence for my existing email list (copy provided)
Tags that separate engaged subscribers from inactive ones

Phase 3: Black Friday launch (we will discuss due date)

A Kajabi live masterclass: checkout page, registration confirmation and a reminder sequence by email and SMS, for a live class on
A Kajabi mini bootcamp: checkout page capped at 70 spots
A Zoom replay offer page, sent after the live class
Launch email and SMS sequences scheduled by date (copy provided)
A post-purchase onboarding email for the bootcamp

Nice to have: experience with Kajabi's SMS (Twilio) setup. I'll handle the A2P 10DLC registration myself.

You're a fit if you:

Have built at least 3 funnels in Kajabi (pages, forms, offers, email sequences, automations)
Canva Design Experience
Can paste custom code into Kajabi pages without breaking the mobile layout
Test everything before you call it done: forms, tags, email s, checkout and mobile
Communicate clearly and hit deadlines, especially during launch weeks
Bonus: you've worked with coaches or course creators on a live launch

Details

Contract, remote, project-based, with the chance to stay on for future launches and a monthly subscription group
You'll get: all copy, page code, brand colors and fonts, canva admin access, and admin access to Kajabi
