RJ BUILDERS – Revit Modeler / Architectural Designer

RJ BUILDERS is seeking a skilled Revit Modeler / Architectural Designer to support projects in Nashville, Tennessee, including hotels, residential buildings, schools, townhouses, site development, and land development.

• Key Competencies *

Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

Strong skills in floor plan development, site layout, and land development planning

Able to prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documents

Knowledgeable in site planning, property boundaries, setbacks, parking, roads, and building placement

Able to interpret survey plans, civil drawings, and topographic information

Familiar with U.S. building standards, accessibility, and basic code requirements

Capable of coordinating architectural drawings with structural, civil, MEP, and other disciplines

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and problem-solving

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with a U.S.-based team

• Preferred Qualifications *

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field

At least 2–5 years of relevant experience

Experience in U.S.-based projects is an advantage

Experience in hotel, residential, school, townhouse, or land development projects is preferred
